Resumen
Issue 54 of Isonomía presents a clear heterogeneity that reflects the plurality of the research topics that define our editorial lines: from conceptual, normative, and empirical studies on the corruption of judges, and historical-philosophical-legal reflections on central aspects of international relations, to themes that are either classical such as legal positivism, or highly topical and sensitive such as violence against women.

Noxious Markets: Applying Debra Satz’s Theory to the Case of the Pornographic Industry
This article aims to analyze the pornographic industry and its impact on inequality and subordination of women. Applying Debra Satz’s theoretical study on prostitution (2010), we will argue that pornography is a noxious market. Based on this statement, we will study the difference between this market and others that might have similar effects. Then, we will consider the costs and benefits in terms of rights, as well as the factual possibilities and efficiency of its prohibition. We will conclude that, despite being a morally problematic market, prohibiting pornography is not an obvious response to it.

Resumen
The personal attitude of teachers towards the subject they teach, their professional self-efficacy and expertise are essential for their ability to deliver subject content to pupils. However, the relationship of future teachers to the subject is formed earlier in their own educational history than at university. From it derives their interest in the subject and further education. Our research has shown that students specialising in primary education and afterschool education have negative memories of art education at primary schools and they evaluate the subject and its benefits as marginal.
In this article, we will discuss how the transformation of the didactic approach when focusing more on the creative process rather than on the product can positively affect the already established relationship of future teachers to art education, and contribute to the understanding of the objectives of art education. This research was aimed at generalist teachers (primary school) and undergraduate students who will work in school clubs or as afterschool educators. The research was segmented into three phases where in the first phase of the research, we used a qualitative approach to determine the personal attitude of students to the subject of art education. In the second phase, we used the art-based approach. In this phase, didactic procedures inspired by creative art therapy and reflective experiential education were applied to change this attitude. Art-based approach was chosen mainly because it makes it possible to monitor the changes that take place in the process and at the same time, thanks to the process, it is possible to induce these changes. This type of research generates other, unexpected questions that enable a deeper understanding of the issue. In the third phase students presented their artworks and reflected on the creative processes, as well as on the course itself, its benefits, obstacles and transferable experiences.
The conclusion of the research is that these methods can in a very short time change the attitude to one's own creative abilities / creative self-confidence / to update and expand the perception of the subject and its goals. At the same time, a need arises for deeper professional education that would facilitate students' didactic preparation of meaningful artistic activities.

Resumen
As one of the earliest human innovations in the architecture of shells, the dome has undergone many changes. This article examines the theory of the Florence Cathedral's(Santa Maria del Fiore) inspiration from the Soltaniyeh Dome of Zanjan. The methodology employed in this research is comparative-descriptive using reliable historical and library sources. A comparative-historical study of 13 domes in Iran(Iranian plateau) and 13 domes in Italy(Eastern Rome Empire) over 2,000 years has examined the evolution of Iranian and Italian domes in terms of construction time and shape. In the next step, the sources that architectural experts have discussed the influence of the dome of Soltaniyeh in Zanjan on the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore have been reviewed. The influence of the golden age of Islam and the achievements of Muslim scholars on the European renaissance in mathematics and geometry has also been explored. The structural similarities, proportions and forms of these two domes show impressive results. It seems that according to historical sources and comparative studies conducted in this study, the dome of Soltaniyeh has a direct impact on the construction of the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore, and the theory first proposed by Professor Sanpaolesi (1972) is conclusive.

Resumen
Hair is epistemology, as well as an element from which the identity of otherness is suppressed. The present investigation opposes the discourse of the Creole-Hispanist identity, the same one that has gained prominence in the government of Guillemo Lasso; with the work of a group of stylists from Quito who seek to revitalize the identity, aesthetics and beauty of hair/black hair. The efforts of these women allow us to think that the colonial and racist structure has operated on their hair through hair-destroying techniques such as straightening. The lack of products that are friendly to hair/black hair is also observed, as well as the lack of knowledge of how to cut hair/black hair. For these women, miscegenation, offered by the Creole/Hispanist discourse, is not a viable alternative, since it does not meet the specific requirements and conditions of hair/black hair. The hair / hair has also allowed them to develop resistance processes, alternative techniques to straightening and processes of cultural and identity resistance.

Resumen
The article treats gender equality in urban toponymy through the analysis of the street map in the city center district of Malaga. The fact that a woman’s name in on a street sign means being present and being recognized for her merits and achievements, becoming part of the collective memory. The analysis has been done using: double histogram charts for the total number of streets, pie charts to show percentages, and stacked column charts to show toponym categorization. As a result, this research demonstrates current gender biases of urban toponymy and its prevalence; that is, the pre-eminence of masculine names over feminine ones in the city center district. This research contributes to making women visible in the public space, in the streets and ultimately in the city that we all inhabit, as well as helping to build an egalitarian society by supporting the visibility of women.

Resumen
The aim of this article is to talk about the appropriation of urban space as an instrument to give voice to minorities group. We analyze the works of contemporary artist and their role in the context in which they are situated. We will see how some artistic pieces make social problems visible and how they sometimes substantially modify and improve the lives of the groups involved.
Unlike the beginnings of graffiti in New York, when a movement promoted by the MTA (Metropolitan transit authority) began a fierce fight against graffiti and graffiti artists, today there is much constitutional support for urban art. Furthermore we must to added the capacity for “eternalization” that photography and subsequent publication on social media of these creations entails, which somehow make the work immortal, despite the ephemeral nature of this type of intervention.

"And yet it moves: A popular initiative in artistic and social intervention" is a short video, in which I reflect the vital project of Juan Carlos Machuca. He is a citizen activist. A plumber by profession who works as a waiter. Through the aesthetic and spatial intervention in unproductive lots in the city of Jaén, it communicates its principles on ecology, harmony and social welfare to the population. His professional skills are put at the service of his creativity, resulting in an exhibition space in which his contemporary installations and those of other artists and people from Jaén participate with him.

Resumen
This essay extracts a quote from Roland Barthes's work La chambre claire: note sur le photographie to reflect on the self-portrait as a means for the creation of fictitious realities, as well as on the portrait as a commercial object in the professional photographic field. Both aspects are very present in contemporary society, and are enhanced by the indiscriminate use of social networks, as well as the Internet. Throughout the text, a reflection is made on each of the ideas in the Barthes quote, connecting it with the psychology of identity and with the image. Several decades after its publication, the author's thoughts seem to continue to be valid in today's society.

Resumen
Organic Law 3/2021, of March 24, on the regulation of euthanasia, has brought about an absolute change not only in the health field but also in criminal regulation by providing, among other aspects, a clause exonerating from criminal liability, which will take effect when practiced in accordance with the provisions of the law, generating a new typical framework differentiated by punishable and non-punishable euthanasia. In the present research, both figures are approached and endowed with content from a legal and doctrinal prism, given the absence of consolidated jurisprudence on the matter.
