Resumen
The analysis of the production of architecture in the contemporary context permeates the understanding of the different realities that shape our daily lives, from fundamental questions of formation and formulation of the statute of architecture, through technological, economic, social, and symbolic issues. In this sense, we are interested in discussing aspects of the architectural production of and by resistance, in addition to asking how the production of a minor architecture can dialogue with the critical and emerging demands of a society increasingly immersed in its own demands. Thus, we developed three acts for a minor architecture, where we invite the reader to reflect on the role of the architect in the contemporary context from the analysis of three different examples that touch the discussion of heritage, identity, and memory.

Resumen
The paper installs an ethical point of view on the constructions carried out by students of the School of Architecture of the University of Talca in Chile as a final project to obtain their degree in architecture. This point of view arises from the social demands that took place in Chile from October 2019 onwards. Specifically, the slogan Hasta que la dignidad se haga costumbre (Until dignity becomes customary) leads to a review of the work of the school in terms of whether or not it contributes to the dignity of people.

Resumen
The relationship between rock musicians and state agencies has been in our country historically dynamic, intermittent changeable. An epochal climate that began in the years 2000, both in Argentina and Latin America, characterized by demands for democratic-participatory cultural policies, resulted in a change in the link between cultural makers and state agents. Looking to contribute to the debate around the design and implementation of these policies, this article aims to analyze the logics, legitimacies, and existing disputes in the relationship between rock musicians from the city of La Plata and local state agencies. To do this, we will start from a set of cultural policies that took place during 2016 and 2017 that allowed us to see articulation processes between both actors, as well as instances of tension, consensus and repositioning. The research was developed based on a qualitative methodological strategy, applying different data collection and production techniques, such as in-depth interviews, participant observation, cartography, shadowing (Jirón, 2012) and survey and analysis of primary and secondary sources.

Resumen
In this work I persue to reflect on some cases belonging to the riverside cultural and environmental heritage of the city of Corrientes, rescuing historiographic fragments that focus on the subjects and forms of production that become invisible behind the materialities and reviewing the current urban conflicts unfolded by the implementation of new criteria of spatial transformation. These have been constituted for many in times of danger, where new mechanisms of privatization, restructuring, accumulation of economic benefits and differential distribution of socio-environmental costs are promoted from the urban agenda (from coalitions between governments and businessmen). The threat is sustained against the possibility of relapsing into a history of great injustices and of losing the places where the memory or the possibilities of inhabiting (in a broad sense) of the most disadvantaged are located. As in a marginal thread where the events of the present open questions about the past, I argue that the current moment calls for recognizing the forms of enunciation of disagreement in order to cast doubt on the future of these differentially valued spaces.
In this exploratory research, based on archival work (documentary and journalistic sources) and field work that followed the events of struggle of different groups that resist transformations or promote other forms of valuation of the riverside spaces, three cases were selected that they allow me to investigate the historiographic traces and the current disputes.

Resumen
The United Nations and the Organization of American States have developed systems of human rights indicators to monitor the states commitments by the ratification of international Covenants and Protocols. In addition to the classic quantitative indicators, these systems proposes to incorporate “qualitative indicators” and “qualitative signs of progress”, although they show certain differences in their construction and conceptualization. The aim of this work was to develop a critical analysis of these proposals of including qualitative methodologies in human rights monitoring systems. To do so, we review the defining aspects of qualitative research and evaluation, as well as the ontological, epistemological and axiological assumptions that link them to the interpretative-comprehensive paradigm. On that basis, we argued that static, standardized and a-priori constructed indicators appear as a contradiction in terms of a qualitative research / evaluation proposal based in the interpretative-comprehensive paradigm. By contrast, we emphasize the importance of recovering local people perspectives, through inductive approaches that tighten the rights recognized in international documents with the realities, perceptions and senses that emerge in the specific socio-historical contexts in which they materialize. We conclude that this type of evaluation would contribute to restore the emancipatory political potential of human rights, by redefining people’s role as subjects of rights and place them at the center of monitoring processes.

Resumen
This article reconstructs a “history” of the main drug policies in Argentina from the beginning of the 20th century to 2010, their interrelation with the international drug control regime and the so-called prohibitionist-punitive paradigm. This is a bibliographic review of the available studies on drug policy in Argentina guided by Foucault's genealogical method. The objective of the article is to show the conditions of possibility of a prohibitionist-punitive paradigm in drug policy, its development, consolidation and possible alternatives, as well as to offer an orientation for the use of Foucauldian genealogy in the subject.

Resumen
The research analyzes the sign in of Buenos Aires city mayor to TikTok during the pandemic. This social network represents a novelty for politics that makes it not only a territory to be explored but, fundamentally, a new space to conquer. The theoretical framework recovers, on one hand, the discussions of political sociology linked to the structure of opportunities and, on the other, the developments of the infotainment. The research is configured as a case study. As this methodology enables the use of different data collection and analysis techniques, we choose the triangulation of primary and secondary data. The study use a survey with a structured questionnaire, through the IVR format, and manual collection of information from the TikTok´s profile. On one hand the main findings suggests that the uses that AMBA citizens gaves to social networks during the pandemic context and the political opinions of TikTok users were the determining factors that allowed the mayor of Buenos Aires a very comfortable access to the platform. And, on the other hand, that formal and serious contents are excluded in all the publications of his account and replaced by formats close to informality, simplicity, emotionality and humor.
