Resumen
The patrimonial responsibility of the State is an issue belonging to the general part of administrative law. In Peruvian law, this institution does not have a clear and deep theoretical development as the civil liability system applied in private law does. Through this paper, the author outlines some generic considerations on the foundations of the duty to compensate by the Public Administration, generated when, in the exercise of its legally attributed powers, it causes injuries to the legally protected interests of the administered. Thus, the purpose of this work is to establish an approximation at the national headquarters on the theory of the patrimonial responsibility of the State, without prejudice to recognizing the influence of some institutions of private law.

Resumen
This paper focuses on the study of urban planning and its legal regime in Spain. To do so, we begin with a brief reference to the urban and land use planning legislation in this country. Next, we deal with the legal nature of urban plans, and we mention the different types of planning: the general plan and its substitutes, sectorization, partial and special plans, detailed studies and other complementary instruments. Subsequently, we analyze the problems presented by the procedures of approval and alteration of urban plans, and finally, we refer to the situation of “out of order”, derived from changes in urban planning.

Resumen
The present review analyzes the book "The resistance of women in authoritarian governments: Argentina and Brazil (1955-1968)" by Paula Lenguita, published by the Center for Labor Studies and Research. It constitutes a collective work with contributions from a plurality of researchers who seek to account for the female protagonism in opposition to the dictatorial regimes in Argentina and Brazil, which has been made invisible by official accounts. With an approach from Social History with a gender perspective, the studies collected here focus on women workers and militants, in order to account for their political activism and significance in the historical processes that have marked the recent Latin American past.

Resumen
This article makes a critical examination of the use of integration theories to understanding conflict and its violent expressions. First, we systematize the central principles of Durkheim and Merton's approaches to anomie, and the place that conflict and violence occupy in them. Second, to show its interpretive limitations, we review the analysis that a group of Chilean sociologists developed from these perspectives on the pobladores movement of the 1980s and its repertoires of violent action. The prominence of violence in the political conflict in Chile today, in addition to the persistence of resorting to anomie to explain it, makes the review of these approaches and their application an exercise that contributes to the theoretical-analytical renovation of the national field of studies in the area.

Resumen
The concept of gender technologies was developed by the feminist theorist Teresa de Lauretis to explain the processes of gender construction through social technologies, narratives and representations. In this study, I propose to make an extensive analysis of the concept regarding criminal laws and the classification of crimes such as femicide, transfemicide, transvesticide, afrofemicide, and femigenocide, including their limitations and contradictions that make up, in turn, gender construction processes in different dimensions and scope. The research is framed in some Latin American and Caribbean countries such as Mexico, Argentina, Cuba, Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador.

This paper shows the results of the exploratory analysis performed for my doctoral thesis. The objective is to show the main issues that 11 pro-life leaders from six interrelated organizations address through social media from early Covid-19 confinement in March 2020 to July 2021. For this purpose, we selected young leaders who identify as pro-life, and their activities began or were bolstered during the health crisis. They stand out from other pro-life profiles with similar characteristics based on the number of followers and interactions. Based on this, we analyzed the topics to identify, classify, and link the most relevant issues. This found the existence of three central concepts: the relevance of religious elements, the fight against feminism, and the fight against what has been constructed as gender ideology. That is, the discourse addresses religion together with gender. The other topics are related to these three concepts, allowing for their discourse to be organized. The relevance of this analysis lies in the rapid growth of young pro-life leaders that support discourses that directly oppose topics of gender, such as sexual diversity, non-traditional marriage (also known as gay marriage), feminism, abortion, and sex-gender education. This reflects religious discourse that supports such opposition and has become a constant.

Resumen
The Chilean religious landscape is going through time of changes, marked by the end of Catholic Church hegemony and the rises both Pentecostal and non-religious population. This paper wants to approach to one of this movements: Deconversion, or the change of an individual's religious identity towards non-religion.
21 interviews were conducted with individuals who have gone through processes of deconversion in the City of Temuco. A thematic narrative analysis allowed identify 4 narrative types: a) solid secularist; b) liquid secularist; c) self-liberated; and d) unchurched believers. Besides, it was found a group of themes transversal to the other four that points to the particularity of feminine experience in and out of religion.
In general, narratives emphasize deconversion processes as trajectories of self-actualization, highlighting values such as autonomy and personal welfare, at the same time they display a strong distrust on religious institutions.
