Resumen
In dialogue with the history of formal painting we intend to recover and reflect on literary imagery gathered in musées imaginaires. Imagery that falls outside traditional aesthetic categories underlying the origin and development of the genre, and provides instead a new landscape motif to the classical repertoire of "loci horridi". Rare or distinctly unverifiable in traditional painting, ruined gardens as they are described in two novels by Gustave Flaubert and Virginia Woolf lead to consider of the restorative/museum function of Literature at the heart of visual culture. At the same time, these extraordinarily original gardens, which can be seen as "landscape of devastation", claim for an unrestricted and inclusive art history alternative to the canonical one where no place seems left for them until the beginning of the last century. Accordingly, we propose to conceive of a nautral history of art which allows recognizing and thinking about images not only through literature and painting, but also through the history of nature and the history of humanity, not diametrically opposed but mutually complementary. Interlaced and crucially determining each other as in the novel Nevermore recently published by the French writer and translator, Cécile Wajsbrot, who finds in nature left to her own in the garden depicted in "Time Passes" by Woolf the most "disturbing and tragic" image of the devastation in history.

Resumen
The poetic dimension of sign languages (SL) is a rather unknown case in Spain, as well as in many other countries. This article presents the main linguistic aspects of SL and their linguistic influence on the conformation of poetry, comparing them with those of oral poetry. About the general poetry, it seems necessary to ask the question of the theoretical problem of poetry. This idea is associated with phonocentrism, an idea of wich Derrida speaks in depth in his studies. This author refers to the need to deconstruct the concept of poetry as an essential part of global poetry due to its null sonority. This study shows that poetic rhythm is no longer an exlusive concept of oral languages and, likewise, allows us to understand how poetry works without phony in SL.

Resumen
The aim of this article is to analyze Juan Benet’s work, in particular his novel Un viaje de invierno, under the perspective of the Blanchotian literary space and the Foucaultian thinking of the outside also developed from Maurice Blanchot’s theoretical proposals. This will be supported by some of Benet’s essays: “El ángel del Señor abandona aTobías”; “Un extempore”; “Op. Posth.”; and “Un ensayo: La deuda de la novela hacia el poema religioso de la antigüedad”. My main interest is to dissociate hermeneutics of Benet’s work from historical, political, and social aprioris which condition the perspectives of analysis and to propose a new exegetical approach centered on the reflection about the literary fact itself, about its close connection with death, and about the impossibility to experience the event itself unless it is as an absence, as a trace or footprint, all in all, about the uselessness of any memory or testimony.

Resumen
When Leopoldo María Panero entered the San Juan de Dios de Mondragón Psychiatric Hospital in 1986, the magazine Globo rojo was published in that institution, managed by the inmates themselves, a magazine in which during his stay in that establishment he collaborated with a good number of texts, most of them published only in the mentioned magazine and, therefore, with very little diffusion. All the texts by Panero en Globo rojo are collected in this paper with an indication, when appropriate, of his inclusion in some of his books and, if applicable, the variants are annotated.

Resumen
Review of the book by Esther Rando Burgos, Legal Framework of Territorial Management. Tirant lo Blanch, 2020, 464 pp. Foreword by Diego J. Vera Jurado. The work analyzes in a new, rigorous and complete way, how to manage the planning of the territory, one of the great challenges of the planning of the territory in our country. And it does so by providing solutions and tools that, from a legal point of view, can be decisive in advancing this controversial issue. The author rigorously presents the existing non-existent legal regime and, in what constitutes a benchmark in this public function, configures it, even providing it with the legal mechanisms that can enable its implementation.

Resumen
The aim of this article is to study the evaluation of performance of public employees. Performance evaluation is an essential factor in the development of any horizontal career system. The following relevant aspects will be specifically analysed: the regulatory framework, the guiding principles, the phases of implementation of the evaluation processes, the control of the technical discretionality of the evaluators’ decisions, and the effects of performance evaluation.

Resumen
The present contribution aims to highlight the need for a revision of the cultural heritage protection system, into a context defined by the inflation of protected buildings that jeopardizes the effectiveness of the traditional model (excessively centralized by each regional administration, and which presents the City Councils as collaborating entities fully subject to intense external tutelage). The recognition of larger spaces for local autonomy in this area can provide not only a more effective and agile protection system, but also one that is more coherent and coordinated with the leading role to be played by local authorities in urban planning matters (particularly concerning the authorization and control of interventions). A close analysis of the evolution of the various cultural heritage acts in force (where the LPHE model has had a great influence) reveals a certain resistance to abandoning centralized protection systems. It is possible, however, to identify specific regional experiences in the opposite direction, as well as recent contributions that are determined to take a more decisive step in favor of a wider decentralization of competences to the local level.
