Este trabalho tem como objetivo conhecer a importância da tecnologia da informação no processo de gestãoempresarial do comércio varejista de bolsas do calçadão de   Imperatriz – MA. Não é fácil gerenciar uma organização, pois é constante a busca por estruturas e ferramentas que venham esclarecer e facilitar os caminhos que a empresa deve seguir para atingir os objetivos propostos. Dessa forma, torna-se fundamental o uso da tecnologia de informação para tornar a empresa mais competitiva e assim evoluir no segmento em que atua. Com a ajuda da informática, pode-se aplicar os recursos disponíveis da melhor forma, diminuindo os riscos e aumentando a produtividade. No que diz respeito à metodologia, utilizou-se a revisão bibliográfica por meio de livros e artigos de autores especialista na temática, assim como também, uma pesquisa de campo junto aos gestores de lojas de bolsas situadas no calçadão de Imperatriz – MA. Constatou-se que a maioria dos entrevistados utilizam alguma ferramenta tecnológica para o bom andamento das atividades, outros 50% treinam internamente os gerentes e alguns colaboradores para que os mesmos realizem as vendas, mesmo na ausência do gestor. Sendo assim, fica evidenciado que cada vez mais, a presença do computador conectado à internet torna-se item indispensável para que as ações ocorram como o planejado. Abstract: This work aims to know the importance of information technology in the business management process of the retail trade of handbags on the sidewalk in Imperatriz - MA. It is not easy to manage an organization, as there is a constant search for structures and tools that will clarify and facilitate the paths that the company must follow to achieve the proposed objectives. In this way, the use of information technology becomes fundamental to make the company more competitive and thus evolve in the segment in which it operates. With the help of information technology, the available resources can be applied in the best way, reducing risks, and increasing productivity. Regarding the methodology, a bibliographic review was used through books and articles by authors specializing in the subject, as well as field research with the managers of handbag stores located on the boardwalk of Imperatriz - MA. It was found that majority of respondents use some technological tool for the smooth running of activities, another 50% internally train managers and some employees so that they carry out sales, even in the absence of the manager. Thus, it is evident that the presence of a computer connected to the internet becomes an indispensable item for actions to take place as planned.Keywords: Information technology. Management. São grandes os riscos de pacientes internados em Unidades de Terapia Intensiva (UTI) evoluírem com óbito, sendo necessário a conduta antecipada em cuidados paliativos nessa população. Entretanto, muitos profissionais não estão preparados para essa realidade e se sentem inseguros. Com isso surgiu a necessidade de avaliar o conhecimento em cuidados paliativos de uma equipe multiprofissional em Terapia Intensiva. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a percepção e nível de conhecimento em cuidados paliativos em profissionais da UTI. Trata-se de um estudo transversal, descritivo e unicêntrico, realizado por meio de um questionário online no período de dezembro de 2020 a janeiro de 2021. Constatou-se que mais de 87% tinham conhecimento em conceitos básicos, sendo que 15,6% fizeram capacitação que envolvia a temática: cuidados paliativos. 82,3% informaram que estavam preparados em lidar com esse perfil de paciente, porém 75,8% relataram que a equipe não estava. 28,2% afirmaram que estavam preparados em transmitir más notícias, enquanto uma maior porcentagem, 34,4%, relataram que a equipe estaria preparada.  Apesar da incapacidade formal, os profissionais se autojulgavam preparados, enquanto que a equipe estaria menos preparada. Entretanto no momento que tinham que atuar, transmitindo más notícias, afirmavam que a equipe era mais preparada. There are great risks of patients hospitalized in Intensive Care Units (ICU) progressing to death, requiring early conduct in palliative care in this population. However, many professionals are not prepared for this reality and feel insecure. With this, the need to assess the knowledge in palliative care of a multiprofessional team in Intensive Care emerged. The aim of this study was to assess the perception and level of knowledge in palliative care in ICU professionals. This is a cross-sectional, descriptive, and single-center study, carried out through an online questionnaire from December 2020 to January 2021. It was found that more than 87% had knowledge of basic concepts, with 15.6% did training involving the theme: palliative care. 82.3% reported that they were prepared to deal with this patient profile, but 75.8% reported that the team was not. 28.2% stated that they were prepared to deliver bad news, while a higher percentage, 34.4%, reported that the team would be prepared. Despite the formal incapacity, the professionals considered themselves prepared, while the team would be less prepared. However, when they had to act, transmitting bad news, they said that the team was more prepared.

Resumo: O enfermeiro consiste no principal vínculo para adaptação do paciente à sua condição de saúde. A partir de observações, ações e esclarecimentos do primeiro, o segundo pode compreender o que afeta o seu estado de saúde, adotar práticas ou manejar a nova condição e, até mesmo, realizar o autocuidado. A teoria da modelagem de papel elaborada por Helen Erickson, Evelyn Tomlin e Mary Swain retrata a interação enfermeiro-paciente e o cuidar como instrumento para a adaptação a situação de saúde. Com o objetivo de conhecer a produção científica que aplica a mesma na atenção à saúde da mulher. Efetuou-se um estudo de revisão integrativa de produções publicadas entre 1998 e 2016, em periódicos internacionais, nos idiomas inglês, espanhol e português, utilizando-se as plataformas BVS Enfermagem, PubMed e Scopus. Dentre os artigos encontrados, foram selecionados para análise quatro que abordavam a atenção à saúde da mulher e o uso da teoria. Observou-se a flexibilidade de adoção da mesma em estudos de assistência à saúde da parturiente, da dependente química, além da prevenção de agravos à saúde da mulher. Percebe-se a utilidade da modelagem de papel e o seu potencial para ensino e pesquisa promovendo autoeficácia na saúde da mulher.Palavras-chave: Modelagem de Papel. Enfermagem. Mulher.Abstract: The nurse is the main link for the patient's adaptation to his health condition. Based on observations, actions and clarifications from the former, the latter can understand what affects their health status, adopt practices or manage the new condition, and even perform self-care. The role modeling theory developed by Helen Erickson, Evelyn Tomlin and Mary Swain portrays the nurse-patient interaction and caring as an instrument for adapting to the health situation. With the objective of knowing the scientific production that applies it in women's health care. An integrative review study was carried out on productions published between 1998 and 2016, in international journals, in English, Spanish and Portuguese, using the VHL Nursing, PubMed and Scopus platforms. Among the articles found, four were selected for analysis that addressed women's health care and the use of theory. It was observed the flexibility of adoption of the same in studies of assistance to the health of the parturient, of the chemical dependent, in addition to the prevention of diseases to the women's health. The usefulness of paper modeling and its potential for teaching and research promoting self-efficacy in women's health can be seen.Keywords: Paper Modeling. Nursing. Women. 

A obesidade é considerada como o aumento exacerbado de tecido adiposo podendo causar diversas complicações a saúde. Sua causa é decorrente da combinação de múltiplos fatores. O estudo tem como finalidade mostrar diante a observação de artigos científicos a preponderância da pandemia da Covid-19 no acrescimento da obesidade no Brasil. Refere-se a uma análise de conteúdo que provém de obras científicas a partir de estudos já lançados entre os anos de 2020 a 2022. A obesidade tem sido vista como um preocupante problema de saúde pública, tornou-se umas das predominantes causas e consequências da COVID-19 sendo um fator agravante para casos graves da Covid-19. Além disso a depressão durante e pós a pandemia pode ser um fator determinante para o aumento excessivo do índice de massa corporal (IMC) já que existe uma forte relação entre obesidade e ansiedade. Abstract: Body aesthetics has gained visibility in recent decades with an emphasis on issues related to vanity, mental health and general well-being. In the past, women in their 30s and 40s had enormous concerns when they began to face the first marks of time such as wrinkles and sagging skin, without having effective treatments. The skin, the largest organ of the human body, is the main object of study in the area of aesthetics and this article consists of a literature review in order to analyze micro needling in the treatment of stretch marks in women in the puerperium. To this end, a total of 44 articles were raised, of which 28 were excluded based on titles and abstracts, leaving 16 for full reading, of which only 5 were functional to answer the hypotheses of this research that concludes that micro needling is an effectively safe in the treatment of stretch marks, as long as it is performed by a qualified professional.Keywords: Microneedling; Body esthetics; puerperal women; Stretch marks.

Esse estudo apresenta uma revisão integrativa da literatura sobre a ansiedade em alunos do Ensino Médio. Os dados foram consultados nas seguintes plataformar: BVS, CAPES, LILACS E SciELO por meio dos seguintes descritores: “Ansiedade” AND “Estudante” AND “Ensino Médio” ambos interligados pelo operador booleano and. Foram escolhidos: artigos publicados no intervalo de 2016 a 2021 e relacionados com o tema de investigação. Os manuscritos selecionados resultaram em 20, em que emergiram quatro categorias: Saúde mental dos Estudantes do ensino médio (n= 09), Pressões sociais (n= 05), Escolha Profissional, Mercado de Trabalho e a Competitividade Social (n= 04) e Construção de Identidade do Adolescente (n= 02). A literatura aponta que a pressão psicológica, sobrecarga de atividades escolares, a pressão familiar com relação à escolha profissional, a indecisão com o futuro, a dificuldade para estabelecer a própria identidade, contribuem para que estudantes do ensino médio sejam vulneráveis ao transtorno de ansiedade. Abstract: This study presents an integrative review of the literature on anxiety in high school students. Data were consulted on the following platforms: BVS, CAPES, LILACS and SciELO using the following descriptors: “Anxiety” AND “Student” AND “High School” both linked by the Boolean operator and. The following were chosen: articles published between 2016 and 2021 and related to the research topic. The selected manuscripts resulted in 20, in which four categories emerged: Mental health of high school students (n= 09), Social pressures (n= 05), Professional Choice, Labor Market and Social Competitiveness (n= 04) and Construction of the Adolescent's Identity (n= 02). The literature points out that psychological pressure, overload of school activities, family pressure regarding professional choice, indecision about the future, difficulty in establishing one's own identity, contribute to high school students being vulnerable to anxiety disorder.  Keywords: Anxiety. Resumo: Esse trabalho surgiu da necessidade de se investigar a importância do Administrador para a gestão das atividades no agronegócio e foi embasado na seguinte problemática: quais são os principais desafios e oportunidades encontrados pelos gestores à frente de empresas que atuam no agronegócio brasileiro? Para responder a esse questionamento, o presente artigo foi elaborado com o objetivo de apontar os principais desafios e as oportunidades que surgem para a atuação do administrador a frente de organizações que atuam no agronegócio brasileiro.  Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica exploratória e descritiva de caráter qualitativo, com o intuito de discorrer sobre os desafios que compõem os processos do agronegócio assim como apontar a contribuição do administrador para a melhoria destes processos. Nos resultados, constatou-se que os gestores encontram desafios quanto a gestão de custos, comunicação empresarial, falta de mão de obra qualificada, logística e infraestrutura; dai surgem as oportunidades, gestão da qualidade, gestão de custo, gestão de controle da produção, gestão de logística, gestão da cadeia de suprimentos.Palavras-Chave: Agronegócio. Oportunidades.Abstract: This work arose from the need to investigate the importance of the Administrator for the management of activities in agribusiness and was based on the following problem: what are the main challenges and opportunities encountered by managers at the head of companies that operate in Brazilian agribusiness? To answer this question, this article was prepared with the objective of pointing out the main challenges and opportunities that arise for the performance of the administrator in front of organizations that work in Brazilian agribusiness. This is an exploratory and descriptive bibliographic research of a qualitative nature, with the aim of discussing the challenges that make up the agribusiness processes as well as pointing out the administrator's contribution to the improvement of these processes. In the results, it was found that managers face challenges regarding cost management, business communication, lack of qualified labor, logistics and infrastructure. Thus arise opportunities for quality management, cost management, production control management, logistics management, supply chain management.Keywords: Agribusiness. Challenges. Opportunities.

Resumo: Este trabalho tem como objetivo de pesquisa compreender quais os dilemas das mulheres em cargos de liderança na cidade de Imperatriz-Ma. A pesquisa relaciona o que foi constatado na literatura pesquisada junto a amostra coletada na cidade. A metodologia do trabalho é qualitativa, que contou com a participação de 7 (sete) mulheres entrevistadas. Nos resultados, todas as mulheres consultadas apontaram para dificuldades da liderança feminina, onde o principal problema se relaciona no machismo sofrido nos ambientes de trabalho, assim como diferenças de salário mesmo que ambos os gêneros tenham as mesmas funções (cargos); as estratégias de enfrentamento encontradas foi o profissionalismo, enfrentamento via conversa e punições administrativas. Conclui-se, na perspectiva deste trabalho que é necessário refinar os canais de denúncias, outra questão interessante é a construção de uma sociedade mais tolerante nas diferenças por intermédio da educação, fazendo a edificação de paradigmas sociais cada vez mais voltados ao respeito e na equidade.Abstract: This work research aims to understand the dilemmas experienced by   women in leadership positions in the City of Imperatriz-MA.The research is related to  what was found in the literature analised though a sample of data collected in the City. The methodology of this work is quantitative which includes the collaboration of seven women interviewed. The results obtained show that all the women consulted pointed to the difficulties of female leadership, where the main problem is related to the sexist and discriminatory suffered in the workplace, as well as the salaries differences even though both genders perform the same functions and positions. However, the coping strategies found were through the professionalism, conversation, and administrative punishment. The conclusion in this work points out that there is a need to refine the channels of complaints, the perspective of this study shows the interesting question about the construction of a Society with more tolerance, through an educational process, building social paradigms based and focused on respect and equity.Keywords: Leadership. The article presents a multidimensional proposal for measuring informative pluralism in different open TV programs: newscasts, morning shows and opinion and debate programs, as well as the results of its application in the Chilean context. For this, a 6-dimensional instrument is proposed: diversity, editoriality, concentration, ownership, perception and scope. The hypothesis is that an adequate measurement of television pluralism requires different dimensions of analysis, which include aspects of programming, audiences and television as a market. After being tested with three different samples over time, the application of the instrument results in low pluralism in the programs analyzed, which is expressed in the homogeneity of content (topics, sources, political parties), in a context of high concentration of the audience and advertising in the channels with the worst score. These findings raise questions and proposals for the regulatory institutions of the sector in the current scenario of constitutional change.

Data journalism has become one of the most relevant specialties in the industry. Papers that study the discipline from different points of view are growing, but only a few inquire into the profile of the professionals, especially in the Spanish-speaking sphere. That is why this work explores the sociodemographic features of a wide sample of professionals in Spain and Latin America through a quantitative methodology based on a survey (n = 208), collected from an open database, published as a web directory (n = 296). The results reveal that this specialty engage more women than men and, even more clearly, younger than veterans. The research also detects a greater number of these specialized professionals in Spain than in Latinamerica and the concentration of these jobs in the main cities and metropolis. Finally, it is observed that data journalists usually work independently in small teams, usually with one or two people, and often as freelances.

Augmented reality (AR) has been a topic of debate in journalism for years. Numerous informative experiments have been carried out and the term has come to be commonly used by the public. The article tries to understand and contextualize through a state of the art what stage this technology is at and what expectations it has in the medium term to become a standardized discourse for mass use. As a result, a taxonomy of what has been called AR immersive journalism has been generated. In order to give value to this proposal, unique cases are analyzed, from which characteristics that have made them emblematic examples are extracted. To close the analysis, a focus group was carried out as an interpretative instrument to validate the results. It is concluded that this story is sufficiently mature to be integrated as a journalistic resource, appealing in principle to dissemination and infotainment.
