Resumen
The apparent similarity between the extraction techniques, as well as the study of past materials, seems to be what has marked the unity of the Paleontological and Archaeological Heritage in cultural regulations. However, we must take into account the differences between them and that their unity in the legislation can cause legal defencelessness in some cases due to the lack of adjustment to the specific needs of each type of Property. To carry out this study on the protection of a material as sensitive as Paleontological Heritage, the norms and protection figures approved by the international and national conventions on Cultural and Natural Heritage have been examined; as well as the Castilian La Mancha regional legislation and the professional codes have been revised. The conclusion that has been reached is that there is a clear lack of definition in the different legislations that negatively affects the Paleontological Heritage. Consequently, it is necessary to enact those laws and regulations that adjust to the specific characteristics of said heritage to legally guarantee adequate protection and conservation of it.

Resumen
Among the numerous lapidary fragments and stelae reused for the construction of the hermitage of San Miguel de Okariz, there is a peculiar limestone slab engraved with a curious geometric design that has been interpreted in different ways by the researchers who have approached its study. In this work we expose the reasons that have led us to identify this piece with a board of the popular medieval board game called alquerque de 12. In addition, we show other unpublished specimens that we have located in the course of the investigation.

Resumen
An old family that exploited the mines of the mountains of Cartagena owns two Roman amphorae and a bronze sculpture that were allegedly found in the mine Príncipe Alfonso (Llano del Beal, La Unión, Murcia), one of the mines exploited by the family between the late 19th and the early 20th century. The existence of an important Roman archaeological site in this mine and the verification of one of the amphorae as a Lamboglia type 2 could make us believe that the bronze sculpture was actually found in this archaeological site. However, an accurate study of the sculpture reveals that it is a forgery. It is nevertheless interesting because the piece may have been made by «el Corro» and «el Rosao», nicknames of two famous forgers with a considerable artistic creativity.

Resumen
The Tornerías complex is made up of two buildings in one, from different periods and styles, with alterations and additions that make it difficult to read them historically. The excavations carried out between 2017 and 2020 have provided new scientific evidence that allows us to define both the phases and the functionality and chronology of the architecture. The oldest building, called A, is a stone construction with a basilica floor plan and apse, dated between the 7th and 8th centuries. The most modern, or B, founded on the preserved part of building A, has been dated between the 9th and 10th centuries. The latter has two floors, the first dedicated to a mosque and the ground floor to stores, as well as a tower or minaret. The enormous amount of data processed proves that urban archaeology, despite its limitations, is consolidating as a fundamental scientific discipline for understanding the historical evolution of our cities.

Resumen
Prehistory is not an unknown stage of history for the people at large. However, despite the advances in prehistory research and informative initiatives, prehistory is still conveyed under strong stereotypes and clichés.The aim of this work is the analysis of social vision towards prehistory and prehistorical issues through the study of fourteen advertising pieces which have a prehistorical theme. The study has been developed following four guidelines of analysis: concept of prehistory, image of the environment, prehistoric humankind and behaviors associated with prehistory. All the above will allow the achievement of an approximation to the collective imagination and current biases in society regarding prehistory and prehistorical aspects.

Resumen
In this paper we present a high-imperial roman material assemblage from the former oppidum ignotum in the present-day town of Monturque (Cordova, Spain). This study should provide valuable information about the composition of local ceramics facies in the later Neronian period as well as the discussion about the Flavian municipalization process concerning the former roman town.

Resumen
An archaeometric approach of a set of Roman glasses from Segobriga (Saelices, Cuenca) has been made in order to know their technological peculiarities, the characteristics of raw materials and their state of conservation. Through the use of conventional chemical-physical techniques (UV-Vis, XRF, FESEM and EDS) it has been determined that it deals with soda lime silica glasses to which mineral natron was added as flux. The material is of high quality compared to other glasses from Hispania due to selection of quartz-rich and poor in iron impurities sands. Besides, glassmakers used manganese and antimony oxides to decolorize glass. Raw material probably came from Eastern Mediterranean and was traded to western workshops and inland of the Iberian Peninsula. The glasses have experienced a surface degradation caused by water attack during burial and the accumulation of carbonate-rich deposits.

Resumen
This text vindicates the value of historiographical studies of archaeological themes to characterize and know in a more approximate and reliable way a particular object of study. Any category created to order our evidence, see a ceramic typology, has behind it a background in the construction of its knowledge and often going back to its own history of research is the best mechanism to advance in its correct characterization. The objective of this study is to address the complex process of determining one of the four types of ceramics manufactured by the populations of the Iberian culture of the Iron Age (VI-I centuries BC) in the Iberian Peninsula, the productions Gray Iberian around. These ceramics were the subject of discussion, especially in relation to their origin, from the very beginning of the studies on the Iberian culture and, on the contrary, until relatively recent dates they have not been defined in detail from the technological point of view, typological and functional. This was possible thanks to overcoming the debate on its origin, thus being able to advance in its definition.

Resumen
The central problem of this contribution is an analysis of the role of the unionist movement as an expression of a layer of urban intellectuals and its emergence in the political juncture of march-april 1920. Among the main objectives to develop its content are to dimension the relationship between the unionist movement and liberal sectors dissatisfied with the autocracy developed by Manuel Estrada Cabrera, as well as showing, based on texts written by his sympathizers, the sense of evoking, at a time of struggle within Guatemala, the updating of the Central American ideology typical of the first liberals and Francisco Morazán in the 19th century. At the end of the development of its content, it was established that unionism originated in a split of some liberal factions dissatisfied with the central nucleus of the Cabrerista administration, which led to the elaboration of a reformist thought and imaginary, which was socialized by a publication, the newspaper El Unionista. This study will interest professionals and those interested in knowing in depth, the ideological and political dynamics of the final phase of the liberal period, as well as, in addressing the thought of the urban elites of Guatemala, protagonists from beginning to end of a movement whose remembrance is carried out because, chronologically, it reaches a centenary in this year 2021.
