Resumo: A pesca artesanal é caracterizada como uma das principais atividades de importância econômica no mundo, destacando-se por ser uma valiosa fonte de emprego e renda para muitas comunidades pesqueiras, sendo responsável por empregar 40 milhões de pessoas envolvidas diretamente, onde 90% dos pescadores são de pequena escala. A Etnoictiologia estuda o conhecimento popular que as comunidades tradicionais possuem acerca dos peixes. Este trabalho teve como objetivo através da revisão de literatura, ressaltar o conhecimento etnoictiológico dos pescadores. A metodologia implicou na seleção de artigos nos bancos de dados Google acadêmico e Scielo. The present study aims to analyze the foundations and impacts of Resolution n. 569/2019 of the Federal Council of Administration (CFA) in this area of ​​training. Regarding the methodological procedures, a qualitative research was carried out, exploratory, descriptive, documentary and field research. Among the main results, it is highlighted that the main constituent foundation of Resolution n. 569/2019 of the CFA is a Technical Cooperation Agreement signed between the Public Ministry of Labor and some professional councils. With regard to the impacts of Resolution n. 569/2019 of the CFA, it was found that undergraduates in the Administration area are missing internship opportunities due to the requirements of that document. In turn, those who manage to intern in companies whose supervisors have degrees in Administration reported a positive experience with such professionals.  

Resumo: A cocaína é uma droga ilícita que vem sendo utilizada desde a antiguidade pela medicina como anestésico local, atuando como estimulante do Sistema Nervoso Central, trazendo sérios riscos de saúde pública devido ao uso indiscriminado e abusivo. Visando o lucro do comércio ilegal, a esses alucinógenos são adicionados adulterantes e diluentes com propriedades farmacologicamente ativa, que aumentam o volume e potencializam o efeito da droga. Diante disso, a pesquisa tem como objetivo discutir as substâncias que promovem a adulteração de drogas apreendidas no município de Almenara-MG. Trata-se de um estudo teórico e prático delineado através de pesquisas bibliográficas já publicadas e analisadas, sendo de caráter descritivo e concomitantemente com um estudo prático  realizado a partir de dados obtidos pelos serviços de perícia oficial da cidade de Almenara - MG durante o período de setembro de 2020 a Agosto de 2021. Segundo Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública, Minas Gerais é o estado com maior número                     de drogas apreendidas. No Vale Jequitinhonha foram realizadas perícias por meio de  exames preliminares através de testes colorimétricos com o reagente químico tiocianato de cobalto e o reagente de Mayer na STRC de Almenara, em que foram constatadas 60% de maconha, 20% Cloridrato de Cocaína e 20% em crack. Após esse processo, é realizado o exame definitivo no Instituto de Criminalística em Belo Horizonte. Diante disso, foram constatadas possíveis utilizações de adulterantes e diluentes em amostras de cocaína, devido aos exames preliminares demonstrarem baixa atividade nas reações químicas, evidenciando assim o uso dessas substâncias.Palavras – chave: adulterantes em cocaína; efeitos adversos da cocaína; uso de cocaína; diluentes usados na cocaína. Abstract: Cocaine is an illicit drug that has been used since ancient times by medicine as a local   anesthetic, acting as a stimulant of the Central Nervous System (CNS), bringing serious risks to public health due to its indiscriminate and abusive use. Aiming to profit from the illegal trade, these hallucinogens are added to adulterants and diluents with pharmacologically active properties, which increase the volume and potentiate the drug's effect. Therefore, the research aims to discuss the substances that promote the adulteration of drugs seized in the city of Almenara/MG. This is a theoretical and practical study delineated through bibliographic research already published and analyzed, with a descriptive character, between the years 2016 and 2020 and, concomitantly with a practical study carried out from data obtained by the city's expert services from Almenara during the period from September 2020 to August 2021. According to the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, Minas Gerais is the state with the highest number of seized drugs. In the Jequitinhonha Valley, inspections were carried out through preliminary examinations through colorimetric tests with the chemical reagent cobalt thiocyanate and Mayer's reagent at the STRC in Almenara, in which 60% of marijuana, 20% of Cocaine Hydrochloride and 20% in crack. After this process, the definitive examination is carried out at the Criminalistics Institute in Belo Horizonte. Therefore, possible uses of adulterants and diluents in cocaine samples were found, due to preliminary tests showing low activity in chemical reactions, thus evidencing the use of these substances.Keywords: cocaine adulterants, adverse effects of cocaine, cocaine use, diluents used in cocaine.

Resumo: A Diabetes Mellitus (DM) é uma doença crônica responsável por diversas disfunções metabólicas, causando manifestações clínicas no controle da insulina, ocasionando o descontrole da glicemia. Este estudo trata-se de uma revisão de literatura que teve como objetivo discutir a relevância e adesão da dietoterapia para portadores de diabetes tipo 2 no seu tratamento. O levantamento bibliográfico foi realizado nas bases de dados: Literatura Latino-Americana em Ciências de Saúde (LILACS), Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO), e Pubmed. A busca foi realizada com base no cruzamento das palavras-chave: “Nutrition”, “Type 2 Diabetes” e “Nutrition Therapy”. Esses descritores foram combinados utilizando os operadores booleanos AND e OR. Os critérios de inclusão utilizados para a seleção dos estudos foram: artigos publicados no período de 2018 a 2022, nos idiomas em Português, Inglês e Espanhol sobre a temática. Assim, com a utilização dos descritores o corpus da pesquisa resultou em 8 artigos. Os resultados mostraram que o surgimento de complicações da diabetes tipo 2 está relacionado diretamente ao grau de controle metabólico acompanhada de uma má alimentação, pois essa má alimentação e a obesidade são uns dos principais fatores de risco para o desenvolvimento de doenças crônicas não transmissíveis (DCNT). Por isso, hábitos alimentares inadequados tem relação com a DM2, devido ao baixo consumo de alimentos ricos em fibras e ao elevado consumo de açúcares, carboidratos refinados, sódio e gorduras totais e saturadas. Conclui-se que a opção pela adesão ao tratamento da DM2 por meio da dietoterapia é essencial para promover uma melhor orientação dietética e nutricional a fim de minimizar as complicações decorrentes dos efeitos da DM2, tais como: redução do consumo de carboidratos, aumento do consumo de proteínas e de fibras, eliminação de açúcar refinado e de adoçantes, melhorando assim o quadro da doença.Palavras–Chave: Tratamento Dietoterápico. Promoção da Saúde. Abstract: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease responsible for several metabolic disorders, causing clinical manifestations in the control of insulin, causing the lack of control of blood glucose. This study was guided by the following question, what is the relevance and adherence of diet therapy for patients with type 2 diabetes in their treatment. Therefore, the objective of this work is to discuss the relevance and adherence of diet therapy for patients with type 2 diabetes in their treatment. The bibliographic survey was carried out in the following databases: Latin American Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), and Pubmed. The search was performed based on the crossing of the keywords: “Nutrition”, “Type 2 Diabetes” and “Nutrition Therapy”. These descriptors were combined using the Boolean operators AND and OR. The inclusion criteria used for the selection of studies were: articles published from 2018 to 2022, in Portuguese, English and Spanish on the subject. Thus, with the use of descriptors, the research corpus resulted in 8 articles. The results showed that the onset of type 2 diabetes complications is directly related to the degree of metabolic control, accompanied by poor diet, as this poor diet and obesity are one of the main risk factors for the development of chronic non-communicable diseases ( CNCD). Therefore, inadequate eating habits are related to DM2, due to the low consumption of foods rich in fiber and the high consumption of sugars, refined carbohydrates, sodium and total and saturated fats. It is concluded that the option of adherence to the treatment of DM2 through diet therapy is essential to promote a better dietary and nutritional guidance in order to minimize the complications resulting from the effects of DM2, such as: reduction of carbohydrate consumption, increased consumption of proteins and fibres, elimination of refined sugar and sweeteners, thus improving the condition of the disease.Keywords: Diet Therapy. Resumo - Com a promulgação da Constituição Federal de 1988 surgiu uma nova ordem constitucional e novas imposições supralegais foram criadas. A institucionalização do controle interno em todos os entes e esferas de poder positivada principalmente pelo artigo 74 da nova Constituição da República é uma mudança significativa, porém a devida formalização de competências e boas práticas na gestão desses órgãos de controle ainda não está plenamente implementada. Tal realidade é verificada principalmente na esfera municipal, onde a falta de estrutura é maior, quando há a comparação com Estados e a própria União. O Município de Petrolina é um Polo proeminente no Sertão Pernambucano e está à frente em sua região com uma infraestrutura institucional mais consolidada, sendo a Controladoria Geral do Município parte desta infraestrutura e presente objeto de estudo. O intuito maior dessa pesquisa é alinhar o que preconiza a Carta Magna de 1988 com as dificuldades do controle interno do Poder Executivo Municipal de Petrolina em atendê-la de maneira satisfatória. Os impactos e efeitos da existência e ingerência da Controladoria em âmbito municipal, com ênfase no Município de Petrolina, serão analisados e debatidos com o objetivo de confrontar norma e realidade, utilizando-se em larga escala do instituto do neoinstitucionalismo e de análise documental. A pesquisa mostra um comparativo entre Controladorias municipais de referência no país, assim como expande o comparativo para um melhor benchmarking, e a Controladoria municipal de Petrolina para a exposição de um guia prático principiológico direcionado à Controladoria de Petrolina e outras Controladorias menos devidamente institucionalizadas para que atendam o ordenamento normativo aos quais se submetem.Palavras-Chave: Controle Interno; Município de Petrolina-PE; Gestão Municipal; Controladoria Geral do Município.Abstract - With the promulgation of the Federal Constitution of 1988 came a new constitutional order and new supra legal impositions arose. The institutionalization of internal control in all entities and spheres of power, mainly supported by Article 74 of the new Constitution, is a significant change, but the lack of formalization of competencies and good practices in the management of these new institutions is not yet fully implemented. Such reality is verified mainly in the municipal sphere, where the lack of structure is greater, when there is a comparison with the States and the Union itself, being the Controladoria Geral do Município part of this infrastructure and present object of study. The main purpose of this research is to align what the 1988 Magna Carta advocates with the difficulties of internal control of the Petrolina Municipal Executive Power in satisfying it. The impacts and effects of the existence and interference of controllership (Office of Inspector General) at a municipal level, with an emphasis on the Municipality of Petrolina, will be analyzed and discussed with the objective of confronting norm and reality, using the large scale of the institute of neoinstitutionalism and by documentary analysis. The research shows a comparison between municipal Comptrollers of reference in the country, as well as expands the comparison for a better benchmarking, and the Controladoria Geral do Município de Petrolina for the exposition of a practical guide of principles practical guide of principles directed to the Controladoria Geral do Município de Petrolina and other Comptrollers less properly institutionalized so that they comply with the normative order to which they are submitted.Keywords: Internal Control; Municipality of Petrolina-PE; Municipal Management; Comptroller General of the Municipality.

Resumo: Objetivou-se realizar uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre as repercussões de terapias nos âmbitos farmacológicas, cirúrgicas e alternativas para os pacientes acometidos pela síndrome de Eisenmenger (SE). Metodologia: Realizamos uma busca sistemática nas bases de dados eletrônicos PubMed e Scopus para a seleção de artigos publicados sobre a indicações terapêuticas voltadas aos pacientes acometidos pela síndrome de Eisenmenger (SE), seguindo os itens de Diretrizes para Revisões Sistemáticas e Metanálises (PRISMA). Resultados: Identificamos 497 trabalhos nas bases pesquisadas (109 do PubMed, 388 do Scopus). Após exclusão por título e resumo foram selecionados 58 artigos para análise em texto completo. Ao final, 22 artigos foram eleitos como relevantes para compor a síntese qualitativa. Conclusão: Os inibidores da fosfodiesterase mostraram-se eficazes em terapias combinadas. O antagonista do receptor de endotelina mostrou-se bem tolerado em pacientes com estágio leve da patologia, assim como em indivíduos que portadores de SE e SD. Dados preliminares indicam que análogos de Prostaciclina apresentam um alto potencial preditivo da manifestação de HAP. Quanto à perspectiva de intervenção cirúrgica no tratamento da SE observou-se a necessidade de mais estudos.Palavras-Chave: Abordagens Terapêuticas. Síndrome de Eisenmenger. Revisão Sistemática. Abstract:The objective was to carry out a systematic review of the literature on the repercussions of therapies in the pharmacological, surgical and alternative scopes for patients affected by Eisenmenger syndrome (ES). Methodology: We performed a systematic search in the PubMed and Scopus electronic databases to select published articles on therapeutic indications for patients with Eisenmenger syndrome (ES), following the items of the Guidelines for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA). Results: We identified 497 works in the searched databases (109 from PubMed, 388 from Scopus). After exclusion by title and abstract, 58 articles were selected for full-text analysis. In the end, 22 articles were elected as relevant to compose the qualitative synthesis. Conclusion: Phosphodiesterase inhibitors were effective in combination therapies. The endothelin receptor antagonist was well tolerated in patients with a mild stage of the pathology, as well as in individuals with SE and SD. Preliminary data indicate that prostacyclin analogues have a high predictive potential of PAH manifestation. Regarding the perspective of surgical intervention in the treatment of ES, there was a need for further studies.Keywords: Therapeutic Approaches. Eisenmenger syndrome. Systematic review.

Resumo:Este texto surge das discussões decorrentes da disciplina do Seminário Avançado IV, desenvolvida no âmbito do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Luterana do Brasil - ULBRA. A diversidade religiosa é hoje um dos temas mais discutidos no contexto social. Por isso, divulgar o discurso sobre as religiões africanas, em particular a Umbanda, é, sem dúvida, um passo importante para a contenção de hábitos e práticas preconceituosas. O objetivo deste texto é apresentar a Umbanda como uma religião genuinamente brasileira, enfatizando a importância dos corpos e seus movimentos ao som dos atabaques no processo análogo de culto para os adeptos da fé. Os resultados evidenciam que o desconhecimento do movimento religioso de Umbanda, seus objetos/ símbolos sagrados e seus cultos/ ritos é o fator impulsionador que se alavanca tanto da intolerância religiosa quanto do preconceito e exclusão religiosa de seus integrantes e participantes. Concluindo, destacamos a necessidade urgente de estratégias capazes de promover o respeito à diversidade religiosa e o combate à intolerância; afinal, a Umbanda é uma religião originariamente brasileira que expressa aspectos de nossa cultura, de nosso povo e sua trajetória sócio histórica contribui para a materialização de atos e expressões enraizados em nosso imaginário, podendo assim contribuir com o social, cultural e individual, bem como minimizar o preconceito e a intolerância religiosa.Palavras-chave: Umbanda; diversidade religiosa; cultura espiritual.Abstract: This text arises from discussions arising from the discipline of Advanced Seminar IV, developed within the scope of the Graduate Program in Education at the Lutheran University of Brazil - ULBRA. Religious diversity is today one of the most discussed topics in the social context. Therefore, disseminating the discourse on African religions, in particular Umbanda, is undoubtedly an important step towards containing prejudiced habits and practices. The objective of this text is to present Umbanda as a genuinely Brazilian religion, emphasizing the importance of bodies and their movements to the sound of atabaques in the analogous process of worship for the followers of the faith. The results show that the lack of knowledge of the Umbanda religious movement, its sacred objects/symbols and its cults/rites is the driving factor that leverages both religious intolerance and the prejudice and religious exclusion of its members and participants. In conclusion, we highlight the urgent need for strategies capable of promoting respect for religious diversity and the fight against intolerance; after all, Umbanda is an originally Brazilian religion that expresses aspects of our culture, our people and its socio-historical trajectory contributes to the materialization of acts and expressions rooted in our imagination, thus being able to contribute to the social, cultural and individual, as well as minimize prejudice and religious intolerance. Keywords: Umbanda, religious diversity, spiritual culture. 

O marketing é uma ferramenta essencial para divulgação de empreendimentos, no entanto, não basta somente despertar o interesse do cliente em adquirir o produto ou serviço. Portanto, o marketing de relacionamento precisa fazer parte do contexto, para se construir a fidelização do cliente. Seguindo esse pressuposto, o presente trabalho foi construído com o propósito de analisar o marketing de relacionamento para captação e fidelização de alunos de jiu-jítsu em uma academia no Centro de Imperatriz - MA. Inicialmente o trabalho faz ressalva do contexto histórico do jiu-jítsu, correlacionando o jiu-jítsu e o marketing, dando ênfase ao diferencial no esporte e a relevância do marketing de relacionamento para competitividade de academia de jiu-jítsu. A metodologia adotada foi o estudo bibliográfico, com amostragem de 1 administrador de uma academia do Centro de Imperatriz, o que tornou-se a pesquisa em abordagem qualitativa. Em síntese, pode-se constatar que o marketing é um aliado para atrair e fidelizar os alunos do jiu-jítsu.Abstract: Marketing is an essential tool for promoting ventures, however, it is not enough to just arouse the customer's interest in acquiring the product or service. Therefore, relationship marketing needs to be part of the context, to build customer loyalty. Following this assumption, the present work was built with the purpose of analyzing relationship marketing to attract and retain jiu-jítsu students in a gym in the Center of Imperatriz - MA. Initially, the work makes a reservation about the historical context of jiu-jítsu, correlating jiu-jítsu and marketing, emphasizing the differential in the sport and the relevance of relationship marketing for the competitiveness of a jiu-jítsu academy. The methodology adopted was the bibliographic study, with a sample of 1 administrator of an academy in the Center of Imperatriz, which became the research in a qualitative approach. In summary, it can be seen that marketing is an ally to attract and retain jiu-jítsu students.Keywords: Marketing. Loyalty. Competitiveness. 

Resumo: A Síndrome de Churg Straus é uma doença rara e um tipo menos comum de vasculite, sua incidência e prevalência anual foram de 0,9-2,4 por milhão e 10,7-17,8 por milhão, respectivamente.  As vasculites são responsáveis por importante impacto sobre a qualidade de vida dos acometidos, estando responsável por valores altos de incapacidade para o trabalho. O objetivo do presente estudo é relatar um caso de granulomatose eosinofílica com poliangeite em uma paciente de 25 anos de idade. Conclusões: No caso em questão, foi iniciado pulsoterapia com corticoide por 3 dias consecutivos e posteriormente iniciado prednisona 1mg/kg/dia. Embora seja uma patologia grave e de prognostico reservado, observamos uma evolução favorável com o tratamento instituído. Seu diagnóstico e a intervenção precoce, proporciona melhora na qualidade de vida dos pacientes e no prognostico da doença. A GEPA deve estar presente como diagnostico diferencial das eosinofilias periféricas associadas a neuropatia periférica e asma.Palavras-chave: Vasculite; Qualidade de vida; Granulomatose EosinofilicaAbstract:Churg Straus Syndrome is a rare disease and a less common type of vasculitis, its annual incidence and prevalence were 0.9-2.4 per million and 10.7-17.8 per million, respectively. Vasculitides are responsible for an important impact on the quality of life of those affected, being responsible for high values of incapacity for work. The aim of the present study is to report a case of eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis in a 25-year-old female patient. Conclusions: In the case in question, pulse therapy with corticosteroids was started for 3 consecutive days and then prednisone 1mg/kg/day was started. Although it is a serious pathology with a reserved prognosis, we observed a favorable evolution with the treatment instituted. Its diagnosis and early intervention improves the quality of life of patients and the prognosis of the disease. EGPA should be present as a differential diagnosis of peripheral eosinophilia associated with peripheral neuropathy and asthma.Keywords: Vasculitis; Quality of life; Eosinophilic Granulomatosis

O ensaio investiga nuances da abordagem gestáltica sobre a integralidade da pessoa no aqui e agora, instância na qual tomam forma diferentes figura/fundo. O intuito é provocar o leitor a refletir sobre o autoconhecimento em uma perspectiva ancorada na Gestalt-Terapia. Na primeira seção, apresento algumas conexões introdutórias que sinalizam os caminhos que percorri para chegar ao presente texto. Na segunda seção, destaco alguns aspectos teóricos da prática psicoterapêutica pensada por Fritz Perls e colaboradores, bem como enuncio a possibilidade de interlocução entre a abordagem gestáltica e o olhar integral para a pessoa em seu meio. Na terceira seção, explicito a contribuição da Gestalt-Terapia ao autoconhecimento e consequente integração equilibrada do organismo (corpo/psique) ao meio. Por fim, na última seção, exponho algumas conexões que visam demonstrar outros insights advindos de minha caminhada como psicoterapeuta e investigador da psique, bem como do uso que tenho feito das compreensões sobre a ampliação da consciência no acompanhamento clínico e na intersecção entre as partes e o todo no processo de autoconhecimento. Abstract: This essay investigates nuances of the gestalt view of a person's integrality in the here-and-now, an instance in which a person takes on different figure-backgrounds. The article aim is to provoke the reader to reflect on self-knowledge using a perspective anchored in Gestalt-Therapy. In the first section, I present a few introductory connections to indicate the paths I took to write this text. In the second section, I highlight a few theoretical aspects of the psychotherapeutic practice thought out by Fritz Perls and collaborators; as well as the possibility of a dialogue between the gestalt approach and the holistic look at a person in their environment. In the third section I explain the contribution of Gestalt therapy to self-knowledge and the resulting balanced integration of the organism (body/psyche) into its environment. And finally, in the last section, a few more connections are shown in order to demonstrate insights which have arisen from my journey as a psychotherapist and researcher of the Psyche; as well as the use I have made of my understanding about the expansion of consciousness, in the process of self-knowing, through clinical practises and through awareness of the intersection between parts and their whole.Keywords: Self-knowledge; Gestalt therapy; Figure-background; Here-and-now; Wholeness of the organism.
