Investigative work practices are essential for the successful development of study plan E for the Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering career at CUJAE. The DISERTIC is the service area of ​​the CUJAE where practices of the Telecommunications Networks job profile are developed. This article proposes a system to develop investigative work practices for students of the Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering career in the study plan E in a company related to the Telecommunications Networks profile. Technological Surveillance, Diagnosis, maintenance, incident resolution, Design, assembly, and experimentation of real practical scenarios in test or production environments are integrated into the design of the PLI activities. The proposal was successfully applied in DISERTIC to a sample of seven students of the Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering daytime course at CUJAE during the PLI in 2021.

The computation of statistical moments of the radar echo-signals with the objective of translating the decision to the moments space has shown potential in recent work. However, the moments space has not been considered for multiple targets classification, nor its combination with supervised classifiers has been studied. This paper proposes the use of moments as input features for several supervised classifiers and evaluates their performance. Among the considered methods are the Bayesian classifier, k-nearest neighbors, Support Vector Machines and artificial neural networks. The results show the usefulness of the moments space for classifying radar targets with high accuracy, precision and low complexity.

This article proposes the design and simulation of a microstrip antenna with circular polarization in the 2.4 GHz band. Circular polarization is achieved using an attractive method, positioning the microstrip feeder on the lateral axis of a hexagonal patch, and making contact with it. This reaches a good match to the 50-ohm line and a shape of the radiation pattern that can be useful. The use of low-cost materials and the simple structure of this antenna make it suitable for being subjected to different techniques to increase bandwidth. The entire design, simulation, and optimization process was carried out in the CST Studio Suite 2021 software and with the help of PCAAD.

Today, cybersecurity has become an obligation for every service provider. While there are groups of people-oriented to exploit services for malicious purposes, others develop tools and mechanisms to defend them. The present work is oriented to this last group. The uses of machine learning are dissimilar and varied. The capabilities of the algorithms used to allow their integration with the cybersecurity field. As a paradigm of the current context, cloud services have become the target of cyberattacks, but their potential can also be used to deal with them. Based on this, a cloud solution is offered to use machine learning in cybersecurity.

The Argentine Pampean region has been configured as an agro-export region for more than a century and a half. Since then, techniques, objects and actions that functionally shaped its currents economic characteristics has been incorporated. In previous researches linked to the analysis of the territorial processes associated with the current agricultural modernization, we have recognized processes of local-global tension that are expressed through actors inserted in the agricultural activity since past times. In this sense, the aim of the paper is to investigate some situations of local-global tension in the agricultural activity in the south of the province of Córdoba. The applied methodology is procedural and qualitative, supported by semi-structured interviews carried out with different actors liked to agricultural activity. We focus on three types of local-global tensions expressed by: agricultural service contractors, agro-commercial companies and agricultural cooperatives. We observe that each studied actor has to decode the current period data tending to the growing incorporation of science, techniques and information, in a framework of economic acceleration promoted by financialization, while renewing the territorial ties explained by every day and personal relationships. We conclude that the adaptation capacity to agricultural model changes define the actor characteristics, who must transform the services they offer subordinated to a global scale logic of which, partially and under important restrictions, they are territorial articulators.

This article analyses the trajectory of the family of the merchant Ricardo Ferreira and his wife Josefa Antunes, who at the of the period of gradual abolition of slavery registered the largest number of enslaved people under their rule in Paraná city. To do this work, it appeals to nominal link between different sources, like provincial and national censuses, church records, notary books and court cases. Additionally, it analyses the local and regional legislation, as well as international agreements linked with the slavery and its abolition. Through the reconstruction of the Ferreira Antunes family paths, this article evidences some politics, economic, and social aspects, which were disputed from the littoral region in the River Plate and the frontier with de Brazil Empire during the abolitionist process. On the other hand, the election of an extended period was done with the objective of study the citizenship access and the incorporation to the free labour market of the last generation of slaves, as well as their sons and grandsons, in the years after 1853.

The main purpose of this article is to show the characteristics, conditions and work practices of employees hired directly by agricultural companies in the Pampas region. Faced with a relative scarcity of studies on the agricultural work of the Pampas and the greater attention paid to the labor contribution of the so-called "machinery contractors", the current labor insertion of permanent, temporary, and even temporary employees of the Pampas business agricultural production is analyzed. Their participation in the structure of agricultural employment, the tasks, and functions they perform, the working conditions under which they are employed, and their internal composition justify the particular interest for the study of this segment of workers, while differentiating them from other occupied in the same activities. Agricultural censuses (from 2002 and 2018) a survey of agricultural wage earners (2014) and interviews with workers (2015) are used in a complementary manner. The analysis is referenced in the provinces of Buenos Aires, Entre Ríos and Santa Fe for wheat, soybean, and corn crops.

Edward Palmer Thompson and Raymond Williams were two of the most influential intellectuals of British Marxism and founders of the current called Cultural Studies. In open discussion with the economistic views of Marxism and the positions of Althusserian structuralism, they gave a deep debate on central categories of Marxism, focusing on the historical character of social phenomena, rejecting reductionist views on culture and claiming the active character of agents in the construction of their own life. This article makes a critical reflection on their definitions and the discussions that they propose around the concepts of class, class consciousness, experience and culture, and in the way in which they thought and discussed the classic idea of​ “determination”. In this framework, it points out a series of theoretical problems that put them in a relationship of tension / contradiction with Marxism and that opened the door to interpretations that abandoned that perspective.

This article analyses educational and community outreach proposals aimed at school-age population —including in particular those living in rural areas—, related to productive and environmental issues and the so-called "good agricultural practices". We investigated a selection of initiatives generated by the Argentine Association of Regional Consortiums of Agricultural Experimentation (AACREA) and by the Argentine Association of No Till Farmers (Aapresid), made available through various platforms in the last decade, with emphasis on two specific proposals. Through content analysis and thick description, we address how children and young people are profiled, how certain problems and interests concerning conventional agriculture are defined and with which proposals they are articulated. Special attention is paid to the extent to which these contents converge with the technological and productive proposal of conventional farming. This, considering that there is a wide range of positions in the materials, which allows us to note nuances and ambivalences.
