Resumen
This qualitative Participatory Action-Research study aims to analyze the influence of best practices and innovative activities in the virtual classroom, including specific action plans for subjects that allow, as a result, a substantial increase in the cognitive response of students. This is reflected through commitment and genuine interest that generates a space to enrich virtual educational communication. Some of the main premises or applications that resulted as findings show that curious professors stimulate and encourage curious students, this is a circle that starts consciously from the teacher; A comprehensive education focused on collaborative learning is directly related to growth in social-professional skills and human-intellectual skills; and, a teacher who is self-aware that there is a Learning Zone also for him, where he reflects, practices and studies. It is concluded that didactics is efficient if it is directly related to the attitude and enthusiasm that the teacher shows towards the content of the subject and consequently towards his student's Acting Zone.

Resumen
This study probes on the potentials of Virtual Reality Therapy (VRT) to overcome glossophobia in the context of online classes. To achieve the objective, this study employs experimental design in which students who are enrolled in an online public speaking course were grouped into two: Experimental and control group. The experimental group experienced three sessions of VRT throughout the semester whereas the control group did not. After the end of the course, the descriptive analysis findings suggest that the rate of change for the experimental group was -17% in comparison with the control group -4%. This indicates that the experimental group had decreased their public speaking anxiety four times more than the control group; hence suggesting that VRT has helped to reduce the anxiety in public speaking. All in all, this study foreshadows the great potential of VRT in the education and communication field.

Resumen
The COVID-19 pandemic brought tremendous change to everyone's lifestyle as well as the social, political, and economic landscape. This novel global health crisis has challenged every state's healthcare system regardless of being a highly developed, newly developed, or developing economy. The southeast Asian region has been one of the heavily hit regions in the world because of its proximity to China, where the virus originated and the vulnerability of their lesser developed healthcare systems. However, despite these challenges to public health governance, these South East Asian countries were able to come up with innovative, inclusive, and effective public health policies, programs, and strategies to address the pandemic. Using the Global Health Governance theory, the study looked into four (4) thematic areas: Actions of the Government, Actions of the Private Sector, Criticisms of the People, and the Effects on the Economy to further gauge the landscape of the effects of the pandemic to the region. The researcher concluded from these responses to mitigate the effects of the pandemic and their continuing efforts to balance public health and socio-economic development agenda.

Resumen
Children living in incomplete families have to suffer from more hardships than others including psychological trauma that could never be cured without safe approaches. In this paper, we used the Children Behavior Checklist (CBCL test) by Achenbach to initially filter the incidence of children in incomplete families with psychological trauma, the extent of childhood trauma, and the signs of trauma. Moreover, the Self-esteem scale of Toulouse was also utilized to investigate children's self-esteem and determine the impact of psychological trauma on the self-assessment of children. Based on these tools, the research conducted a correlation analysis of psychological trauma of children in incomplete families through indicators of awareness of, emotions with, and behaviors towards family and social life (self-evaluated by children). The results showed that there are differences in psychological trauma of children in terms of awareness, emotions, and behaviors. The differences allow for a better definition of children's causes, influences, and degrees of psychological trauma. This is the basis for proposing timely filtering solutions and effective psychological support measures for these children.

Resumen
Asian Indian Immigrant Parents (AIIP) of adolescents are encountering high levels of acculturation and enculturation experiences that are adding complexity to their parenting styles while raising teenagers. Having a different background embedded within collectivistic cultures versus the enculturating experiences of their teenagers being raised in the United States with individualistic cultures is forming a barrier. The purpose of this research was to explore those challenges with cultural barriers of AIIP who struggle to raise their adolescents in the United States. This qualitative research utilized a phenomenological design to explore the in-depth lived experiences of five AIIP from a large Mid-southern city in the US who are navigating acculturation, enculturation, and parenting with their adolescent children. The AIIP participated in 60-90 minutes, semi-structured interviews virtually, using Zoom due to the global pandemic. The interview transcripts were thematically analyzed through phenomenology using four levels of analysis and interrater reliability with two raters which provided a process that allowed for identifying complexities in their experiences. The preliminary finding shows that the AIIP struggled with anxiety, frustration, and fear during their navigation of parenting in an entirely different culture from the culture they were raised in.

This research analyses the factors that affect people’s preferences in their political decisions. In Indonesia, the people of Java Island account for 56.10% of the total population and lead to changing the contemporary political structure. Researchers held focus group discussions at several cities across Java Island to identify citizen knowledge of socio-political conditions and trace out characteristics of future leaders. One of the significant findings of this paper is that the ability to understand public interest in political issues is an essential factor for Javanese people to consider when selecting leaders in the future.

Resumen
This study aims to determine the attitudes and perceived competence level of 64 Filipino registered psychometricians with prior experience in psychological tele-assessment to conduct this service for their present and future clientele. Researchers used the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) that connects attitude and mental health services and a five-theme framework that discusses the factors or needs in facilitating successful tele-assessment. The results revealed a predominantly positive attitude toward psychological tele-assessment yet with the emergence of contradicting appraisals. Most tended to agree on the benefits of tele-assessment in addressing mental health concerns, but concerns about its flexibility, privacy, confidentiality, rapport, and communication were salient. Respondents reported high openness to conducting tele-assessment in the future but recognized that this was more challenging than the traditional assessment. They evaluated themselves with low confidence and were somewhat knowledgeable about the ethical issues involved in this service. Results further indicated low perceived competence to conduct tele-assessment. They expressed the need for more training, specific local guidelines, access to technology, and available online tests for tele-assessment.

Resumen
The COVID-19 pandemic had several negative impacts, including delaying the thesis completion, which has increased compared to before the pandemic. This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and academic procrastination in students working on their thesis during the pandemic. There were 161 participants, and the purposive sampling technique was used. Furthermore, this study used a quantitative design with a correlational method. The hypothesis proposed a significant negative relationship between these students' social support and academic procrastination. Furthermore, the Tuckman Procrastination Scale and the Interpersonal Support Evaluation List were employed. Also, the data analysis was conducted using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 24 for Windows. Before testing the hypothesis, several statistical tests were carried out, such as the assumption test, which included the normality and linearity test. The results showed a significant negative relationship between social support and academic procrastination in the students, and the correlation coefficient value obtained wasr = -0.380 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05). This indicates that the higher the level of social support obtained by students, the lower the academic procrastination behavior carried out, and vice versa. Therefore, the hypothesis in this study is accepted.

Resumen
He presents work focuses on the study of crafts as a cultural, economic, and social process in Ecuador, based on the assumption that it constitutes an essential element of Ecuadorian culture as a source of economic support for a large part of the country’s inhabitants, at the same time that plays a vital role in its historical evolution as a diverse and multiethnic nation. In this sense, it was essential to consider the relationship between craft production and its impact on the community, especially the form of contribution to its development. This theme reflects the contradictions of the current economic, social, and cultural processes in which Latin American societies are immersed. That is why the present work aims to base the contribution of craft products on the organizational forms of the family economy to promote local community development. A documentary bibliographic analysis prevailed, such as the studies carried out by the Ministry of Culture and Heritage and by the National Institute of Cultural Heritage, which constitute an essential source of information. There was also the study and analysis of different budgets of authors who have worked on the subject of crafts as a heritage, economic, and community process.

Resumen
Spiritism in Cuba arises from the syncretism between spiritual beliefs brought from North America and Europe, the animistic practices of Cuban indigenous people, Catholicism and the beliefs of Africans brought to the island as slaves. They mixed to conform the variants of Cuban spiritism that exist today, which form an important part of popular culture. In this article, we address one of the least-studied variants: Spritism of Charity, originating in eastern Cuba. We privilege qualitative data gathered through field research during 2015 and 2016 in six municipalities of the province of Holguín to describe in-depth and analyze the principle characteristics and social function of Spiritism of Charity. We compare them with other variants, especially Espiritismo de Cordón, whose ideas stand out prominently, along with the influence of the Kardecian doctrine in the conformation of the belief system and the fundamentally therapeutic-spiritual social function of Spiritism of Charity today.
