Resumen
The present work seeks to investigatethe relationship between body and resistancein the thought of Baruch Spinoza.Faced with the thesis that bodies resistthe changes produced by the effects ofexternal bodies, he proposes to thinkthat said change and affection is also theexercise of resistance. For this, the articleis divided into three parts. The first investigateswhat Spinoza understands bybody. The second part develops the needfor other bodies to persevere in being. The third part links body and resistanceunder the consideration of the ethicalproject of the Dutch philosopher.

Resumen
This article aims to show how Descartesredefined the notion of passion, interms of a new philosophy of nature, establishedin Modernity. From a new conceptionof physis, Descartes was able toreformulate the conception of the bodyand conceive it as only material substance, distinguishing it from the thinkingsubstance, which became known as CartesianDualism. Therefore, he proposeda redefinition of the passions, insofar asit is in the context of the relationshipbetween body and soul that they are inserted.

Resumen
Antonio Negri seeks in Machiavellithe principles of an ontology of constituentpower. This article critiques theways in which Negri reads his own theoryin the Florentine’s writings. Specifically, the transition to antagonism he detectsin the complex relationship between ThePrince and the Discourses; the ontologisationof the virtue/fortune relationship;the impossibility of the Negrian multitudeto explain the metonymic gesture ofMachiavelli’s plebeians; and the allegedabsolute nature of the republican form.

Resumen
This paper starts questioning the traditional position that points to Antigone as a heroine, and as an unconditional defender of the eternal laws. Could it be said that she is? And, even more, could we say that Antigone acts selflessly? The fact that she is oriented towards love, as revealed in verse 523, as well as the constant proclamation of deathwish and the reunion in Hades with her family, especially with Polyneices, leads us to cast suspicion on the heroic assertion, and guides our argument, on the contrary, to an issue that has not been given so much relevance: her state of aphrosyne.

Resumen
The last ten years have seen an increase inthe discussion regarding what methodologyis developed in the philosophical field, andwhat are the implications of developing suchdiverse theoretical positions that allow philosophicaldisagreement to be maintained as aconstant: agreeing to disagree comes dangerouslyclose to making the search for reasonsfor certain theoretical positions trivial. Thisis the context of the recent contributions collectedin D’Oro & Overgaard (Eds.) (2017),from which we try not necessarily to initiatea dialogue between different philosophicalparadigms, but rather to make explicit theirdifferences and similarities. The present paperaims to analyze the theoretical inputs onthe methodological role of intuitions in thephilosophical field, specifically on the topicof epistemic disagreement. An optimisticperspective of this disagreement is proposed, following Cappelen (2017) and Ichikawa(2016). In particular, an attempt is made totry to answer the question of whether thepersistence of disagreement constitutes a reasonto rule out that there is philosophicalprogress. Similarly, the scope of fake news asan epistemic input that prevents the attainmentof so-called evidential neutrality is assessed.

Resumen
This work takes up the basic conceptionsof violence, understood by authorssuch as Benjamín, Domenach, Žižek,Sen, among others. The purpose is to empiricallyconfigure the path of violence inThe Time of the Hero. This procedure willbe graphed with a hierarchical triangle,in which the cyclical and iterative orientationof this negative indicator will beperceived. Therefore, qualifiers such asvictim or similar, which are conditionedto the protagonists, will be verified. Inthat sense, this text fulfills the functionof revealing the multiple subjective adaptationsand explaining their reasons.

Resumen
Coming from the field of the philosophyof language, the notion of performativityhas, in the field of law, a criticalpush, by problematizing the notionof the determination of the subjects ofrights. Codification, a paradigmaticallyperformative stage in itself, reaches itsmaximum creative expression in the fieldof family law, around this new paterfamiliasendowed with almost unlimitedpower in the cognatic family that is hisown. The institutions of adoption andguardianship, at the crossroads of thesetensions, provide an exceptional startingpoint to explore these operations of performanceof legal subjects, objects andrights. The situation of the helpless minor,in which a double marginalized conditionintersects, both in terms of assetsand blood ties, will be radically modified.

Resumen
On May 6, 2021, Humberto Maturanapassed away, a revolutionary scientist-philosopher, who made importantcontributions to science and the humanitiesand dared to pronounce wordssuch as feeling, emotion and love in hisspeech. Possibly these words, so unusualin the scientific and academic sphere, have been one of the reasons why Maturana’sthought of him has not had theimpact it deserves, at least in Spain, wherehe is not a well-known author. The articleintends to pay homage to his figureof him. To do this, we will review whathis main contributions have been, focusingon his conception of education anddemocracy.

Resumen
One of the recurring debates surrounding«human enhancement» is how newtechnologies affect our personal identity.Certain technologies also raise questionsregarding authenticity. This paperanalyses the impact of brain-affectingtechnologies on personal identity andauthenticity. Using as a reference DeepBrain Stimulation (DBS), a techniquedeveloped in recent years to treat disorderssuch as Parkinson´s disease, andBrain-Machine Interfaces (BMI), I willconsider whether brain-affecting technologiescould threaten or, at least, lead tomorally relevant changes in the identityor authenticity of the treated persons.
