Resumen
The research that is presented has as its fundamental objective, to provide a methodological proposal for Test to detect athletes with aptitudes and possible talents for baseball. This proposal means for teachers-coaches, a preparation tool in order to favor the results of the diagnosis of the level of physical condition and sports skills in athletes. In the same way, it supports a new knowledge for the evaluation and characterization in the recruitment and development of talents. The evaluation of the antecedents that mark this theme revealed several concepts and models for attracting talents, however, they do not achieve an adequate process of sports teaching during the initiation stage, since they expose a systemic approach in the technical, methodological and pedagogical order. On the other hand, there is the gap opened by other research by arguing that talent must possess combinations of physical, motor and psychological abilities; That is why the present work contemplates such an aspect. Some figures are even of the opinion that the player is born with natural conditions that develop during training: the present authors assume that position by indicating that the solution is given in practice. For the development of the investigative process, various scientific methods were used, such as analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive, and percentage calculation to process the data. Among the results achieved, it stands out that the preparation and application of the tests allowed detecting a favorable incidence in the practitioners for physical and semantic skills in order to achieve better sports results.

Resumen
The objective of the work that is presented is to analyze the performance of the Universidad de Oriente in the II University Sports Games, held in Santiago de Cuba in 1962 and which had the Universidad de Oriente as its headquarters and main stage: Event that in the next year will be the 60th anniversary of its celebration. The organizational base of this competition corresponded to the recently created Section of Physical Education and Recreation, whose faculty assumed the preparation of the competition. The study has as background, Internet and press publications that only deal with some events, dates and studies at the venue. However, the event transcends as a historical event due to its impact on the population that for the first time enjoyed a national sports program, with the new legislation emanating from the National Institute of Sports and Recreation. Hence the need for a study with scope to the historical context, the university as a facilitator, the sports results and the participating athletes. To obtain the information, the following scientific methods were used: analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, historical-logical; hermeneutical-dialectical, systematization, document analysis, and triangulation. All this concluded in the construction of evaluations of the authors, about the participation of the mambises athletes and their results in the competition; as well as a whole compilation of relevant related elements, of great value.

Resumen
The sports teacher must shape his way of thinking and acting in accordance with the social mandate of his profession; from considering that what is sought in Sport for All are not athletes, but children who access sports education to prepare for a future sports career. Your profile should be more educational than sports; hence the importance of preparing those who lead this process, equipping them with methodological tools. In this sense, it is proposed as an objective: to apply methodological actions that contribute to raising the scientific-sports preparation of teachers to direct the sports initiation process. An analysis of the research carried out in the field of Physical Culture was previously carried out, showing that there are not a few authors who have worked on the subject of postgraduate academic improvement, most of these proposals have been directed, some to the overcoming of Physical Education teachers and others to sports coaches, who have their raison d'être in high performance, however we found little evidence of studies aimed at the professional improvement of sports teachers whose performance materializes in sports initiation. For the study, methods such as scientific observation, interview and survey were used. In general, methodological work sessions were obtained as a result that combine the participatory role with the use of group dynamics, which guarantees the quality of professional performance in these teachers for the direction of the sports initiation process.

Resumen
The fundamental objective of the research is aimed at establishing a methodology for preparing students during the Investigative Labor Practice (PLI), to attend educational diversity. It constitutes a nucleus of interest for the educational systems of Cuban universities due to the novel, polysemic, multi-referential character that it currently represents for science and the social task of educating for life in an increasingly numerous and diverse multicultural society. The theme was investigated fundamentally during the years 2005 to 2018, by Paz, B (2005), Martínez (2017), Jaurlaritza (2017) standing out as theoretical directors, who have directed their studies towards the search for references in the national and world context, revealing the essential particularities of professional competitive training in the diversity of future teachers based on the development of personality, and in virtue of such stimulation. For the development of this research, a population of 58 third-year students of the Regular Day Course was chosen. In the Faculty of Physical Culture in Santiago de Cuba and an intentional sample of 21 students. Theoretical, empirical methods and research techniques were used. Among the most important results of the research is a methodology that contributes to the preparation of the students to pay attention to educational diversity during Physical Culture lessons.

Resumen
Dentistry is a high-risk profession for the development of musculoskeletal disorders due to the maintenance of postures that generate physical overload for the spine and upper extremities. The identification of occupational risks contributes to the prevention of occupational diseases, as well as to the performance of work with greater efficiency and effectiveness. The aim of this study is to identify the physical training needs required by dental students from their professional tasks and physical stress that cause exhaustion given the position they adopt in their professional activity. A total of 70 undergraduate students were qualitatively assessed, the aspects considered for the study were instrument manipulation, posture, rest intervals and control of breathing in precision actions. All these variables are considered as factors that can significantly influence your physical condition. When performing a descriptive statistical analysis of frequency, it was found that the professional task of the dentist is performed in a sitting posture (82.9%), (17.1%) reported working in a standing and sitting position, regarding pain suffering related to the profesional tasks , 74.3% said they suffered pain, while 25.7% their answer was negative. The results obtained allow us to conclude that the most affected body segments in professional dental work were the hands and the spine, highlighting the urgent need to implement mechanisms of organized physical work prescribed by specialists to solve problems of absence of contractile activity of the muscles lats due to the adoption of some risky positions for the spine related to professional tasks.

Resumen
The main objective of the research is to analyze the levels of resilience and the stress coping strategies most used during the Covid-19 pandemic by Physical Activity and Sports teachers at the Luis Vargas Torres Technical University in Esmeraldas, Ecuador. Every day there is greater concern of organizations in promoting the health of their employees. When talking about health, not only the physical condition is considered, but also the mental and emotional one, since a healthy collaborator will have an appropriate performance and will be able to contribute the best of themselves for the growth of the organization. Resilience is the ability of people to face adverse situations, resist them, overcome them and view the circumstance as a timely experience of personal growth and development. A quantitative, field, exploratory and descriptive study was carried out in a sample made up of 47 teachers and the Wagnild and Young Resilience Scale was applied as research instruments to measure the level of resilience and the Sandín and Chorot Stress Coping Questionnaire. to determine the stress coping strategies most used by teachers during the pandemic. It was obtained as results of the investigation that 70% of the teachers surveyed showed a high level of resilience and 30% a moderate level. In turn, the stress coping strategies most used by teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic were Focus on solving the problem and Positive Reassessment.

Resumen
The objective of this study is the kinematic analysis of sports where the execution of the action presents a high degree of difficulty and is carried out in a short time interval. One of the trends raised is that; at the time of sports gestures, the athlete imitates the ideal technique learned; however, modern theories of motor control and its applicability in sports biomechanics have determined that such a perfect pattern does not exist, due to the variability of human movement. On the other hand, biomechanics reviews the importance of variability in gestures and sports training, and proposes a comprehensive model of biomechanical analysis that includes the principles of modern variability. The systematic follow-up to the controls of the execution of the sports technique, allowed to identify the errors that are made and minimize them during the training sessions. For the investigation, the following methods were used: analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive and simulation-modelling. Also direct observation and measurement, in addition to the videographic technique for the analysis of movements. In obtaining the images, a high resolution Nikon camera was used, filming frequency of 60 CxS, processing them with the HUMAN 5.0 software. Technical errors were detected that allowed establishing a training strategy that promotes raising the athlete's technical level and reducing the appearance of injuries. The social impact lies in the contribution to the improvement of sports performance, the reduction of sports injuries and the correction of technical errors at an earlier age.

Resumen
The objective of this research is to contribute to the development of independent work, in strengthening the general and integral formation of man, through a system of teaching tasks, from what is learned in Physical Education classes. The proposal focuses its attention on a system of teaching tasks elaborated from contents established in the subject through which the development of independent work is promoted. For the verification of the problem and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposal in the pedagogical practice, various investigative methods were used, standing out among the theoretical ones the analysis-synthesis and the structural systemic, as well as the documentary analysis and the interview as an empirical technique and for information processing, percentage analysis. The results showed that the proposed teaching tasks favor the development of the cognitive independence of the students, constituting the center of their own learning under the direction of the teacher.

Resumen
The objective of the research is to carry out a comparative study on family psychology in swimming athletes. There are unresolved problems in the sports life of swimmers, one of them is the poor recognition of family psychology. Among the fundamental antecedents found in comparative studies are: Ares (2013) and Ricardo (2014); their contributions constitute basic foundations for the intervention; however, certain shortcomings related to motivation, attitude, human values, professional ethics, communication approach and the degree of understanding and influence were detected. These areas give rise to a novel look and a scientific approach to little studied topics such as sports family psychology. For the investigation, methods such as: analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, hypothetical-deductive were used. For the validation of the results, a quasi-experiment was structured, from the conformation of a control group and an experimental one. The study validates the importance of the sports psychologist and especially his intervention in the family area, as a basic element for competitive achievement. It also shows the advantages in performance and family understanding that psychological treatment provides. The control group denotes deficiencies that could be corrected with the help of the psychologist. On the other hand, the intervention carried out achieves a positive participation of the family. With the knowledge derived from the study, the existing needs are solved and the family becomes a mobilizing agent.
