Before March 16, 2020, the National Register of Identification and Civil Status – RENIEC, as governing body in charge of the national registry of identification and civil status in Peru, it has been working as usual. One of its main functions is the inscription of births. However, with the arising of the COVID 19 pandemic and all the restrictions that this situation provoked, there were a series of problems for the registration of newborns. Therefore, RENIEC as several bodies of the State directly related to this role, looked for practical solutions to guarantee the right to identity of newborns. The given solutions were based on good practices implemented by these institutions previously to COVID 19 – such as the online Certificate of live birth – and others that arose because of the pandemic (suspension of the terms, use of certificate of live birth to identify the newborn, biofacial DNI (National Identity Document), which allowed, during this health emergency, to continue with the registration of births and to obtain the national identity document of the newborn swiftly, effectively and without leaving home. The situation was different in other countries of the region where the right to identity of newborns was affected because they did not have the adequate mechanisms to make the registration. Therefore, the good practices implemented by the different Peruvian institutions directly related to the inscription of births have been successful because they have guaranteed the right to identity of newborns, but above all they have been implemented considering the human being and its dignity as center and end of society and State, framing its actions within the bioethics and person-based current.

Contrary to the current inaugurated by V. Gordon Childe for whom the city would be a consequence of the previous invention of agriculture, Bielza de Ory seems to lean openly towards the thesis of Fustel de Coulanges, for whom the altar would be "the first element of the urban cradle”. This thesis is supported by recent archaeological discoveries (Jericho; Caral and Çatal Hüyük,) whose dating would be prior to the Agricultural Revolution. In the historical journey that the author offers us, the sacred has played a role that is not relevant but expressly decisive in the genesis of the urban form in the West. And it has not ceased to have it despite the process of secularization that the industrial era is undergoing and that instead would have changed in the postmodern era, in which the sacred, fast from all transcendence, would have been revalued even as an outstanding part of the cultural heritage

Science fiction film productions have become a very powerful tool to predict and illustrate societal and territorial threats and, in particular, to visualise future urban models. It is common knowledge that cinema is a powerful instrument to spread and envisage how future cities might look like. Therefore, beyond being such a great source of entertainment, there is no denying that films allow us to create and disseminate not only the main theories and complex thoughts, but also the analysis of the most accessible ideological and philosophical trends. Hence, the aim of this essay is to analyse the strong and underlying bond between human geography and cinema. For that purpose, a set of science fiction films is listed and evaluated through a geoprospective study which ultimately allows us to present a deep reflection regarding the future of our societies and its urban models, and the disagreement with the present.

It is relevant to elucidate a regrettable phenomenon within the armed conflict in Colombia: the illicit recruitment of children and adolescents, a situation that has plagued the Colombian territory for more than 60 years. This event occurs due to the non-compliance with the duty to protect the rights of children and adolescents by the State and the family, in accordance with the co-responsibility that exists between both institutions, which failed to watch over the rights of this specific population. In that regard, the main objective of this research is to determine the impact derived from the failure of the Colombian State and the family to protect the rights of children and adolescents, as a decisive factor in the forced recruitment by armed groups outside the law. Thus, the type of research is legal-dogmatic, the approach is qualitative, the techniques for data collection were the registry file and data systematization; the method for analyzing the information collected is the analytical-synthetic one. In the end, it was concluded that the family and the Colombian State are responsible for allowing children and adolescents to be forcibly recruited and subjected to violent spaces where their rights and guarantees did not exist.

A theoretical reflexive analysis, from the perspective of specialized literature, of the challenges and opportunities for care and support of families who have been victims of the armed conflict in Colombia. This essay is divided into two parts. In the first one, the family is addressed as a social actor which structure and both internal and external dynamics have been affected and transformed by the conflict. In the second part, we consider a set of capacities or potential features to be addressed in order to contribute and support the reconstruction of family dynamics eroded by this extreme stress. The main conclusions indicate that family has been a collective victim during the Colombian armed conflict therefore holistic accompaniment and welcome must be offered to support its healing process. In addition, support shall be given to strengthen its material, political or c ensure care, education, and full development of the human being.
