Resumen
This article explores how new generations of filmmakers represent the last Uruguayan dictatorship (1973–1985) through a comparative analysis of two documentaries directed by filmmakers born in democracy: Ópera Prima (Banina, 2018) and Delia (Pena, 2022). Framed within debates on memory, postmemory, and intergenerational transmission, the study identifies a shift from the cinematographic discourses of earlier generations, which were generally characterized by the direct depiction of historical events and explicit political advocacy. In contrast, recent productions adopt first-person narratives that examine the consequences of the past from an intimate, domestic, and affective perspective.

Resumen
This article examines the professional routines and the training and skills related to fact-checking among journalists working in the Spanish press. A nationwide online survey was conducted between May and June 2023 (n = 195). The findings indicate a growing amount of time devoted to verification in recent years, although it rarely exceeds thirty minutes per piece. Certain news areas—such as politics and economics—pose greater challenges. The study also reveals a limited use of specialized verification technologies and notable training gaps, particularly among more experienced journalists. Verification remains largely an individual practice, further shaped by structural and cultural factors. The study highlights the pressing need to strengthen both academic and professional training in digital verification, and to foster an organizational culture that supports this essential journalistic function in an age of disinformation.

Resumen
This paper is a systematic review of the financial management in farms. This review aims to gather and select articles discussing the implementation of projects and management qualification programs for farmers, which aim to manage the land and the production. The methodology used in this research is the search and assortment of papers, first on the basis Web of Science and further on Capes basis and Google Scholar. The search results brought 16 papers published between 2000 and 2023 and wrote by Brazilian authors. From the results was possible to identify four focuses of interest: the education level of the farmers; the tools, methods, and management techniques; accounting; costs; training and ATER. The main conclusion identifies a lack of management ability on the farms. This fact leads to the need for studies to investigate the causes of this deficit as well as the development of projects and programs to repair that.
Keywords: management programs; technical assistance; family farming; sustainability.

Resumen
With the 80 years since the ephemeral existence of the Federal Territory of Iguaçu (1943-1946) developed by the Marcha para Oeste program (1937-1945) as an indication of the beginning of the colonization process of part of the southern Brazilian region, it is worth reflecting on the heterogeneity of these regions, borders of multiple scales. To analyze the evolution of national security policies, in national and international circumstances for the formation of this territory, the inductive-deductive method is used in territorial multiscalarity, regarding flexibility, durability and overlapping of territorialities, in the face of spatial discontinuity. The research is based on literature review and analysis of documentary sources to discuss and confirm the differentiated territorial implementation of the network of cities in the National Border Strip between the states of Paraná, Santa Catarina and part of Rio Grande do Sul, especially regarding its territorial consolidation in the Southern Colonial Valleys section at the end of the 20th century.

Resumen
Science and Technology Parks (STPs) play a strategic role in strengthening innovation, competitiveness, and regional development by connecting public and private actors in collaborative environments for knowledge and technology generation. However, governance gaps persist in these environments in Brazil, limiting their potential to promote sustainable development and reduce territorial inequalities. This study proposes and evaluates a governance framework structured around five key axes: Strategic Governance, Governance Structures, Communication and Networking, Policies and Compliance, and Socio-environmental Responsibility. The methodology combined literature review, document analysis, and consultation with 54 experts from different Brazilian regions. The results show broad acceptance of the framework, with 88% of respondents highlighting its applicability, adaptability, and potential to improve management processes and institutional articulation. The study concludes that the framework contributes to aligning STP governance with public policies and regional development strategies.
Keywords: governance; regional development; territorial innovation; public policies; regional innovation system.

Resumen
The expansion of sugarcane cultivation, the development and modernization of the sugar-energy sector contributed to the strengthening of Brazilian agribusiness, cooperating with the growth of the country's economy. Environmental and social equity concerns have intensified, mainly because of the globalization of the market, which imposes greater demands on the production of commercialized products. Due to the socio-environmental awareness arising from this new global position, it is necessary to adjust agricultural or agro-industrial activities so that the entire production system has a positive impact on the environment and society. In this sense, the objective was to apply a method of evaluating the sustainability of the expansion and of the productive systems of the sugarcane culture in the State of Goiás. The methodology was based on the application of the Sustenta-Cana Method. In this way, subsidies are provided to create a picture of the sustainability of the sugarcane production system in the State. The results indicate that the sector occupies the “most sustainable” position in the Sustenta-Cana Index. It is concluded that the methods can be important tools in assessing the sustainability of the sugar-energy sector in Goiás, which means that the culture is moving along the lines of agricultural sustainability.
Keywords: regional development; planning; environmental practices.

Resumen
In 2017, the municipal government of Curitiba, capital of the state of Paraná, began installing boxes containing native beehives in its parks and public spaces, raising questions about the real impacts produced by this initiative. Using the typology framework for studies in public policies, we sought to perceive the real, symbolic, false or meaningless nuances present in the aforementioned action, which is called Jardins de Mel (Honey Gardens). The study presents an effort of documentary analysis and historical contextualization of the project, with data collected between September 2017 and April 2024, through several publications available on the internet, in addition to the bibliographic survey carried out in April 2024. Another element present in this work is the review of the bibliography used to build the theoretical-practical relationship. The information obtained allowed us to conclude that the project proposed to the citizens of Curitiba covers all the theorized types, although it confirms the preponderance of pseudo-political elements, demonstrating that the theoretical model applied, through the use of interpretative and argumentative methods, can contribute significantly to the understanding of intentions-actions of public managers, suggesting new discussions that evaluate the impacts of ecosystem services, species preservation and environmental education.
Keywords: urban meliponiculture; stingless bees; public policy; pseudo policies.

Resumen
Natural disasters have been increasing in both number and monetary losses in Brazil in recent decades. On the other hand, Brazilians' environmental awareness has been little related to the occurrence of these disasters. Based on this, the objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between natural disasters and the population's perception of environmental issues in Brazil and in the five major Brazilian regions. For this, the Ordinary Least Squares Model (OLS) was used. Disasters classified as climatological were the most frequent, with emphasis on droughts and dry spells. The Northeast and South regions recorded the highest number of occurrences and monetary losses. This result helps to understand what the regressions show. Considering the national data, awareness of environmental issues is associated especially with the number of monetary losses suffered by disasters. The data aggregated by region, on the other hand, allow us to conclude that environmental awareness is more correlated with natural disasters in places where these disasters are more frequent, especially if they result in high monetary losses, as in the case of the South and Northeast.
Keywords: natural disasters; environmental perception; monetary losses. Brazil; brazilian regions.

Resumen
The study aimed to diagnose and classify the segments of the Caiçara Cycle Tourism Route on the coast of Paraná, focusing on cyclists' perceptions and the guidelines of NBR 15.509-2 Cycle Tourism, Part 2: Route Classification (ABNT, 2017). The research involved a 430 km expedition for data collection and segment classification based on criteria such as environmental severity, orientation, technical difficulty, physical effort, and spatial analyses. Results identified critical segments like Superagui – Praia Deserta, Antonina – Morretes – Limeira, and Limeira – Garuva, which had higher severity due to the lack of shoulders, slippery surfaces, and poor road conditions. Conversely, segments such as Matinhos – Pontal do Paraná and Garuva – Guaratuba – Matinhos were classified with lower severity despite challenges like compromised safety and inadequate signage. This study provides a preliminary foundation for implementing the Caiçara Route and supports the development of cycle tourism and sustainable mobility along the Paraná coast.
Keywords: cycling mobility; sustainable development; sustainable mobility; territorial sustainability; community-based tourism.
