Resumo: O objetivo foi refletir sobre a utilização de recursos tecnológicos como facilitador para o ritual de despedida de familiares de pacientes hospitalizados na UTI COVID-19. Metodologia: o estudo tem caráter qualitativo, sendo um relato de experiência da rotina assistencial do serviço de psicologia em UTI COVID-19 de um hospital geral de referência na rede privada, na cidade de Natal/RN.  Os atendimentos foram realizados na UTI, junto a quatro familiares, no período compreendido entre Janeiro a Maio de 2021, mediando às despedida destes em relação ao paciente-familiar em processo de morte, utilizado recurso tecnológico, por meio de chamada de vídeo.  Resultados: Os contatos virtuais se tornaram grandes aliados nos processos de comunicação, possibilitando a execução de rituais de despedidas junto aos familiares que se mantinham distantes de seus parentes hospitalizados. Foi proporcionado um espaço de elaboração das perdas e do processo de despedida, frente a materialização da morte, com a expressão do adeus sem negá-la. Obteve-se também a satisfação dos familiares com o serviço prestado, por meio de feedbacks virtuais. As famílias descreveram a relevância de ter o momento com o ente querido, podendo falar sobre seus sentimentos em relação ao mesmo, além de conseguir, mesmo que de forma remota, ver o paciente. Conclusão:  Foi verificada a eficácia no uso do recurso tecnológico virtual na promoção de ritual de despedida de familiares em contexto de distanciamento de ente querido pela internação por COVID-19 na UTI. Somou-se a isso enfatizar a relevância da realização do ritual de despedida diante da impossibilidade do uso de outros rituais já usados antes da pandemia, o que pode favorecer na prevenção de risco para complicações no processo de luto inerente à perda.Palavras-chave: Morte; família. Unidade de Terapia Intensiva. Abstract: The Objective was reflect the use of technological resources as a facilitator for the farewell ritual of family members of patients hospitalized in the COVID-19 ICU. Methodology: the study has a qualitative character, being an experience report of the care routine of the psychology service in the COVID-19 ICU on a general hospital of reference in the private network, in the city of Natal/RN. The consultations were carried out in the ICU, with four family members, in the period between January and May of 2021, mediating the process of their farewell, in relation to the family patient in the process of death, using technological resources, through video call. Results: virtual contacts have become great allies in the communication processes, enabling the execution of farewell rituals with family members who were distant from their hospitalized relatives. It provided a place for the elaboration of losses and the farewell process, in the face of materializing death, with the expression of goodbye. The satisfaction of family members with the service provided was also obtained through virtual feedback. Families described the importance of having the moment with the dear relative, being able to talk about their feelings related to them, in addition, even remotely, to see the patient. Conclusion: It was verified the effectiveness in the use of the virtual technological resource in promoting the farewell ritual of family members in the context of distancing from a loved one due to hospitalization in case of COVID-19 in the ICU. Added to this, it emphasizes the importance of performing the farewell ritual in view of the impossibility of using other rituals already used before the pandemic, which can favor the prevention of risk for complications in the grieving process inherent to the loss.Keywords: Death; family; COVID-19; Intensive Care Unit.  

Resumo: Na presente pesquisa realizamos uma abordagem de como as atividades lúdicas são essenciais na Educação Infantil e de como os seus feitos ocasionam o desenvolvimento de habilidades nas crianças, além do incentivo ao crescimento e aperfeiçoamento das práticas pedagógicas. No artigo em questão como objetivo geral analisamos as contribuições de atividades lúdicas na Educação Infantil, evidenciamos a importância de desenvolver essas práticas ainda quando crianças e apresentamos a docentes, futuros docentes e a comunidade em geral que as brincadeiras promovem a formação de um cidadão participativo, reflexivo e crítico. Como aporte teórico mencionamos os estudos desenvolvidos por Almeida (1995); Luckesi (2000) e Vygotsky (1984) dentre outros contribuintes. Contamos com uma pesquisa de metodologia, em termos de estudo e análises, de natureza qualitativa. Em relação ao objetivo do estudo é de origem exploratória e procedimentos técnicos de pesquisa bibliográfica. O interesse pela presente temática em abordagem surge através das disciplinas de estágio vivenciados de forma prática na Educação Infantil. A Educação Infantil pautada em um ensino lúdico evidencia que a aprendizagem se torna algo prazeroso e mais efetivo para as crianças. A alegria envolvida, a energia faz com que se tenha uma maior dedicação para realizar essas ações que vão além do pedagógico.  O lúdico não pode ser tido como um passatempo, essa concepção precisa ser desconstruída e ser entendida que é uma experiência voltada para algum conhecimento e que está sendo trabalhado além do pensamento individual, o coletivo. O brincar, o lúdico não é desenvolvido sem nenhuma perspectiva, ao contrário, vários valores são abordados e colocados em prática para que a criança internaliza e leve esses valores para além da sala de aula.Palavras-Chave: Educação Infantil. Práticas pedagógicas. Abstract:In the present research we carried out an approach of how playful activities are essential in Early Childhood Education and how their achievements lead to the development of skills in children, in addition to encouraging the growth and improvement of pedagogical practices. In the article in question, as a general objective, we analyze the contributions of playful activities in Early Childhood Education, we highlight the importance of developing these practices even when children and we present to teachers, future teachers and the community in general that games promote the formation of a participatory citizen, reflective and critical. As a theoretical contribution, we mention the studies developed by Almeida (1995); Luckesi (2000) and Vygotsky (1984) among other contributors. We have a methodology research, in terms of study and analysis, of a qualitative nature. In relation to the objective of the study is of exploratory origin and technical procedures of bibliographic research. The interest in the present theme in approach arises through the internship disciplines experienced in a practical way in Early Childhood Education. Early childhood education based on playful teaching shows that learning becomes something pleasurable and more effective for children. The joy involved, the energy makes one have a greater dedication to carry out these actions that go beyond the pedagogical. The ludic cannot be seen as a hobby, this conception needs to be deconstructed and understood that it is an experience focused on some knowledge and that is being worked on beyond individual, collective thinking. Playing, the ludic is not developed without any perspective, on the contrary, several values are addressed and put into practice so that the child internalizes and takes these values beyond the classroom.Keywords: Early Childhood Education. Resumo: O presente artigo objetivou a importância da brinquedoteca para a construção social na infância, visando, a brinquedoteca como construtora social, onde se faz um meio essencial para a criança na sua autonomia e na aprendizagem. A ludicidade está ligada diretamente à parte da aprendizagem na diversão, onde se tem brincadeiras, jogos e atividades lúdicas que auxiliam nesse processo de aprendizagem. É através do lúdico que a criança aprende e desenvolve todas as percepções, pois, é com as brincadeiras e com os jogos que as crianças conseguem fortalecer os aspectos cognitivos, afetivos e sociais. O presente artigo tem como objetivo discorrer sobra a brinquedoteca como construtora social no desenvolvimento da criança, onde deu ênfase na aprendizagem e no desenvolvimento cognitivo, afetivo da criança. O método utilizado para esta pesquisa foi a revisão bibliográfica. Através desta pesquisa, foi possível analisar nos resultados que a brinquedoteca é um espaço educativo e ao mesmo tempo que a criança brinca, ela aprende. Além disso, tem como finalidade a interação social infanto-juvenil, auxiliando na construção da cidadania, na socialização, na afetividade e nas habilidades cognitivas e motoras das crianças e adolescentes.Palavras–chaves: Interação Social. Ludicidade. Abstract: This article aimed at the importance of the toy library for social construction in childhood, aiming at the toy library as a social constructor, where it becomes an essential means for the child in its autonomy and learning. Playfulness is directly linked to the part of learning in fun, where there are games, games and playful activities that help in this learning process. It is through play that the child learns and develops all perceptions, because it is through play and games that children are able to strengthen the cognitive, affective and social aspects. This article aims to discuss the toy library as a social constructor in the development of the child, where it emphasized learning and the child's cognitive and affective development. The method used for this research was the literature review. Through this research, it was possible to analyze the results that the toy library is an educational space and at the same time that the child plays, he learns. In addition, it aims at children's social interaction, helping to build citizenship, socialization, affectivity and cognitive and motor skills of children and adolescents.Keywords: Social Interaction; Toy Library; Education and Playfulness. 

Resumo: O presente artigo faz uma abordagem sobre as contribuições da leitura na primeira fase da Educação Infantil da Educação Básica, assimo como no Ensino Fundamental Anos Iniciais, apresentando também a sua relevância para além da sala de aula, enfatiza a pertinência das contribuições geradas pela leitura para o desenvolvimento e formação da criança enquanto um ser ativo, participativo, reflexivo e crítico para o meio social ao qual está inserido. Essa pesquisa apresenta como objetivo analisar as estratégias de leitura estimulando-os através do letramento literário e destacar a importância dos gêneros textuais na Educação Infantil e Ensino Fundamental – Anos Iniciais e ampliar o senso crítico dos estudantes através das leituras postas no cotidiano. Para a presente pesquisa fizemos uso de bases qualitativas fundamentadas nos resultados de um projeto de incentivo a leitura desenvolvida em turmas da Educação Infantil e Ensino Fundamental – Anos Iniciais. Como aporte teórico conta-se com as contribuições dos estudos de Freire (1996; 2006), Garcez (2008), Solé (1998), Ferreiro (1994), Prado (1996), Soares (2005) e Grossi (2008) dentre outros estudiosos. Diante das abordagens estudadas e analisadas inferimos o quão primordial se faz os estímulos à leitura na Educação Infatil e Ensino Fundamental, sendo primordial a parceria entre escola, família e sociedade.Palavras-chave: Educação Infantil; Leitura; Letramento Literário. Abstract: This article approaches the contributions of reading in the first phase of Early Childhood Education in Basic Education, as well as in Elementary School Early Years, also presenting its relevance beyond the classroom, emphasizes the relevance of the contributions generated by the reading for the development and formation of the child as an active, participatory, reflective, and critical being for the social environment in which he is inserted. This research aims to analyse reading strategies stimulating them through literary literacy and highlight the importance of textual genres in Early Childhood Education and Elementary School - Early Years and expand students' critical sense through daily readings. For the present research, we used qualitative bases based on the results of a project to encourage reading developed in Early Childhood and Elementary School classes. As a theoretical contribution, there are contributions from studies by Freire (1996; 2006), Garcez (2008), Solé (1998), Ferreiro (1994), Prado (1996), Soares (2005) and Grossi (2008) among others. scholars. Resumo: A escola deve ser um espaço de inclusão, onde sejam respeitadas todas as diferenças sociais, culturais, econômicas, físicas e psíquicas dos alunos. A inclusão escolar não diz respeito somente a inserir a criança fisicamente na escola, mas também a se adequar às suas particularidades, oferecendo um sistema de ensino onde ela possa se desenvolver integralmente, mesmo com suas limitações. Sendo assim, a inclusão escolar ainda se constitui como um desafio em diferentes espaços escolares. O presente artigo tem como objetivo discorrer sobre a inclusão escolar de alunos com autismo. O Transtorno do Espectro Autista é um transtorno de neurodesenvolvimento que se caracteriza por um déficit na comunicação, na interação social e no comportamento. Esses déficits trazem inúmeros prejuízos na vida do indivíduo, inclusive na área escolar. Por isso o debate sobre a escolarização de pessoas com TEA é tão pertinente. O método utilizado para esta pesquisa foi a revisão bibliográfica. Através de uma pesquisa sistemática em artigos sobre o tema, foi possível analisar que a inclusão escolar é uma questão complexa, pois para que tenha sucesso, é necessário que as escolas estejam preparadas para receber e lidar com este tipo de aluno, e tenham equipes de profissionais devidamente qualificadas. Constata-se que a inserção escolar de autistas é um processo que inclui um trabalho entre escola, estado, família e sociedade, e o papel do professor tem uma significativa contribuição nesta inclusão, pois este é o profissional responsável por integrar o aluno em sala de aula, e também responsável por sua aprendizagem.Palavras-chave: Autismo, Educação, Inclusão. Abstract: The school must be a space of inclusion, where all the social, cultural, economic, physical and psychological differences of the students are respected. School inclusion is not only about physically inserting the child into school, but also about adapting to their particularities, offering an education system where they can fully develop, even with their limitations. Therefore, school inclusion still constitutes a challenge in different school spaces. This article aims to discuss the school inclusion of students with autism. Autism Spectrum Disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder that is characterized by a deficit in communication, social interaction and behavior. These deficits bring numerous damages in the life of the individual, including in the school area. That is why the debate on the schooling of people with ASD is so pertinent. The method used for this research was the literature review. Through a systematic research in articles on the subject, it was possible to analyze that school inclusion is a complex issue, because for it to be successful, it is necessary that schools are prepared to receive and deal with this type of student, and have teams of suitably qualified professionals. It appears that the school insertion of autistic people is a process that includes work between school, state, family and society, and the role of the teacher has a significant contribution to this inclusion, as this is the professional responsible for integrating the student into the classroom. class, and also responsible for their learning.Keywords: Autism, Education, Inclusion. 

Resumo: Aprender é uma leitura individual de cada sujeito, dependendo do procedimento de ensino e suas respectivas metodologias para concretizar a ação. No ensino fundamental, o lúdico é o grande diferencial que possibilita novas aquisições e domínio próprio dos conteúdos. O brincar é uma das atividades principais no período da infância, sendo também uma das características essenciais do processo de ensino- aprendizagem nas escolas. O objetivo desse trabalho é mostrar de forma diferenciada a importância que o lúdico desenvolve no processo de ensino, gerando motivação, participação maior e contribuindo para a criatividade, respeito e espontaneidade da criança. O escrito desenvolveu-se a partir de pesquisa bibliográfica. In elementary education, play is the great differential that allows new acquisitions and own mastery of content. Playing is one of the main activities in childhood, and it is also one of the essential characteristics of the teaching-learning process in schools. The objective of this work is to show in a differentiated way the importance that the ludic develops in the teaching process, generating motivation, greater participation and contributing to the creativity, respect and spontaneity of the child. The writing was developed from bibliographic research. Resumo:Nos últimos anos, o Governo Federal Brasileiro ampliou o acesso a venenos por meio de suas políticas de comodities, apoiando o grande agronegócio e desfavorecendo, em uma relação inversamente proporcional, a saúde e o bem-estar dos trabalhadores. Pontuamos que os agrotóxicos representam uma grande variedade de produtos químicos apresentados em diferentes formulações e concentrações e utilizados em diferentes ambientes: agricultura, banho sanitário animal, uso doméstico e controle de vetores. Propomos uma reflexão, que acreditamos urgente. Uma modificação na atenção à saúde dos povos, direcionada a uma agricultura familiar orgânica, livre de venenos ou com a devida fiscalização legal quanto às normas de aplicação, somado-se a uma revisão das permissões legais para uso de pesticidas.Palavras-chave: Agrotóxicos. Fiscalização legal. Abstract: In recent years, the Brazilian Federal Government has expanded access to poisons through its commodity policies, supporting large agribusiness and disfavoring, in an inversely proportional relationship, the health and well-being of workers. We point out that pesticides represent a wide variety of chemical products presented in different formulations and concentrations and used in different environments: agriculture, animal sanitary bath, domestic use and vector control. We propose a reflection, which we believe is urgent. A change in people's health care, aimed at organic family farming, free of poisons or with due legal supervision regarding the application rules, added to a review of the legal permissions for the use of pesticides.Keywords: Pesticides. Resumo: A inclusão de  alunos com deficiência ou transtorno  é um direito garantido por lei, por este motivo este artigo foi realizado tendo  como intuito discutir, refletir e compreender sobre  a inclusão no  ensino da matemática para alunos com TEA,  o Transtorno do espectro autista, matriculados na escola de ensino fundamental anos finais vinculadas a rede pública de ensino de Penaforte-CE. Foi realizado o diagnóstico na escola campo, onde foi evidenciado que o processo de inclusão dos alunos com  autismo no ensino da matemática ainda é bastante desafiadora, tendo em vista que a escola não possui materiais adaptados, nem incluem em seus debates ou documentos norteadores sobre a educação inclusiva, não tem uma infraestrutura adequada, sobretudo, em relação a capacitação dos docentes, entretanto, buscou-se demonstrar aos discentes que é possível inovar suas práticas pedagógicas através de estratégias e metodologias de ensino que facilite a aplicação de  atividades voltadas para o ensino desta disciplina, assim desta forma, a partir do desenvolvimento de planejamentos pedagógicos, a utilização de materiais didáticos manipuláveis, que desenvolva o raciocínio lógico, o pensamento, a criatividade e a capacidade de resolver problemas, assim proporcionando uma  aprendizagem significativa deste público que necessita de um olhar especial na forma de ensinar, com a finalidade de, posteriormente, realizar uma intervenção, com a utilização de jogos, e tecnologias assistivas, através da gamificação, ferramentas essas que potencializem o ensino e a aprendizagem dos conteúdos matemáticos. Quanto ao tipo de pesquisa, optou-se pela pesquisa de campo, de caráter qualitativa e exploratório, de natureza bibliográfica onde os estudos sobre a educação matemática evidenciaram que é necessário promover uma educação que preze pela aprendizagem dos alunos autistas.Palavras-Chave: Inclusão. autismo. Lúdico. Abstract: The inclusion of students with disabilities or disorders is a right guaranteed by law, for this reason this article was carried out with the aim of discussing, reflecting and understanding about inclusion in the teaching of mathematics for students with ASD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, enrolled in the final year elementary school linked to the public education network of Penaforte-CE. The diagnosis was carried out at the rural school, where it was evidenced that the process of including students with autism in the teaching of mathematics is still quite challenging, given that the school does not have adapted materials, nor do they include in its debates or guiding documents about the inclusive education, does not have an adequate infrastructure, especially in relation to the training of teachers, however, we sought to demonstrate to students that it is possible to innovate their pedagogical practices through teaching strategies and methodologies that facilitate the application of activities aimed at teaching of this discipline, thus, from the development of pedagogical plans, the use of manipulative teaching materials, which develops logical reasoning, thinking, creativity and the ability to solve problems, thus providing a significant learning of this public that needs a special look at the way of teaching, with the purpose of, po later, carry out an intervention, using games, and assistive technologies, through gamification, tools that enhance the teaching and learning of mathematical content. As for the type of research, field research was chosen, of a qualitative and exploratory nature, of a bibliographic nature, where studies on mathematics education showed that it is necessary to promote an education that values the learning of autistic students.Keywords: Inclusion. autism. The objective was to report the main demands of university students regarding the initiation phase of higher education through the welcoming practice based on the prospect of the health promoting university, with a group of university students from a private institution in the interior of the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. This is a qualitative and descriptive experience report research of the interventionist type, to produce reflection on the findings identified regarding the performance of the school/educational psychologist in the health promotion university program. The study will be carried out with university students from a private non-profit Higher Education Institution (HEI) in the Alto Paranaíba region, state of Minas Gerais - Brazil. For data collection, a sequence of actions was performed. Initially, the demand of incoming students was surveyed through the online questionnaire (survey method) and later five thematic group meetings were held, which took place once a week with the purpose of promoting conversation circles based on the psychodramatic game. For data analysis, spreadsheets from the Microsoft Excel for Window program were used without regard to tabulated data extracted from the Google Forms platform, specifically for qualitative analysis, the conversation and speech analysis method was used. It is considered that entering higher education presents itself as a challenge for those who are in the initial phase of the course regarding the academic environment, thus it is evident that the presence of the school psychologist can help the student in this phase of adaptation and interpersonal relationship promoting the exchange of experience and expectations among classmates, thus, being able to contribute to the reduction of dropout rates motivated by the anguish of the beginning of the course and difficulty with the model of relationship teacher - student - academic environment different from what they are used to during primary and secondary education.

Abstract: The work aims to understand the importance of the recruitment and selection process for efficient business management in micro and small companies. Companies are looking for rapid economic and organizational growth, so a team of skilled people who are aware of their role is needed. Through an efficient management of people, a good process of recruitment and selection can be established and, consequently, the admission of qualified and prepared professionals to work in the local market. Having only technical preparation nowadays doesn't mean much. It's important, but it's not what makes the difference when hiring. The human resources area, that is, people management, nowadays, in addition to demanding technical competence from candidates, seeks people with skills and attitudes that are very specific to the needs of the company that demands the vacancy. As a methodology, bibliographic research was mainly used, through books and articles related to the topic in question. After the research, it became clear that the entire organization is made up of people, such as micro and small companies. Therefore, an efficient recruitment and selection process is essential to assemble the best team and together contribute to the company's success and success in the segment in which it operates.
