In the next paper, we will study the land takeovers in the province of Cautín between 1967 and 1973, because this province was not only one of the main centers of these conflicts, but also because it has been one of the provinces that has had a bigger attention by the researches about rural disputes in Chile during these troubled years. Through a detailed analysis of regional documentation, we have carried out a quantification, classification and characterization of the land takeovers and the subjects who performed them. Our ultimate goal is to review and reassess some of the traditional views and conceptions that exist about this protest expression and the rural disputes in the province.

This article studies the leadership Colombian socialism during the first time of this political current existence. Seeks to understand how people conceived, how imagined their role as representatives of him and what available resources to try to fulfill that role. This analysis intended to contribute to understanding of the change of a democracy in which political arena involving a very limited range of actors, as was the nineteenth century, to a mass democracy, as it was after the government of General Rafael Reyes.

In November 1817 took place in the Cathedral of Santiago a ceremony that had not been mentioned in the press of those years, nor in subsequent this historiographical records, has been forgotten; we refer to the funeral engaged by the Supreme Government of Chile to the martyrs of the Battle of Rancagua. The document that follow is preserved in the collection of documents sheltered in America Hall of the National Library in Santiago, part of a volume containing various items relating to the South American independence movements, and we presenting his bicentennial feat of arms, making it available to those interested.

Resumen
La Huasteca, vast geographical, cultural and economic region of eastern Mexico, is certainly a plethora exquisitely in multiple stories (good and dramatic) and enriching experiences. During their research in this region, the author had the opportunity to meet Don José Zúñiga Flores, an old militant agrarian enrolled in the ranks of the Central Campesina Independiente (CCI), who was also responsible for regional defense of the peasants in the decades of the ‘60s and ‘70s, during a time it murky history of the Huasteca due to land claims and their consequent repression. The text presented here is a reflection on the region, being the life story of the militant agrarian mentioned a pretext for a more extensive foray into the sensitive issue of the situation of farmers in Mexico.

Resumen
Unlike most Latin-American countries where collective bargaining is decentralized at the firm level, in Argentina -as well as in Brasil-, collective bargaining is centralized and carried out by a single union per activity branch. However, in Argentina these branch unions articulate themselves with a union-based representation in the shop-floor, the so called “internal commissions”. The first two Peronist governments (1946-1955) are a crucial period in the development of these organisms. In this paper we study the conflicts related to the internal commissions that arose in these years in the metallurgical and the shoe industries and we analyze the rules and regulations governing the internal commissions fixed in the collective labor agreements of 1954 and the tensions that emerged in their negotiation.

Resumen
This article deals with one of the less studied aspects of the chilenization processes carried out in Tarapacá between the 1880 and 1920 decades: the role of priests in the Andean space and articulation dynamics and conflicts with state agents and indigenous peoples. Specifically, based on documents taken from the Bishopric Archive of Iquique, the viewpoint that the priests had about the Andean population and the difficulties they encountered in their pastoral work aimed at the socialization of the Chilean is analyzed.
