Graduate studies are periodic actions carried out by the University to establish the impact and relevance of its training offer. In this research, the academic and work trajectory of the graduates of 15 Bachelor programs is carried out; In addition, the degree of satisfaction with the training received during the studies at the University in the period from 2009 to 2016 is evaluated and determined. This research is done to formulate follow-up proposals to enhance the link between the university and society through training processes and job placement. A descriptive study was carried out with direct responses to the participants in both digital, printed and electronic formats. Additionally, institutional databases, student exit records and contact lists were reviewed as strategies to locate graduates and determine satisfaction and evaluation of the training. The findings allow to base processes of design and curricular redesign, the creation of Alumni associations, prioritize topics for continuous training and generate the bases for the formulation of the Employment Exchange and the organization of the Labor Observatory of Education Professionals.

Resumen
This paper shows an excerpt of a research project that involved the analysis of the mathematical activity around the teaching of the topic "Graphing functions" in a course for future mathematics teachers in Costa Rica and Honduras. Emphasis is placed on the Mathematical Organizations (MO) present in the reference textbook used in the courses Algebra II, Introduction to Functions and Introduction to Mathematics. To carry out the analysis, use is made of the tools provided by the Anthropological Theory of Didactics (TAD). Among the main findings, we highlight that the same types of tasks were identified in both textbooks; however, there is a significant difference in the development of the techniques. As for the technologicaltheoretical block, we highlight that it is impacted by institutional conditions.

Resumen
The development of low-cost robotic systems, with playful applications that are available in the classroom for preschool education students, is the premise from which this research starts. The first stage of the HormigaBot project is aimed to the design of a robot that contributes to developing and strengthening knowledge about mathematical elements, particularly geometry ones. In this study, technological research has been used, by applying an exploratory design and the prototype technique. Among the main results include: the description of the design and development process of a semi-autonomous robot for teaching and learning the basic elements of geometry. The technology applied is called low-cost based, based on the Arduino platform controlled from a mobile device, by using an Android operating system. The App developed allows the user the remote manipulation of the robot to teach geometry elements.

This article addresses the issue related to the management of intellectual capital and fulfillment of strategic planning goals, taking as the emphasis the neoclassical administrative theory. The methodological approach implemented in this research was the mixed method, since quantitative and qualitative data was obtained and analyzed through a questionnaire, which was administered to 121 teachers from nongovernmental institutes of Choluteca, Honduras, record sheets on proposed and achieved goals in eight different schools and qualitative data through interviews and focus groups. This research sought to verify a positive correlation to prove that the better management of intellectual capital, the greater the fulfillment of strategic planning goals; the results were analyzed to verify association and correlation between variables and level of significance. In consequence, the results permitted to describe that the conditions of strategic planning can be measured from the perspective of the management of intellectual capital, since the success of the strategic plan does not lie in the "quality" to prepare it, but in the capacity of the executive team to manage it. It was demonstrated through the Pearson's coefficient, statistical analysis that the management of intellectual capital explains 83.4% of the variance of the fulfillment of the strategic planning goals.

Resumen
The proper use of virtual learning spaces represents an important element in the educational process, the need for teacher training and updating has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic and universities must face these challenges. In this line, this study analyzes the use of virtual classrooms and good practices in digital teaching in the Faculty of Science and Technology (FACYT) of the Francisco Morazán National Pedagogical University (UPNFM) San Pedro Sula Regional University Center (CURSPS), Honduras, from the experience and teacher training during the COVID-19 pandemic, based on a mixed approach, where the variables studied are: virtual classrooms, digital teaching, and teacher experience and training. The sample contemplated in this work includes 24 teachers and 177 students from the third quarter of 2021 from FACYT, UPNFM, CURSPS, using instruments: Likert-type scale, interview and checklist, it was possible to identify the main internal and external tools that were used in virtual classrooms, describe the strengths and weaknesses in the use of these spaces and, finally, it was possible to explain the importance of experience and teacher training in improving educational quality.

Resumen
In this paper, is made an analysis of school factors that affect performance in spanish third grade in Honduras, using data from Third Comparative and Explanatory Regional Study TERCE 2013, through a model of multilevel regression that allows performing analysis with estimates by levels; by the frequentist and Bayesian approaches. In the frequentist approach several models are made until the final model is obtained, and tests are made to verify the assumptions of homoscedasticity, orthogonality and normality, selecting the best model using AIC, BIC, and Log-Likelihood criterion. In the Bayesian approach, the models are compared using PSIS-LOO and WAIC criterion. Among the main findings, the variables highlighted with the greatest impact are: climate in the school classroom and recreation practices, the variables facilities and basic services of the school, indicate that better school characteristics have a positive and significant effect on student performance in Spanish.

Resumen
The role of experimental activities in the educational quality of Geosciences highlights the need to incorporate laboratory activities aimed at developing procedural skills and promoting a comprehensive understanding of natural principles. In this study, the educational conditions of the training spaces in Geosciences of Universidad Pedagógica Nacional “Francisco Morazán” (UPNFM) were evaluated and described, and an educational intervention was proposed to influence teaching through the development of experimental activities that were concretized in the creation of a Manual of Earth Sciences; the conformation and distribution of didactic kits of materials and instruments for carrying out practical activities, the training of the teaching staff in charge of the Geosciences training spaces in the Regional University Centers of the UPNFM and the consolidation of the Geosciences Research Group (GIG). After the interventions carried out, an institutional interest in experimental activity in the teaching of Geosciences has been identified, as well as in the participating population for continuous training in the subject. Likewise, the application at different educational levels of the developed contents and the potential of educational interventions for the development of research and social bonding in Earth Sciences have been verified.
