Resumen
This study compiles updated information related to the sanitary aspects of bivalve mollusks and shrimp in Peru. The purpose was to determine the action needs of aquaculture health professionals, focusing on the generation of new knowledge and innovation that benefit the fishing and aquaculture sector through the training of human capital and the development of technologies for the diagnosis of diseases in aquatic animals. Likewise, the importance of health in the production of bivalve mollusks and prawns is disclosed, concluding that so far in Peru there are few investigations carried out and consequently there is not enough evidence to assess the establishment of health programs. To deal with endemic diseases in our country. The study determines that the main aquaculture production species in Peru are scallops (Argopecten purpuratus), white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei), rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) and tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus); and that the volumes of extraction of fishery resources and production of resources from aquaculture demonstrate the need to strengthen research activities in these sectors. This is due to the fact that research in the area of health of bivalve mollusks and prawns, from fishing or aquaculture, is scarce, developed in isolation and in insufficient quantity. Therefore, it is concluded that it is necessary to make coordinated efforts between the business sector (producers), government entities and the academic sector, with the purpose of carrying out studies that allow obtaining sufficient scientific evidence that entails establishing sanitary programs in order to improve the production and extraction systems of hydro biological resources.

Resumen
The objective was to determine the presence and concentration of triclabendazole (TCBZ) residues in raw cow milk from two cattle rearing centers dedicated to the production of dairy products in Cajamarca, Peru. The Rapid Sedimentation Technique (RST) and Kato-Katz technique were employed to detect and quantify the presence of Fasciola hepatica eggs from stool samples and the detection and quantification of Triclabendazole (TCBZ), triclabendazole Sulfoxide (TCBZSO) and Triclabendazole Sulfone (TCBZSO2) were quantified by High- Performance Liquid Chromatography with Diode-Array Detection (HPLC-DAD) from milk samples. Fasciola hepatica eggs were found in fecal samples from cows treated with TCBA at one of the centers only. After an approximate withdrawal time of 20 days, TCBZSO and TCBZSO2 were detected in the cow milk at a minimum concentration of 0.006 ug/mL and 0.015 ug/mL, respectively. No TCBZ was found in the same withdrawal time. In this study, both the single dose of TCBZ and the dose based on the breeder’s experience (arbitrary personal judgment) were ineffective for the treatment and control of fasciolosis of the infected cattle. In this sense, the national health authority should establish a withdrawal time and a maximum residue limit to guarantee the safety of dairy products and rule out the likelihood of association with TCBZ resistance in humans.

Resumen
The aim of this study was to determine the antimicrobial effect of ginger essential oil (Zingiber officinale) on Streptococcus strains that cause cervical lymphadenitis in guinea pigs (Cavia porcellus). Ginger essential oil was obtained through steam distillation, achieving a yield of 0.06%, where the majority component was α-Citral (21.11%). Abscesses were collected from animals with a positive diagnosis for cervical lymphadenitis in commercial farms. Twenty strains from clinical cases, 16 Streptococcus pyogenes strains, and 4 Streptococcus equi subsp zooepidemicus strains were identified and isolated. Four concentrations (65, 45, 25 and 5%) of the essential oil and three repetitions for each isolated strain were used. The largest average diameter of the inhibition halo was 15.12 m and 14.73 mm for strains of S. pyogenes and S. equi subsp zooepidemicus at a concentration of 65% with a limit sensitivity (SL) and medium sensitivity (SM) respectively according to the Duraffourd et al. scale. (1986), while concentrations of 25% and 45% had a limit sensitivity value (SL) of 9.53 mm and 12.19 mm for S. pyogenes; meanwhile mean values of 9.93 mm and 12.81 mm for S. equi spp zooepidemicus. The essential oil of ginger has in vitro antimicrobial activity against S. pyogenes and S.equi subsp zooepidemicus strains

Resumen
The objective was to evaluate the effect of an educational intervention on the knowledge of Human Cystic Echinococcosis (EQH) in a rural school of the primary level in Junín - Peru. The quasi-experimental study began with the training of teachers in topics related to EQH, in addition to training for the development of learning sessions. The educational intervention was carried out in the second educational two-month period of 2019. Three evaluations were carried out during the study, at the beginning (pre-test), at the end of the two-month period (post- test 1) and four weeks after the previous one (post-test 2). Students from first to third grade were evaluated with a 5-question instrument and those from fourth to sixth grade with one of 10 questions. The grades were summarized using measures of central tendency and dispersion. The difference between the test scores was evaluated with the Friedman Rank Analysis of Variance test and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. The scores obtained in the tests report positive effects of the intervention on students from second to sixth grade. Difference between the score of the post-test 1 and 2 was found only in third-grade students, being lower in post-test 2. However, the evaluation of the overall performance of the grade varied for post-test 2, showing that the retention of knowledge it was affected by the degree of study. We conclude that the application of EQH educational sessions was efficient but requires reinforcement to perpetuate the knowledge over time.

Resumen
The aim of the study was to describe the demographic indicators of the population of dogs and cats with owner in the district of Lince, Lima. The study was based on the use of surveys. The study population was the dwellings of five sectors of the Lince district. The study collected a total of 737 valid surveys, which came mainly from houses (60.5%) and apartments (37.3%). The results show that 46.0% of the houses had dogs and 16.4% had cats. The average number of animals per dwelling was 1.4 for dogs and 1.8 for cats. The human: dog ratio was 5.4, and the human: cat ratio was 12.3. The percentage of survival of their offspring was 84% in dogs and 81.8% in cats and estimated life expectancy was 11.5 and 5.8 years, for domestic dogs and cats, respectively. Among dogs, there was a prevalence of male (53.6%), small size (49.4%), undefined breed (50.6%), non-sterilized (61.2%), and age average of 5.3 years. Among cats, there was predominance of females (57%), sterilized (69.1%), undefined breed (90.3%) and age average of 4.1 years. It is expected that the information presented in the research can contribute to the competent authorities in relation to the management and policies of responsible pet ownership in the specific sector of study.

Resumen
The objective of the research is to develop a system of educational activities through myofunctional therapy that promotes better speech therapy care for schoolchildren with a short lingual frenulum. In recent decades, myofunctional therapy has aroused interest among speech therapists and speech therapists. Among the antecedents detected in the bibliographic search, references were detected that address what is related to the disorder as well as various techniques for its treatment, however, they do not include myofunctional therapy in their way of working. It is also novel to look at the knowledge offered by Therapeutic Physical Culture in the treatment of this pathology. Various methods and techniques were used, such as analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive and documentary analysis. As a result of the research, the elaboration of a structured treatment in phases stands out, whose importance lies in re-educating the function of the structures involved, correcting oral habits that trigger alterations in breathing, chewing, swallowing and speech. It is concluded that the relevance and implementation of myofunctional therapy allows a comprehensive approach to the short lingual frenulum, having tongue thrust as a causal and risk factor, as well as the detriment of language and respiratory patterns.

Resumen
This work was carried out with the objective of evaluating the indicators to improve the second base steal of the U-23 baseball team based on a study of the III National Series. The results of the investigation allowed us to know that the athletes present insufficiencies when performing the high snatch: they execute the first step with the right leg, they have a tendency in the race to the frequency and not to the length of the steps; they execute the slide by shortening the steps where rhythm and speed are lost; the reaction when they go out to steal the base is late, as well as the speed, frequency and length of the steps in an integrated way. Among the background of the investigation is Chirino (2016), Terry, Polo and Valdés (2017), Mollinedo (2017), Cutiño (2019), Carreño, Mora and Galafel (2019), Carreño and García (2021): who investigated activities for the base run, but they presented limitations in establishing indicators to evaluate the stealing of second base. The methods used were analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, observation, the second base theft test and the statistical-mathematical (mean, percentage calculation). The exercises were applied during 16 microcycles of general and special preparation, in which it was possible to verify the effectiveness of stealing second base in a collective 64% and thereby increase offensive performance with runners in scoring position with respect to the II National Series. The indicators proposed in the research were based on a study of the U-23 baseball team in the III National Series. It contributes to perfecting the relationship between theindicators of frequency and length of steps.

Resumen
This research aims to develop and validate self-efficacy scales for the technical execution of the 400-meter hurdles modality. Among the background of the subject are some scales made of technical and tactical indicators in Soccer, Taekwondo and Athletics Throws. The sample was 5 athletes, 2 men and 3 women. The applications were made in 3 confrontations and competitions: Rafael Fortún, Cuba Cup and Barrientos Memorial in three macrocycles, I and II towards the Lima 2019 Pan American Games and macrocycle I towards the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games; for a total of 42 applications in women and 28 in men. Experts were consulted and statistical analyzes were carried out to assess the psychometric properties through Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 20.0: "Cronbach's Alpha" and descriptive. The experts agreed that the scales met the theoretical and activity requirements. In the piloting, in both scales there were domains and items that needed to be reviewed, these were eliminated. The scale for men was made up of 6 domains and 17 items and that of women by 5 and 22, respectively. The validations showed acceptable and high coefficients of internal consistency in Cronbach's Alpha (α= .861 in men and α= .918 in women) and the item-total correlations express a close relationship between the domains and items in both sexes. There is reliability for inclusion as methods for psychological control in this modality in the Cuban national team.

Resumen
Physical, psychological and social changes are experienced in the adolescent stage; Some of these changes are shown in the search for personal identity and the autonomy of greater intimacy with parents: in the distancing of the parental bond; in the development of sexuality and cognitive development. Added to all this, the adolescent is in a stage where it is urgent to promote spaces for Social Integration. This article aims to describe a didactic methodology of physical education for the integration of adolescents at risk of social inclusion. An analysis of the state of the art was previously carried out where research was found that diagnosed Sport and Physical Activity as an ideal space for the moral development of adolescents and that sport is a means to increase social relations, promote debate, strengthen criteria convenient and discard those that limit the human being. On the other hand, the review of social programs of physical education in the formation of adolescence gave rise to the design of a specific methodology for the social integration of young people at risk of social exclusion. The methods used in this work for the effective achievement of the objectives were: narrative review, self-observation and self-report. In general, a series of sessions for social integration was obtained as a result. This is an idea that fosters a didactic use of physical education to improve positive behaviors and attitudes in adolescents.
