Resumen
To examine the relationship between the concept of justice as an fairness and the veil of ignorance exposed by John Rawls within the transdisciplinarity of ethical pluralism, is transcendental in times where democracy, freedom and social contract are imperceptible tools for the domine doctrine of violence synthesized as neoliberalism. So there are three implications: The first analyzes equitable justice, considering that it is the first virtue of social institutions since the origin of the social contract developed by Hobbes, Locke, and Rousseau with certain structural modifications. The second examines how the original position as an abstract category should be operated under the veil of ignorance which in turn is formulated to ensure the fairness of justice. And the third tracks how ethical pluralism becomes an alternative to the gaps left by the philosopher in treatment, bearing in mind that each society has different moral systems for establishing justice and understanding the category of social contract.

Resumen
The present study sought to determine the incidence of authentic evaluation in the improvement of argumentative written composition in virtual environments of a private university in Lima. It was carried out under a quantitative approach, with a level of explanatory research. The sample consisted of 40 first-year students from a private university in Lima. They worked through the construction of argumentative texts in a collaborative way and they had to apply the writing threads proposed by Flower and Hayes (1996). Booklets were used and students were given a controversial question, from which the construction of their text would start. The results allow asserting that the authentic evaluation enables the student to become aware of the aspects on which he will be evaluated prior to carrying out the activities, in this case, the rubric represents a successful instrument for achieving this objective.

Resumen
This academic paper analyzes the informative treatment of the cybermedia on cold weather and frost inPeru. The main objective was to study the informative quality and the frames used by Agencia Peruana de Noticias Andina, El Comercio and La República in their digital articles. Through a mixed methodology, 139 articles published during 2021 were analyzed. The results show that most of the articles come from external media; official sources are prioritized; journalistic genres such as chronicle and reportage are left aside; multimediality is not enhanced; and the most used frames are meteorological and public affairs. The researchers concluded that the informative quality is deficient in terms of the informative agenda, the handling of sources and the diversification of genres. The problems are not exposed from the point of view of civil society and the participation of politicians is overemphasized.

Resumen
Neste artigo descrevemos os caminhos que o México percorreu para se consolidar como foco turístico mundial, já que o turismo doméstico se beneficiou desse fluxo. O objetivo principal é mostrar os momentos-chave que levaram o turismo interior a despontar como o que mais cresce em 2020. Dessa forma, era necessário nos posicionarmos em uma teoria que explicasse esse fenômeno, com base no processo de globalização e mercantilização do meio rural. A metodologia utilizada foi a revisão exaustiva de arquivos e dados quantitativos extraídos do Ministério do Turismo (SECTUR). Os resultados mostraram que esse tipo de turismo cresceu graças ao programa Pueblos Mágicos; no entanto, surgiram outras propostas de turismo rural, financiadas pelo Estado e investimento privado, bem como pelas comunidades que apoiam a experiência deste sub-ramo do sector dos serviços. Há também efeitos colaterais do turismo nos territórios rurais, como a valorização territorial, a alienação cultural e a chegada de turistas residentes.

Resumen
The article investigates the emergence of the problem of indigenous women to the critical horizon of the scientific mentality that manages the emancipatory project of Peru as an organic response to the spiritual, scientific, intellectual, and ethical-political crisis that is the natural consequence of the collapse of the archaic colonial regime in Peru and the Andean region. Consequently, this paper discusses the historical-formative, epistemological, semantic-resignifying, constructive and attitudinal aspects that intervene in the scientific formulation of our problem. This article thus explains the critical process through which indigenous women become protagonists in critical studies and, above all, producers of discourse and, therefore, of discursive criticism. This contribution concludes that the integration of indigenous women into Peruvian citizenship continues to be a current and ongoing challenge.

Resumen
This article develops a reading on the dynamics of a type of caricature, trivial, pragmatic and sensationalist, which circulated during the final phase of the Fujimori regime, in the context of the boom of the so-called «chicha» press. The analysis of his discourse is carried out from a socio-critical perspective and includes a look of context. Our hypothesis suggests that the «chicha» caricature or humor draw «chicha» was characterized by a discursive structure that broke with the rationality of conventional graphic humor, renouncing the ability to deepen into those contortions that energized the game of life.

It analyses of the concept of «philosophical history of philosophy» proposed by Rodolfo Agoglia is investigated, under the assumption that his criticism introduces theoretical elements from historicism that are fruitful for studies of the History of Ideas. Through the methodological tools resulting from the transdisciplinary intersection of the History of Ideas and Practical Philosophy, the relevant characteristics are studied of its youth discursive production in the context of the professionalization of philosophy in Argentine universities and of the institutionalization of the History of Ideas in Latin America.

Resumen
The earthquake that happened in Ancash on May 31st, 1970 was considered the most devastating phenomenon in the last 300 years in Peru and the most affected city was Huaraz. Based on the bibliographic investigation, the documentary analysis and interviews to survivors the article analyzes the Andean countries tradition of earthquakes, fractures since colonial times and makes a review of the performance after the event until the present day. Besides, the research verifies that the actions of the local and national governments were not the most appropriate and added to the recent population increase contributed to the particular urban growth in Huaraz, a diverse and cosmopolitan city in the present.

Resumen
Throughout its history, the cities of Lima and Callao have been affected by a series of earthquakes. On May 24, 1940, they suffered a large earthquake measuring 7.9 on the Magnitude of Moment (Mw) scale. It was the largest earthquake of the 20th century and the second in intensity since the city was founded and the 1746 earthquake and tsunami that completely destroyed both cities. The objective of this research is to analyze its impact on the health conditions of the population of the capital. Due to the intensity of the earthquake and the commonly used construction materials, it caused great destruction in the old infrastructure of the city and especially affected the population of the popular sectors.

Resumen
In the present work, the ethical concepts of Jonas are analyzed: the principle of responsibility and the new imperative and their discussion with the use of nuclear weapons. Therefore, the notions of technique (techne), nature (physis) and modern technique will be described. In these descriptions it will be possible to appreciate the extension of the power of modern technology and the possible negative repercussions that it could have against the possibility of the conservation of human life and nature. Thus, the use and possession of nuclear weapons will be taken as a matter of ethical questioning.
