Resumen
In the early XVII century corrales de comedias were built in every major Spanish city. One such theater was built in Estella, a small city in the Kingdom of Navarre. This article brings to light a series of judicial documents that contain interesting data about the short life of a casa de comedias in the city of Estella from 1613 to 1624. The manager and owner of such performance venue was a woman, Graciana (or Gracia, or Graciosa, depending on the document) Alemán, who inherited the property as part of her dowry in 1615. This not very large corral de comedias was designed as a multipurpose space: it was used not only as a theater but also as a space for juego de pelota and juego de argollas.

Resumen
The proximity or confusion between satires and epistles in Horace has its reflection in the Spanish poetry of the Golden Age, but not its exact reproduction. This complex origin of the epistle joins other problems, such as the pseudobiographical projection or the careful organization of the epistles in two books. The epistolary genre, in prose and verse, is also characterized by extreme variability, so that beyond the presence of an addressee it does not seem always possible to find shared characteristics. The appearance of epistolary, moreover, does not serve to ascribe a poem to such a variable genre. Nevertheless, the poets of the 16th and 17th centuries as well as the current critics identify a stable epistolary group in the Golden Age.

Resumen
In this article I intend to analize the expresión of individuality of Miguel de Castro’s Discurso de mi tragedia y vida, and the evolution of his personality throughout his autobiography. In contrast to the postulates of theorists such as Lejeune or Gusdorf, who considered the autobiographies prior to Rousseau’s Confessions as lacking of a clear manifestation of the personality or the development of the “I”, this article tries to show how the protagonists of the Discurso is indeed aware of himself and his own individuality, within the social-courtesan system in which he lives.

Resumen
This articles examines some recent studies on María de Zayas’ fiction, departing from an analysis of Alicia Yllera’s valuable critical edition of the Desengaños amorosos (2021), and reflecting on a series of open questions on the life and work of the writer. These questions reveal worrisome gaps in our knowledge of Zayas, but also the fact that there are critics who try to assign a certain value to her work without the necessary critical precision.
