Resumen
This article is the result of a theoretical research applied with a case study methodology. Through socio-legal analysis are exposed two environmental conflicts: forestry of Forest Reserve of Blanco River and the construction project of the transfer of Guarino River to La Miel River, both in the department of Caldas, Colombia. The first part describes the origin and mutation of conflicts, triangulating the main theoretical, normative and legal points of reference with the facts and stages of disputes under study. The second part presents the participation and legal environmental education as transforming elements of the conflict. The findings show how the transformations of the two cases, aimed at the incidence of environmental legal education and participation to achieve access to justice and the redefinition of the scope of environmental struggles were understood.

Resumen
Intellectual property as any branch of law has several dimensions. Two traditional are: practical and theoretical. In the first patents are granted or registration certificates of works are requested, among many other procedures where no doubt there are ambiguities that deserve clarification. In the second the fundamentals are analyzed and criticized in search of articulation without adherence to procedural questions. However, after a review of the expert literature, we find that the latter dimension of intellectual property (IP) has little literature. This article analyzes and articulates the most important foundations available in philosophy, law and economics on IP, helping to consolidate the theoretical dimension on the subject.

DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.22518/16578953.282

Resumen
The article presents the canonical legislation about ecclesiastical burial. It exposes the canonical provisions concerning the fact of a christian death, referring also to the liturgical ones. The thesis was aimed at comparing the rules contained in the two codes of canon law. This document refers particularly to cases in which the church grants or denies the ecclesiastical burial with special reference to 1983 Code of Canon Law. It was taken into account the legislation issued after the code of 1917, which influenced the formation of the current regulation. The issue has not been exhausted; there are some pastoral issues conceding the relatives who must face a situation when the church deprives the funeral to their deceased relative.

Religious education in Colombia, according to Law 115 of 1994, is an area of fundamental training. However, its purpose of promoting the religious dimension of human beings and understanding the role of religion in culture is far from being achieved, because, in practice, it is considered as an area of second order, is disjointed from the curriculum and is still working as the “religion lesson” of the past. What to do against this? Could it be another way of thinking about religious education? We estimate that, as presuppositions and motivations of both liberation theology and liberating pedagogy are still valid today, they may provide clues in this respect. Consequently, this paper not only makes a detailed reading of this reality in some official educational institutions in Colombia, but also sheds light for the school religious education (ERE) to be liberating.
