Resumen
The general objective of this study was to relate some indicators of physical performance (abdominal strength, arms and legs) with bone health: Bone Mineral Density (BMD) and Bone Mineral Content (BMC) of children and adolescents baseball players in the Nikkey Marilia. The specific objectives were: (a) To identify the levels of abdominal strength, arms and legs of children to adolescent baseball players at Nikkey Marília, according to chronological age and according to biological maturation. (b) Compare the results with data from baseball players who represented Brazil in international competitions in previous years. Methodology: it was a descriptive and cross-sectional field study, the sample was composed of 33 children to adolescents of the male gender, with chronological age 12.9 ± 2.5 and biological maturation (PVC) 14.1 ± 2.1. The sample selection was for convenience (not probabilistic). The statistical treatment used consisted of analyzing the arithmetic mean, standard deviation test "t" for a sample and Pearson's correlation. Results: relating bone health with physical performance, it was observed that the Nikkey Marília baseball players who had higher BMD values were the ones who showed better performance in the medicine ball throwing test (0.88) and horizontal jump without momentum (0.70); the same was also observed when the CMO was analyzed with the strength test in the upper limbs and trunk (0.86). It is recommended to use the peak growth velocity (PVC) as a reference as a method of study in children to adolescents. Conclusions: the logo study describes the anthropometric characteristics, bone health and physical performance of the young athletes of the nikkey, using low-cost and easy-to-use tools.

Resumen
Traditional games are cultural wealth of the Ecuadorian peoples. These traditional physical activities must evolve in a reasonable way based on the advances of their civilization and, likewise, adapt to the exchange of sports between different cultures. The misuse of new technological devices has led to their not evolving at a social level. The objective of this work is to relate the theories on traditional games and motor praxiology; in such a way that they serve as foundations for the case of the Ecuadorian context. It acquires great significance, since motor praxiology constitutes the common trunk in which the Sciences of Physical Activity and Sport have to find their support. Regarding the subject, insufficient attention was detected to the study of traditional games to determine, through motor action, how internal and external logic is revealed in game situations. In the specific case of Ecuador, an official praxical statute of traditional games in the Eastern and Coastal regions of Ecuador is necessary. The research is descriptive. As methods, the bibliographic review, the evaluation of the quality of the selected articles, the analysis of the variability, reliability and validity plus selection criteria were used. As a result of scientific analysis based on internal and external logic, the type of registration is determined and established: if they are competitive, if there is a leader during practice and their motor interaction (opposition, cooperation-opposition, among others).

Resumen
The article aims to expose ways of family education aimed at preparing families of Chess practitioners in the initiation phase. It is derived from an ongoing investigation, the results of which contribute to a line of work of the Study Group of School Sports Initiation, of the Faculty of Physical Culture, of the University of Sancti Spíritus "José Martí", focused on the search for knowledge theoretical and practical contributions that help to support, from a more scientific and innovative perspective, the role of the family in sports initiation in the spiritual context. The routes are presented in different modalities: workshops, activities, consultancies, recommendations, among others. The research methodology used is based on the dialectical approach, which allows the combination of theoretical methods (analysis-synthesis, historical-logical, induction-deduction), empirical (observation, interview, document analysis, self-assessment scale, analysis group, methodological triangulation) and mathematical-statistical (percentage calculation and descriptive statistics). The situation caused by COVID-19, prevents the experimentation phase of this proposal in the planned stage, but at the moment it is applied in the Sports Complex "Eumelia Abreu Carvajal" of the municipality of Fomento. Preliminary results reveal a very positive assessment of families on the pathways of family education, taking into account the three dimensions that are taken into consideration to assess the level of preparation: acquired knowledge, increased motivation and improved attitudes towards this practice sport in the initiation stage.

Resumen
The present work approaches from the scientific reflection, the social contradictions that have generated the decrease of the quality in the preparation of the sports teacher and his relationship with the student-athlete. The accelerated use of scientific-technical advances in contemporary sport was also taken into account, which leads researchers to analyze the internal and external manifestations of this problem in the different areas of knowledge: psychological, sociological, historical-philosophical. Main emphasis was placed on the role of the sports teacher and his pedagogical work; determined by the mastery of basic professional skills such as the acquisition of a communicative and collaborative-dialogical culture seen from the conception of training. As a consequence of the analysis carried out, a pedagogical strategy is proposed, which contributes to the development of collaborative-dialogical skills in the sports teacher; and the autonomy of the student-athlete, as well as the gradual objective-subjective transformation of his pedagogical work in the sports context. In addition, it shows the need to use the results of science, as necessary tools, to solve the problems that arise in the socio-cognitive order, among the subjects of the sports teaching process, and the ways in which they assume the advances of innovative pedagogy, to improve the quality of sports education, through its educational, training nature, which makes sport sustainable in the social order.

Resumen
This is a didactic article and its methodology has to do with logical-deductive methods; given that what was extracted from the specialized bibliography was applied and generalized in a technical action of the foil in the Pioneer category that represents the problem: Offer precise means and methods for the teaching and training of these pioneer foil players. The objective that was proposed was the use of the specific methods of fencing, for the training of the sixth circular stop and its ripostes in this type of pioneer. It is also aimed at students of the Fencing specialty at Physical Culture universities. The teaching methodology in the pioneering category must pay tribute to the intellectual, physical, technical-tactical development and the promotion of volitional qualities: perseverance, decision, courage, self-control, support and overcoming sports demands, towards achievement. of their purposes. The use of specific methods for teaching fencing in this category is important since it allows optimizing the approach and solution of particular pedagogical tasks in conditions that are suitable for the specialized activity in this area: A good combination of parry and answer; considered the second line of defense in fencing. In each of the specific methods, series of technical-tactical exercises were proposed for the improvement of the proposed element. In this period, the child has a high learning capacity and performance in the motor aspect and his fine motor differentiation is highly developed.

Resumen
Currently, one of the most popular styles in the baseball sports training process is the use of pitchers during competitive activity. The control and evaluation of their sports performance is measured through tests or trials that provide information on the athlete's status in a particular physical quality. The analysis of various investigations related to the control and evaluation of the performance of baseball pitchers, showed shortcomings in the use of tests that allow the knowledge of physical weaknesses and strengths during their performance. That is why the objective of this article is framed in the design and validation of a test that allows knowing the ability that pitchers have to maintain the speed of their shipments during a given volume of pitches. Empirical methods were used such as: interview, document review, measurement, specialist criteria and user criteria. As a result, the HMV test was designed: supported by quality criteria that guarantee the validity and reliability of the results achieved. It was certified as a safe way to identify weaknesses in the training process and redesign sports preparation, by virtue of obtaining optimal performance in the pitcher. The design of the test allowed readjusting the preparation process and confirming whether the functions performed by pitchers in the game are in correspondence with their anatomical-physiological characteristics, which was evidenced in its practical application.

Resumen
Currently, the improvement of quality of life in aging is a recent concern; recent research literature tends to find positive relationships between physical activity and the mitigation of physiological deterioration during the aging process, which increases the relevance of physical training programs in public health related to the elderly. In the Physiology Laboratory of the Universidad Libre de Cali in 2014, a comparative study of morphological variables (weight, height, waist, hip, skin folds, body fat percentage and abdomino-gluteal index), physiological variables (resting heart rate, immediate post-exertion heart rate, heart rate at one minute of recovery and oxygen saturation percentage), and spirometrororic variables (heart rate at one minute of recovery and oxygen saturation percentage) was carried out, spirometrororic variables (forced expiratory volume at the first second and forced vital capacity) and a resting electrocardiogram, in a group of elderly women, with regular High Physical Activity Level versus irregular Moderate Physical Activity Level, an average age of 61.3 years, a minimum age of 57 and a maximum age of 67 years. The electrocardiogram was performed to determine alterations of any type that would preclude inclusion in the study. The level of physical activity was determined by the criteria established by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire. This study showed a comparative improvement of morpho-functional and spirometrororic variables in the population of swimmers who practice physical activity on a regular basis versus non-swimmers who perform moderate walking on an irregular basis and who belong to the same gender and age group.

Resumen
The behavior of the demographic dynamics in Cuba, characterized by the accelerated aging of the population and the low levels of fertility that have been manifested, constitutes a priority for the Organisms of the central administration of the state; including the Ministry of Higher Education, which in its strategic planning, provides for the need to address the demographic situation and the structural changes that have occurred in this field. Higher education has a special leadership role to act in the promotion of health through different sectors, departments, disciplines and professions.
In this academic context, it calls for comprehensive training actions that promote healthy lifestyles and stimulate fertility. From the systematization of physical activity and the resulting healthy physical condition, and taking into account that scientific research in universities is a systematic activity that is carried out to obtain new knowledge, constituting the essential foundation of teaching; we assume the design of the elective subject "Physical activity and successful fertility", as a curricular proposal that pays directly to Health Education, specifically reproductive health, where the majority of students are between 18 and 24 years old; that is, fertile age.
The aforementioned subject aims to promote the development of skills for self-care of health through the practice of physical activity as a component of healthy lifestyles, directly related to the prevention of chronic diseases and the promotion of successful fertility.

Resumen
Innovation constitutes one of the primordial activities for progress. Its application on sport has as main goal to contribute effectively in its development and at the same time to benefit the quality of the results. In sports despite the several investigations performed over the years the introduction the roads are not intended to the introduction of the scientific results in practice of outcomes results insufficient so appears a contradiction between scientific production and the necessity of introduction of scientific results. The objective of this investigation is intended to design a strategy held in a theoretic model for the introduction of scientific results in sports in Holguín with which a dialectic interaction between the contribution of investigation, the interests of the sports organization and the need to introduce the scientific results in the sports practice is produced taking into account that contributions from the theory sustain that innovation is not completed until the advanced scientific result is not introduced. As consequence of a process of analysis, synthesis, experimentation and assuming the systems general theory the premises, principles, subsystems and components of the model are presented. Furthermore, the dialectic relationship between the system components and the management strategy as practical outcome of the model is shown. The analysis and interpretation of results through consultation of specialists allowed proving the pertinence of the theoretic model as to acknowledge that the proposition is effective to be implemented in the investigated context. The pre-experiment showed the strategy’s feasibility when observing a positive evolution towards the final moment and substantiates the validity of introduction of scientific results from the fact-finding groups.
