Resumen
Aging is a normal physiological process in an individual's life, in which emotional and physical functional capacity changes, and primary health care (PHC) is the main bias of specialized care for these individuals. In this sense, knowledge about the profile of patients who seek these places is considered a strategic improvement tool for public health actions. This study aimed to define the profile of geriatric users treated at a Basic Health Unit (UBS) located in the municipality of Imaculada, Paraíba, Brazil, between March and August 2022. This is an experience report, with a qualitative approach carried out during the curricular practice of Supervised Residency Internship. During the evaluated months, 383 elderly people, 250 women and 133 men, were consulted, with the greatest demand for the unit being women aged 60-64 years and men aged 80 years or older. The greatest search for medical care was related to complaints of hypertension with complications (78 individuals) and non-insulin-dependent diabetes (49 patients). When the main complaint on the part of individuals, is the delay in the process of scheduling exams and consultations with specialized doctors. In addition, the study corroborated the better knowledge of users, inferring the main causes that influence the demand for care. In this way, the experience at the UBS contributed to understanding the main diseases that affect the local population and the challenges faced by the unit's multidisciplinary team.

Resumen
The present work deals with a relevant theme for the academic and social world, as it deals with Youth and Adult Education within the Prison System. Its main objective is to know, through the eyes of the teacher, what are the expectations of his detained student, regarding his educational future and life after prison. Theoretically, it is based on research already published on the internet, in books and magazines. Authors such as: Federal Constitution (1988), Assis (2007), Tavares & Menandro (2004), Criminal Execution Law (1976), Moreira (2007) and others, supported the reasoning of the work. With a qualitative method, a structured individual interview was carried out with two teachers of the Youth and Adult Education modality (EJA) working within the prison system of Salgueiro-PE. After analyzing the data, through the eyes of the teacher, it was mainly evident that most students live without any expectations related to their studies, considering that studying is no longer worth it and that the opportunity to conquer a future through education has already passed. For the teachers, the classes take place in the midst of mistrust in the environment and hampered by the lack of technological resources, which cannot be used inside the prison. It is concluded that, even with so many challenges faced by teachers and inmates, it is relevant to take education to an environment where most dreams are no longer pursued, but there are still those who intend to continue their studies and be re-socialized.

Resumen
This article aims to address the impacts of the social pandemic on the lives of the deaf in the psychological and scope. A qualitative research was carried out using the semi-structured interview as an instrument. Data collection took place in March 2022 in March 2022. Total sample number was found in January. The profile interviews were based on Bardin's method of analysis and distributed as main statements in 4 categories: sociodemographic; social relationships; communication and psychological impacts. From the analysis, it was possible to perceive that the pandemic exacerbated the lack of accessibility that already existed in the lives of deaf subjects in the professional scope and as well as the techniques used to communicate, such as through lip reading. It can be seen that the “mandatory isolation” factor directly influenced the quality of mental health and that social networks played an essential role in maintaining social relationships during the period of isolation. In addition, they lack good communication within health services, such as lack of study within health services, as well as assistance in the lives of health professionals. It is hoped that this study will contribute to the reflection of how the lack of communication can contribute to the experience and instigate painful health professionals to communicate effectively to patients about health, offering comprehensiveness and quality. in the assistance provided to this subject.
