Resumen
The objective was to analyze the online data collection of a qualitative research on permanent education in health. A methodological study about the data collection with an open questions script, distributed online to 28 Superintendencies and/or Minas Gerais, Brazil state Regional Health Managements. The analysis of the answers from 40 workers who act in project and health programs management was done through Thematic Analysis. The focus was on the answer to the question about the experience of participating in a remote qualitative research, answering an online instrument. The data collection reached different professionals from different health regions of the state; it instigated them reflections around their service daily routine and allowed reaching the qualitative research goals, acquiring the analysis of managers point of view over the Permanent Education in Health and the limitations they faced when applying it in their management. Participants with Internet access and experience in handling information technologies found the experience of answering the research remotely to be fast and easy. Although answering open questions online demands time and rules out the researcher-participant face to face interaction, it allows distant participants to contribute with significant data collection to the analysis of questions about public politics in vast territorial extensions.

Resumen
University managers play an important role in influencing undergraduate and graduate students to carry out research and publish scientific articles, but this influence will not be adequate if they do not have experience in these subjects. With the aim of characterizing the scientific publication of the directors of the dental careers of licensed Peruvian universities, an observational, descriptive and cross-sectional study was carried out and all the directors of the dental careers were included. Their publications were searched in the Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, SciELO and DOAJ databases using combinations of possible scientific names. Of the 25 managers studied, only one third published at least one scientific article. A total of 81.25% and 7.81% of the articles were original and review articles, respectively, and 53.13% were published in Spanish. Descriptive studies stand out (50.00 %) and, to a lesser extent, systematic reviews (4.69%). The Chilean Journal of Oral Research published the largest number of articles (n = 3). It is concluded that the scientific production of the directors of the dental careers of licensed Peruvian universities is low.

Resumen
An analysis was performed of the academic research studies about Information Management conducted at the School of Communication of the University of Havana as diploma, master's and PhD theses in the period 1993-2019 with the purpose of assessing the subtopics dealt with, the supervisors overseeing the research and the stages into which the studies were structured. Digital versions were used, since the originals were not available due to the situation posed by the COVID pandemic. The methods used were document analysis and questionnaire. A questionnaire was applied to a group of Cuban institutions which had incorporated this process into their management to evaluate its effect on daily activities. Results include determination of the most productive topics on each level and identification of the supervisors overseeing them. The objects of study of these theses were central government agencies and their branches, research institutes, national subordination production enterprises and centers specializing in information services. Of the total institutions surveyed, 66% had been analyzed in undergraduate and graduate theses, bringing to light the effect of those theses on the development of this function on an institutional level. The contents analyzed in this study reflect the effort made for more than 25 years to broaden knowledge about these information management approaches and obtain better results in the area of decision making and the use of information in organizational processes.

Resumen
Clinical information systems, as well as electronic clinical records, have been very important support tools for information management within the current COVID-19 pandemic. However, many hospitals and health centers in Latin American and Caribbean countries still do not have digitized clinical information systems, which has been a challenge for the management of the pandemic. The objective of this letter is to share the experience of the implementation of an information system in the III Regional Hospital Honorio Delgado (HRHD), of Arequipa, one of the largest of the Ministry of Health in southern Peru.

In the year 2021, research is being developed at the National Center for Medical Sciences Information to analyze the behavior of Cuban scientific production in health in several databases. As a result of these processes, a series of bibliometric reports were generated to support decision making by the system's managers. One of the components analyzed were the Cuban institutions that contribute to the country's scientific production in health-related topics. The objective of this work was to identify the main Cuban institutions that have the greatest impact on Cuban scientific production related to Health Sciences. A descriptive bibliometric analysis was carried out in multiple sources of information. The data were extracted during the first months of the year 2021. Health research institutions and biotechnology centers are the main contributors to publications. Several higher education centers also contribute a high number of publications. The University of Havana is the entity that contributes the largest number of articles in all the databases, followed by the University of Medical Sciences of Havana and the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas. This highlights the importance of universities and their role in the development of science and research in the country. Problems were detected in the processes of metadata declaration and errors in the names of the institutions in the databases, which directly influence the behavior of Cuban scientific production in health.

The Hirsch index or H-index is an impact indicator used in different platforms and systems of evaluation and classification of journals. The article proposes a methodology for data collection to obtain the H index from Google Scholar and analyzes 55 Peruvian journals of Medical Sciences published in electronic format and registered in Latindex. In conclusion, although Google Scholar, as a data source, has limitations and requires manual processes, it constitutes an alternative for journals that do not appear in Google Scholar Metrics and allows editors to compare with the performance of other journals.

Resumen
The aim of this article is to bibliometrically study the documents published on responsible research (IR), registered in the Science Direct and Google Scholar databases, in the temporal range between the years 2008 and 2018. A total of 25689 documents were selected and the quantitative analysis showed a persistent growth. The analysis of the research articles (group 1), published in indexed journals, and evidenced their predominance, constituting 87% of the documents produced. According to the analysis by years, 2018 was significant, since 93 % corresponds to research articles demonstrating the progressive interest of the scientific community in this topic. The percentage of publications in IR in the field of Medicine and Dentistry represented 21% of the total; in the Social Sciences 18%; Business, Management and Accounting 13%; Psychology and Arts and Humanities with 10 % and 9% respectively. These data show the cross-sectional interest and multidisciplinary nature of IR, as well as the value attributed to it by the scientific community. Institutions are focused on promoting IR so that its scientific and technical achievements can be used productively by society. Therefore, researchers and institutions should approach IR, according to the priorities related to the different areas, in terms of fostering the usefulness of scientific achievement and achieving effective implementation of responsible translational research.
