After the 2006 New York Convention on persons with disabilities, the need to adapt the legislation of the countries that signed it arises. As far as the Spanish legal system is concerned, the adaptation occurs through Law 8/2021, of June 2, which reforms the civil and procedural legislation for the support of people with disabilities in the exercise of their juridical capacity.
Taking the new legislation as a reference, guardianship and conservatorship are studied in the Roman legal experience to finally present the comparison between the recent Law 8/2021 and Roman Law based on the most relevant differences and similarities that can be detected between both terms comparison object. All this in order to verify the presence and imprint of Roman law in current legal systems.

The important text included in D. 50,17,23 (Ulp. 29 ad Sab.) condenses a model of gradation of responsibility of great later importance. On this textual basis and its connections, a dogmatic framework is proposed for those cases in which an obligation is not fulfilled as a result of the spread of a serious infectious disease. As this incident is not expressly contemplated in the general framework exposed by Ulpian, the analogy takes on a special role in the theoretical qualification of the problem. Through this means, force majeure makes its way as a risk attribution criterion, in principle to the creditor.

Resumen
Among the wide variety of urban slaves that existed in Ancient Rome, there is one that stands out for the special service he rendered to his master, especially when the latter belonged to the upper classes: the nomenclator. His main function was to memorise the names of the influential people of the city, as well as those of his dominus' clients, and to act as a "prompter" when the master needed to address any of them by name. The nomenclators were especially useful when the nobleman was on election campaigns, but also in certain domestic functions assigned to them. Later in the Empire they were also in the service of emperors and other officials, now with the status of freedmen, and were gradually integrated into the imperial administration, as can be seen in the Notitia dignitatum.

The format chosen for its classification is based on the classic content distribution of the knowledge area -a) Person, Family and Inheritance; b) Real Rights and Obligations and Contracts; c) Procedural Law; d) Criminal Law; e) History, Roman Law and Reception- which allows the reader a more agile identification of the subjects and works.

The paper discusses the possible use (or not) of cursus publicus by Christian pilgrim women during the fourth and fifth centuries a. d. After presenting the raison d'être of the subject, the cases of some women of high social status such as the two Melanias, Paula or Egeria are exposed and, also, that it was their status that facilitated the use of the cursus is defended, although there was no public interest in the trip one that theoretically justified the concession

Resumen
In this article we propose that imprisonment in Chilecan offer a paradoxical and last possibility of restitutionof rights, of social insertion and of reduction of thecriminal recidivism of the imprisoned people. To dothis, we conceptually rely on the criticism made byÁngela Davis of “human surplus” regarding those whoare deprived of liberty. As empirical support for ourcentral premise, we rely on various secondary sourcesthat speak both of the levels of social exclusion of thepopulation deprived of liberty in the country and of thepossibilities of reducing recidivism when conditions anddignified treatment exist during the detention phase.lockdown. In this sense, the current composition ofthe prison system in Chile contemplates as one of itsmain characteristics the high levels of vulnerability andexclusion of people who are deprived of liberty. Likewise,during the confinement stage, and due to the precariousoperating conditions of the Chilean penitentiary system,these initial disadvantages are amplified, therebygenerating favorable conditions for recidivism.
