Resumen
Intestinal parasites are a concern in less developed countries, worsening health in Brazil and around the world. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the occurrence of parasitic microorganisms found in foods of plant origin, such as vegetables, as they are very present on the table of many families, check which ones occur most and analyze the risk factors responsible for the occurrences and contaminations of people who consume these foods in Brazil. The research was carried out based on a literature review, being of the integrative type, where data was collected through the databases: Google Scholar and Scientific Electronic Library Online, to answer two questions. The first question about the occurrence of parasites in vegetables with publications between the years 2013 and 2023. In the second guiding question, articles were found that discuss the problem and the factors that led to the contamination of vegetables, between the years 2000 and 2023. Both questions followed the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study. As a result, a total of 35 articles were selected. The parasite that was most prevalent in the studies was Entamoeba spp. many others are found, such as Ancylostoma spp. and Strongyloides spp. The contamination factors are characterized as the use of untreated water; lack of biological control; poor hygiene of cultivation and commercial areas; inadequate storage and lack of knowledge of safe cultivation practices, which reveals unfavorable conditions in the Brazilian scenario when it comes to the subject and the causes that help it.

Resumen
The purpose of this article is to discuss the relationship between technology and educational inclusion in the context of Brazilian public schools, with a focus on pedagogical practices aimed at students from the 1st to the 5th grade of elementary school. The research was conducted with teachers who work directly with students with special educational needs (SEN), addressing challenges, adaptation strategies, and the use of assistive technologies. Based on a qualitative analysis of responses obtained through a questionnaire applied to the educators, the study reveals that, despite the recognition of technology's transformative potential, its use faces significant limitations due to resource scarcity, inadequate infrastructure, and the lack of specific teacher training. The research also highlights that collaboration between schools, families, and specialized professionals is essential for the success of school inclusion, but there are still gaps in institutional support and the investments needed to ensure quality inclusive education. It concludes that, while technology has the potential to transform the educational process, effective school inclusion depends on coordinated efforts between teachers, school administrators, public policies, and society to overcome structural barriers and promote educational equity.

Resumen
The modifications in society have also transformed the relationship between humans and animals, which has become closer and more affectionate, to the point of forming what is known as a multi-species family. Animals, specifically dogs, have become vulnerable and subject to the problems of urban life, just like their guardians, especially when they spend most of the day away from home. Thus, dog daycare centers can be a solution for the well-being of dogs and the tranquility of people. This article aims to analyze the impact of dog daycare centers on the modern life of the multi-species family. To that end, a qualitative research was conducted through a systematic literature review and a quantitative study, with residentes of Baixada Santista, São Paulo state, using a Google Forms questionnaire. Among the 173 people who responded to the questionnaire, it was found that most respondents are willing to use the services of a dog daycare to improve the quality of life for pets, preventing them from being left alone in their homes and consequently contributing to reducing stress and promoting socialization among animals.

Resumen
Considering the social, economic, and ecological complexity of coastal regions and the difficulty of public and private environmental management in these highly populated areas with multiple sources of pollution, this study used the driver, pressure, state, impact, and response model to socio-environmentally assess the coastal municipalities of Santos and São Vicente in the Baixada Santista metropolitan region, SP-Brazil. Data were evaluated by social network analysis. Results indicated the most relevant drivers (i.e., those that most affected sustainability and environmental governance) within the municipalities of Santos and São Vicente, such as port activities (represented by the pressure due to the emission of contaminants in the air and water and dredging). Poor air quality due to pollution and its impacts on human health stand out as an element in the state factor. The most forceful responses refer to the increase in the inspection and control of atmospheric emissions, liquid effluents, dredging, and solid waste. Our approach will support decision-makers to focus on the most critical aspects in this study to implement corrective and preventive actions and develop environmental and sectoral public policies.

Resumen
This article examines the transition made by carriers from traditional Bill of Lading (BL) to an electronic version, called the Electronic Bill of Lading (EBL). The Bill of Lading is an essential document for the release of goods, proving ownership and serving as a negotiable instrument in maritime transport. However, paper versions pose serious challenges in terms of cost, time, and environmental sustainability. The EBL is emerging as a promising solution to address these challenges. By eliminating the need for paper documents, the EBL aligns with environmental sustainability principles, streamlines documentation and transaction processes, boosts operational efficiency, and reduces carbon emissions associated with transportation. It is used to increase transparency and traceability in business activities, promoting more ethical and responsible practices. Furthermore, by facilitating quick and secure access to information, it strengthens trust among parties involved in international trade and reduces the risk of fraud and loss. Therefore, this article argues that the EBL plays a significant role in promoting sustainability and logistical efficiency. Its expanded use not only modernizes business processes but also fosters positive changes in global trade, supporting environmental, social, and governance principles.

Resumen
This research is aimed to analyze in details the methods used to dispose of used oil in Burger restaurants in the Boqueirão neighborhood, in the city of Praia Grande/ SP. The methodology adopted is based on the application of structures questionnaires to the owners and employees of these establishments, in order to collect data on consumption, disposal and environmental practices, thus determining the level of knowledge and awareness regarding the impacts on the environment resulting from inadequate oil disposal and evaluating the companies’ compliance with current environmental and regulatory standards. The initial hypothesis of the research was that the majority of these establishments dispose oil properly and in accordance with established laws. Incorrect disposal of oil is a serious environmental problem which can lead to soil sealing and contamination, clogging of sewage networks and pollution of groundwater. Therefore, this work aims to contribute to the development of the selected restaurants and the implementation of more sustainable, efficient and conscious practices in the management of used oil. However it indicated that employers and employees are not aware of the final disposal of the material, proving the need for actions and incentives from the public and private bodies so that everyone can guarantee a sustainable future for the region.

Resumen
The literacy of children with cognitive disabilities in Brazilian public schools faces significant challenges in the context of inclusive education. Despite legislative advances and increased enrollment of students with special needs, barriers such as inadequate teacher training, lack of specialized resources, and absence of specialized educational services (AEE) persist. This study qualitatively investigates the pedagogical practices used in teaching these students, highlighting the difficulties faced by educators and the need for ongoing training to meet the demands of inclusion. Furthermore, the research explores the role of artificial intelligence (AI) as a support tool, analyzing initiatives such as CogniSigns, Hand Talk, Livox, and Geekie, which offer innovative solutions for early detection of disorders, personalized learning, and enhanced accessibility. The combination of qualified teacher training, expanded technological infrastructure, and the adoption of AI-based tools is essential to overcome historical barriers and promote inclusive and quality education.

Resumen
This study examines the application of generative AI models, ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Gemini (Google DeepMind), in customer engagement and retention. Through comparative analysis, we find that Gemini excels in multimodal tasks, such as visual recognition, while ChatGPT is more effective in textual interactions and personalization. Model selection should consider the application context and user profile. We discuss technical limitations and the potential of these technologies in building more effective relationships between companies and consumers. We conclude that both models offer significant benefits (up to 50% increase in engagement and 45% reduction in response time), but their effectiveness depends on strategic implementation.
