This article analyzes the perceived discrimination discourse of peruvian women merchants of second-use clothing and footwear on the peruvian-chilean border. The activity they carry out is part of the small-value trade protected by a special border regime of the 1929 treaty, but today, after subsequent legislative processes, it is an informal, illegal and criminalized practice in Tacna (Peru). Based on the methodological proposal of David Mellor (2003) and Eugenia Merino (2006) for the Critical Discourse Analysis of Perceived Discrimination, it seeks to reveal, through their personal narratives, the way in which this group of merchants perceives their representation. and stigmatization. The survey of their life stories shows the pre-eminence of two main categories of discrimination, the «institutional» and the «verbal»; likewise, among the topics that make up these categories, the topic «prejudices» stands out, whose analysis of its argumentative sequence shows the constant use of refutation. From this, it can be concluded that in the discourse of the merchants there is full awareness of the representation of their otherness and an urgent need to refute the prejudices that exist about them and their work.

This article offers a reflection on the social role of the Yuyanapaq Photographic Exhibition. To remember as a builder of the historical memory of the armed conflict of 1980-2000 that Peru suffered. A review of the conceptual arguments that explain the projection and relevance of memory spaces is proposed to later develop an evaluative description of Yuyanapaq in the process of symbolic reparation to the victims, as well as the concepts of museological management for memory institutions. Considering the challenges and strategies that its sustainability implies.

Public policies on family mediation in Chile have been organized around the national system of tendered mediation, it envisages the evaluation of the quality of the conduct of the care processes in mediation, as an entry barrier for the application to it. This year 2020 is the first time that a mixed system of application of the ECAME methodology is established, in face-to-face and remote format whose results we will present in a comparative way, showing their contributions and to-do tasks in this modernization process system of attention to family and child conflict.

Ethnicity is a complex concept to define in the social sciences. This complexity is since various authors recognize ethnicity as a set of racial, social, and cultural characteristics shared by a group of people. As a result, the nature of ethnicity is multidimensional. This paper aims to construct an index that measures the multidimensionality of ethnicity using household survey data from Peru in 2007 and 2017. The method used to construct the index is Principal Component Analysis (PCA). In addition, a correlational analysis of the proposed index with the incidence of poverty, educational and labor variables is presented. Among the results found, there is a greater ethnic intensity in the population living in poverty, in illiteracy conditionsand with lower educational levels, as well as in the selfemployed population.

Con el propósito de llamar la atención sobre la esclavitud indígena en la ciudad de Lima, se revisó el «Padrón de los indios de Lima en 1613», y se identificó huellas que evidencian la esclavitud manifiesta o encubierta de indios que vivían en la ciudad. A través de matrices de sistematización se trianguló la información encontrada y se contextualizó con información procedente de otros repositorios documentales e información historiográfica. Se encontró que tuvieron la condición de esclavos la totalidad de indios de la «India de Portugal», más de dos tercios de los «Indios de Chile», algunos «Indios del Xapón» e «Indios de la China»; y que se utilizó el calificativo de «indios de guerra» para justificar la esclavitud indígena; y la denominación de «servidumbre» para encubrir la esclavitud de indios de diversos lugares de los Andes; además, que también algunos indios fueron propietarios de esclavos indios.

Esta investigación se enfocó en la medición de madurez en la implementación de Inteligencia de Negocios (IN) en PYMEs de la industria de las Tecnologías de la Información (TI), donde se tomaron dos casos particulares. Para ello, se realizó una revisión de la literatura para identificar los Modelos de Madurez en Inteligencia de Negocios (BIMM) propuestos para evaluar empresas pequeñas y/o medianas, o bien con recursos limitados. Se aplicó un instrumento que evalúa 14 factores clave involucrados en las etapas de desarrollo de un proyecto IN y otro para estimar el nivel de madurez en la administración de iniciativas de IN en las organizaciones, considerando 20 aspectos centrados en la calidad de la información y su análisis, gestión y almacenamiento de datos. Los hallazgos revelaron que la dimensión analítica está fortalecida en ambos casos, no obstante que la empresa A es más débil en construcción y despliegue, calidad de la información, gestión de datos maestros y arquitectura del almacén de datos, mientras que la empresa B está mejor clasificada en estas dimensiones; además el análisis y diseño es el área más débil de la empresa B detectando lo inverso para la empresa A. Así, las PYMEs evaluadas tienen niveles de madurez en los extremos de uno de los BIMM aplicados, y madurez invertida entre etapas de acuerdo al otro BIMM, por lo que se observan situaciones muy diferentes en la implementación de BI en PYMEs del sector TI.

En el Centro de Capacitación del Turismo, Formatur Camagüey, el conocimiento creado por equipos de trabajo en la solución de problemas de la práctica educativa o de investigación desarrollo no siempre ha encontrado vías adecuadas de socialización, permanece como conocimiento tácito en algunos individuos, no se externaliza, lo que limita el capital intelectual de esta organización. Se siguió un paradigma cualitativo, mediante un esquema de investigación-acción-participación, el cual permitió validar un procedimiento que estructurado en fases (preparación, exteriorización, combinación, validación, publicación e interiorización) posibilita recuperar el conocimiento creado, la experiencia adquirida, en forma de lecciones aprendidas (Lessons Learned) para la organización Formatur Camagüey. El procedimiento se aplicó en dos proyectos desarrollados con altos criterios de efectividad, calidad e impacto, lográndose formalizar los aprendizajes alcanzados que fueron puestos a disposición de la organización. Se cuenta con una herramienta de gestión del conocimiento, que tributa al aprendizaje organizacional.

This research proposes a classification of Knowledge Management Strategies in order to enhance educational innovation in Higher Education Institutions. To achieve this a documentary analysis was used. The results allude to the creative and innovative consolidation of education through school management, so this should be supported by aspects such as complex thinking, innovation processes, information and communication technologies and strategies or methods of management of the knowledge that ensures that internal and external knowledge is shared so that it can be transmitted and assimilated. The classification of strategies is based on the organizational and pedagogical-didactic levels of school management, and eight knowledge processes divided into exploration and exploitation. Finally, future analysis of practices and strategies implemented are suggested, and from it, the design of a goal-strategy.

The objective of the article is to carry out a bibliographic review to find a methodology for identifying and closing knowledge gaps in human capital in innovative knowledge-based organizations. Methodology that will allow the organization to know what it knows and who knows it and what they need to know to generate more innovations. To this end, the characteristics of this type of organization were identified in the Science and Technology Corporation for the Development of the Naval, Maritime and River Industry (Cotecmar) to determine the requirements that said methodology should contain. An analysis was made of 18 similar methodologies found in the literature focused on the requirements identified in the case study company. As a result of the bibliographic analysis, a methodology that met all the requirements was not found, however, some were found, such as those of Kashirskaya et al, Galvis Caro and Teimourpour et al, which gather several of the elements sought, which must be considered in future research, whose scope is to propose the design of the ideal methodology for this type of organization.
