Objetivo: Analizar la percepción y la disposición para prescribir medicamentos genéricos entre médicos del primer nivel de atención de instituciones estatales en Tabasco, México. Material y método: Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo y transversal mediante entrevista directa con el cuestionario PAMPEFG-01 de 22 preguntas aplicado a 62 médicos. Las áreas evaluadas fueron; la percepción de los médicos hacia las EFG (Especialidades Farmacéuticas Genéricas) y su uso. El programa utilizado para el análisis de los datos fue Microsoft Excel 2010. Resultados: Los facultativos valoran un 67% más un medicamento de patente (MP) que el de una especialidad farmacéutica genérica (EFG), pero confían que los medicamentos genéricos curan igual (56.5%). En el uso obtuvieron buenos resultados con las EFG (82.3%) y los prescriben con frecuencia (82.3%); si un paciente tiene una enfermedad leve o moderada se prefirió recetar una EFG (80.6%), en cambio si la enfermedad es grave, el MP es la opción más elegida. Conclusiones: Existen dudas entre los médicos respecto a la bioequivalencia de las EFG, así como desconfianza en los laboratorios fabricantes, por lo que prefieren el uso de MP. Es necesaria la intervención del gobierno para asegurar e informar sobre los estándares de calidad, así como de los educadores para la difusión de los conceptos y beneficios que proporcionan las EFG.

La anestesia local y sus diferentes técnicas son parte del uso diario de los estomatólogos, esta práctica conlleva ciertas complicaciones que son relativamente poco frecuentes. El odontólogo de práctica general debe estar informado sobre está complicación durante las técnicas anestésicas. La ruptura de las agujas dentales en pacientes pediátricos puede ocurrir debido al difícil control que se tiene sobre ellos y por utilizar técnicas de anestesia inadecuadas. Se presenta el caso clínico de una paciente de 4 años, quien es remitida al Servicio de Cirugía Maxilofacial del Hospital Regional de Alta Especialidad de Ixtapaluca (HRAEI), para extracción de aguja dental rota en región pterigomandibular derecha. Se decide realiza extracción de aguja dental rota en región pterigomandibular mediante el uso de fluoroscopio biplanar de manera exitosa, con morbilidad mínima para el paciente y sin complicaciones.

Introducción: la agenesia de terceros molares es una evidencia de la evolución de la especie humana, se calcula que en el futuro la formula dentaria será de 28 dientes, con la consiguiente desaparición de los terceros molares. Objetivo: determinar la frecuencia de agenesia de terceros molares a nivel general y según sexo, grupo etario, cuadrante. Métodos: se realizó un estudio descriptivo, transversal y retrospectivo en historias clínicas con radiografías panorámicas de pacientes atendidos en consultorios odontológicos de la ciudad de Chiclayo – Perú, entre los años 2018 – 2020. La población fue de 422 historias clínicas y la muestra fue 109 historias. Los resultados fueron mostrados en tablas y gráficos y se utilizaron porcentajes. Resultados: La frecuencia de agenesia fue 36.7%. En el sexo masculino fue de 90% frente al 10% de sexo femenino. En el grupo de 14 a 20 años se registró mas agenesia con un 77.5%. El diente que tuvo mas agenesia fue el 3.8 con 37.5%. Conclusiones: al igual que otros estudios, se observa agenesia de terceros molares (36.7%), siendo un aspecto a considerar respecto a la evolución de la especia humana.

Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de percepción de la relación interpersonal cirujano dentista – pacientes en la región Amazonas 2020. Materiales y Métodos: El estudio fue descriptivo, prospectivo de corte transversal, con un enfoque cuantitativo. Se evaluó a 75 cirujanos dentistas. Resultados: En la presente investigación, se apreció que las relaciones interpersonales de los cirujanos dentistas con sus pacientes fueron buenas, con un 89.3%; y de acuerdo a las dimensiones, se obtuvo que el nivel de comunicación presento un 90.1%, seguido del trato con 89.4 y la actitud 88.5% todos con un buen nivel. Conclusión: El nivel de percepción fue buena respecto a la relación interpersonal de los cirujanos dentistas con sus pacientes de la Región Amazonas 2020.

ABSTRACTPurpose: Despite the importance of organizational Innovation in leveraging the knowledge base of companies and reinforcing their competence and effectiveness, research in this area is still rare. Thus, the purpose of this article is to understand what the determining factors for the occurrence of organizational innovation in large companies in the Brazilian auto parts industry are.Methodology: This is exploratory research with a qualitative approach, used as the method for the multicase study. The research uses multiple sources of information: documents, direct observations, artifacts, and semi-structured interviews.Findings: As a result, it was found that the adoption of organizational innovation practices happens due to the isomorphism in the automotive industries, but the organizational culture focused on innovation is essential to organizational innovation happen. Characteristics like financial resources, organizational architecture, managerial tools are fundamental. As factors that limit organizational innovation were problems fundamentally related to human resources such as the dismissal of employees, lack of discipline, motivation, overload, preconceived concepts, difficulties to accept changes and dissatisfaction.Originality/Value: It was established that the organizational innovation methods are linked to changes in; the structure of the organization, flow of information, organization of work, management procedures, administrative system, rules or routines of conducting organizational activities, strategy of the organization, new ways of relating to other partners or consumers, a new method for integration with suppliers and outsourcers or to a new way of performing routine tasks within the organization.Keywords: Innovation, Organizational Innovation, Organizational Culture, Automotive Industry.

AbstractPurpose: The purpose of this exploratory study is to provide insight into the implications of Sars-CoV-2 pandemic on tourism and how the use of digital marketing can contribute to overcoming the difficulties imposed by the pandemic, being the intention to establish future directions for digital marketing and tourism development in this context.Methodology: In a first stage a documental analysis is presented with the purpose of clarifying some of the constructs related to the objective of the study. Then the interviews conducted with tourism and digital marketing professionals are presented, being present a methodology of qualitative nature, which was subsequently carried out a flexible and non-systematized analysis, interview by interview.Findings: Based on the literature review and those attributed, it can be concluded that the difficulties caused by the Sars-CoV-2 pandemic are of different nature and digital marketing is seen as a tool that allows contact with geographically distant tourists and maintain / arousing interest as a potential tourist destination. In this sense, digital solutions will make it possible to promote destinations, communicate skills and publicize an offer to potential visitors (generating the desire to experiment).Research limitations: From a theoretical perspective, the study contributes to the development of knowledge in niche tourism matters and digital trends in the tourism sector. Practical implications: From an interdisciplinary perspective, the study contributes to the joint development of the areas of digital marketing (e.g., to understand consumer behavior and needs) and tourism (e.g., more needs-oriented tourism offer). It also allows establishing future directions for these action areas.Originality: The present study relates variables of digital marketing and tourism in the context of Sars-CoV-2 pandemic. Objective: The study of the relationship between management methodologies and competitive attributes is important for the assessment of competitiveness and definition of strategic guidelines. This work aims to assess organizational competitiveness by using the focus methodology (Agostinho et al., 2012) associated with the Likert scale, applied to a Brazilian organization in the telecommunications sector. Methodology: The focus methodology provided the prioritization of 8 methodologies, out of a total of 47 analyzed. By researching secondary data, the degree of prevalence of these methodologies, expressed in the Likert scale, was determined.Findings: It was found that of the 8 methodologies evaluated, 6 had a considerable degree of prevalence and 2 had medium and low prevalence. The less prevalent methodologies are related to the optimization of engineering, support, and maintenance processes, presenting themselves as improvement opportunities to enhance competitiveness.Practical applications: It was concluded that the Focus Methodology was effective in determining the most adherent methodologies to marketing attributes and the Likert scale was satisfactory in assessing the degree of prevalence of these methodologies, so this method has potential application for measuring competitiveness in organizations in general.Originality: This method has its originality by combining the focus methodology, proposed by Agostinho et al. (2012), with the Likert scale assessment, allowing a holistic analysis of organizational competitiveness, with potential for use in organizations in general.Keywords: Competitiveness, management methodologies, focus methodology, strategic planning.

ABSTRACTPurpose: This research will analyse the main posts from Reddit, more specifically the subreddit dedicated to travel known as r/travel.Methodology: The 946 most relevant posts and their 891 images were collected by web scraping and their titles were analysed and gathered using the image classification technique.Findings: Results show that most Reddit posts do not have people in the pictures, drifting away from the popular selfies that are ubiquitous in other social networks. It is believed that users prefer to post images on Reddit without people due to its anonymous appeal. Moreover, there is an evident focus on images associated with natural environments and less so with urban environments; also, images taken at or around cities and countries out of the beaten track are favoured and it supports the idea that Reddit users search for less-known destinations to guarantee exclusivity during the tourist’s experience.Originality/Value: Even though there is a high number of tourism research connected to social networks, there is none that tries to understand Reddit users' approach to tourism. It is also important to highlight that there are few studies using the image classification technique towards the identification and quantification of objects included in travel photography.Keywords: Tourism, Web scraping, Image classification.

ABSTRACT Purpose: The focus of this research is on the study of a set of specific, company-external indicators in determining the annual abnormal profitability of the stocks that belong to the Euro stoxx 50 index.Methodology: Quantitative research carried out through an econometric model where the relevant indicators for determining the annual abnormal profitability of the shares of the non-financial companies listed in the index are identified.Findings: The results suggest that corporate performance variables have a statistically significant influence in determining the annual abnormal profitability of the shares of the companies belonging to the Euro stoxx 50. They also suggest that the economic sentiment is important in determining the annual abnormal profitability of the stocks included in this same stock market index.Originality/Value: This study aims to contribute to the enrichment of the literature that focuses on the profitability presented by corporate shares in the capital market, with emphasis on the Euro stoxx 50 stock index.Keywords: Euro stoxx 50, Abnormal stock returns, Payout ratio, Book value, Cash flow, Investment, Investor sentiment
