Resumen
The purpose of this paper is to build and review the psychometric properties of the Brief Work Climate Scale (EBCL), therefore, an instrument comprised of 15 items in its initial version was designed, which had a Likert-type response scale with 5 alternatives, of which only 13 items had content-based validity evidence due to an Aiken’s V greater than .80, with probability of statistical significance (p < .05). The final version was applied to two sample groups (n1 = 121; n2 = 126) of employees at the operational level of two companies related to the grocery sales sector in Metropolitan Lima. In the first sample, the exploratory factorial analysis was reviewed with a Pearson correlation matrix, demonstrating the existence of two well-defined models (two oblique factor model and one-dimensional model), the first factor explained 55.4% of the accumulated variance and the second 49.1%. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed with the second sample group, in such a way that the two models mentioned above and a bifactor model were compared, identifying that the goodness-of-fit indices were not satisfactory to confirm any predominant model; however, there is adequate reliability in the reaction-effect dimension of the worker (α = .91, ω = .90) and company factors (α = .82, ω = .86); as well as for the one-dimensional model (α = .92, ω = .94). The results show that the EBCL Scale has adequate evidence of psychometric properties.

Resumen
The pandemic caused by COVID-19 has been an unexpected experience for the world at large. In March 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) disease a pandemic. Worldwide, strategies to control the COVID-19 pandemic have included social distance and isolation, measures also adopted in Peru. The general aim of the present study is to determine the characteristics of emotional perception in adults towards COVID-19 and mandatory social isolation. This is a comparative-descriptive research study. The sample consisted of 1207 adults. The instrument used was a 31-item closed-ended descriptive survey, including multiple options, reviewed by peers, and designed by the researchers. It was disseminated through the CAWI system. The most important results regarding the emotional perception of the experiences with COVID-19 are as follows: 54% admitted experiencing mostly fear, 27% felt turmoil, and 18% experienced sadness. The following were found in relation to mandatory social isolation (ASO, by its acronym in Spanish): fear was experienced by 37%, sadness by 21% and anger by 4% of respondents. The psychosocial reasons for the perceived differences toward the threat of the virus belonged to the following aspects: healthcare, possibility of contagion and death. Finally, respondents predominantly visualized changes in their future lives, having to come to terms with coexisting with the virus.

Resumen
The aim of the present mixed (qualitative; quantitative) study was to explore the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in the mental health of a group of children between 7 and 11 years old during 2021. We utilized a survey elaborated ad-hoc and a graphic technique in which children had to make two drawings: how they felt during the pandemic and how they remembered they felt before the pandemic. Overall, 72 caretakers (67 women, 5 men) and 72 children (43 girls, 29 boys) participated in the study. All of them attended a primary health center in Buenos Aires Province. The families belong to a socially vulnerable community. While exploring the children´s personal area (as identified by the caretakers), a significant difference was obtained between prevalent symptoms related to fears, worries, difficulties in feeding, sleeping and somatizations during the pandemic and those presented before COVID-19. The analysis of both the drawings and children’s verbalizations also highlight the experiences of fears, worries and sadness felt by the children during the pandemic. Question remains as to whether these difficulties observed ext of the pandemic are on their way to being solved or whether these consequences will persist.

Resumen
In this research the organizational culture was assessed in four finnancial entities in Arequipa City base on a comparative analysis. There were 100 workers who participate in the sample and the Cameron and Quinn’s Organizational Culture Diagnosing Questionnaire (α= .793) was applied. The results indicate that in the four entities the culture orientated to the Market and Hierarquical type are stronger, but there were evidence about significant differences according to the sex and the enterprise where the workers come, so women tend to percieve a culture type Clan more than male cratic and Clan type organizational culture.

Resumen
This essay represents an update reflection on the subject of the narrative at the service of the different branches of the human and social sciences. Through a journey to the most important milestones of knowledge in the field of psychohistory, psychobiography, and autobiographies to conclude in life stories as the central point of the theme. Life histories is a method to understand not only better the human being but to facilitate and reinforce the awareness of the importance of the first years of life with the research work of Psychoanalyst Alice Miller. In this publication, we rescue the value of pioneer studies based on life stories such as the sons of Sánchez by Oscar Lewis done in 1965 in Latin America and years later the history about Domitila in Bolivia by Viezzer in 1978. Likewise, share the power of stories worldwide and their contribution in the search for recognition of marginalized populations, in promoting inclusion, social justice and peace. Finally, an acknowledgment of the efforts of the UNIFE Women’s Observatory to disseminate life stories of women whose contributions are relevant and who have sometimes remained anonymous.
