The aim of this article is to show that the Juvenilia collection of poems constitutes Ricardo Palma's literary beginning and that the title is a neologism created by Palma. Poetry was for Palma the impetus he needed to produce his magnificent narrative, reflected in his Peruvian Traditions. Juvenilia, as a poetic testimony of her youth, appears before her other literary productions. Romanticism is the school in which it is sustained, consequently, the subjective tone of Juvenilia is one of its characteristics, such as the use of meter and poetic language that enrich Palma's work.

Objective: To determine the influence of metacognition and learning of mathematical competencies of the students in the 2nd Cycle of the Faculty of Administrative and Accounting Sciences, professional career of Administration and Systems of the Los Andes Peruvian University – Semester 2017-I, Lima. Methods: A correlational-causal study was realized, characterized by two observations, one before introducing the independent variable and one after entering it. These observations can be shown through the application of a test or direct observation. A pre and post test was applied to a group of 30 students of the 2nd Cycle of the Faculty of Administrative and Accounting Sciences, professional career of Administration and Systems of the Los Andes Peruvian University – Semester 2017-I, Lima. For the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach´s Alpha statistical method was used, which corresponds to a polythomic test. Results: To estimate the reliability of the pre-test with the post-test, the reliability analysis was performed, obtaining a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.833, which means that it is a Good internal consistency. Conclusions: Metacognitive strategies have a strong influence in the learning of the four mathematical competences.

Objective: To demonstrate the relationship between leadership styles and the organizational commitment of the directors of the José Faustino Sánchez Carrión National University, 2018. Material and Methods: The research used was of an Applied type, with a non-experimental, transactional, descriptive and correlational design. The population was 74 directors of the José Faustino Sánchez Carrión National University, the sample to apply the survey considered 62 directors at random, in which the variables: Leadership Styles and Organizational Commitment have been used. Results: indicate that 54.8% (34) of the transformational leadership respondents are located in the medium alternative and 37.10% (23) reach the high alternative. For transactional leadership, 45.2% (28) reach the medium alternative and 27.4% (17) reach the high alternative. Finally, for the passive leadership style, 61.29% (38) reach the medium alternative and 25.81% (16) reach the high alternative. For affective commitment, 50% (31) of the respondents reach the medium alternative and 41.9% (26) reach the high alternative. For the commitment below, the results indicate that 54.84% (34) reach a medium alternative and 37.1% (23) reach a high alternative. Finally, for the normative commitment, 54.8% (34) reach a medium alternative and 38.7% (24) reach a high alternative. Conclusion: The research concludes that there is a significant relationship between the Leadership Styles and the Organizational Commitment of the directors of the José Faustino Sánchez Carrión National University.

Objective: To establish the relationship that exists between work motivation, extrinsic and intrinsic, and the administrative management of the workers of the Sub Management of Documentary Processing and the Central Archive of the Provincial Municipality of Huaura in the context of the COVID-19 Pandemic, in the year 2020. Material and Methods: The research was developed under the quantitative approach, basic and cross-sectional, with a non-experimental design and correlational level. The study population consisted of 22 workers from the Sub-Management of Documentary Processing and Central Archives of the Provincial Municipality of Huaura who were working in the context of the first year of confinement in Peru, as a result of the COVID19 pandemic. , in the temporary space of the year 2020. The sample was census. The statistical technique used was Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient and the data was processed with the statistical program SPSS V25. Results: The research allowed to determine the average correlation between motivation and administrative management. Conclusion: In a context of global health crisis, and confinement decreed by the central government of Peru, as a result of the global pandemic by Covid-19, work motivation, both as a whole and in its extrinsic and intrinsic dimensions, were significantly related with the administrative management of the workers of the Sub Management of Documentary Processing and Central Archive of the Provincial Municipality of Huaura, in the period of the year 2020.

Objective: Carried out and evaluated the effects of nutritional intervention in students with thinness, overweight and obesity at the UNJFSC against COVID-19 in 2021. Huacho. Materials and Method: An applied type and level investigation was carried out, a quasi- experimental design, a quantitative approach, the experimental group made up of 32 students with thinness, overweight and obesity. Results: After 4 months of constant and permanent virtual monitoring, a healthy diet was prescribed according to each pathophysiology, healthy lifestyle recommendations and individualized nutritional therapy were provided (omega-3 fatty acid supplements, protein modules , formula with modified carbohydrates) in addition, coordination and consultation with other specialists were carried out: Endocrinology, General Medicine, Dermatology and Psychology who gave specialized treatment and prescribed drugs (hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering and vitamins among others), as adjuvants to nutritional treatment. It was obtained from 4 students with thinness, one recovered (25%), and in the process of recovery (75%), of the 22 students who had a diagnosis of overweight according to BMI, 14 students (64%) recovered and in the process of recovery 8 (34%), and of the 6 obesity students (100%), are in the process of recovery, improving their BMI with a moderate and sustained weight loss; Conclusions: With the nutritional intervention, a significant improvement was obtained in the students who were diagnosed with thinness, overweight and obesity; preventing nutritional deterioration and its comorbidities, as important factors for strengthening the immune system of university students against covid-19 in 2021. In the BMI Sig = 0.000 <0.05, then the data show that there are significant differences in the intervention performed.

Objective: Determine an Organizational Coaching program that influences the Development of Transformational Leadership in managers and heads of network marketing companies in the district of Miraflores Material and method: The type of study is applied at the Descriptive, Correlational level. Of Method and design of the Investigation Method of Analysis - Non-experimental - Crosssectional of non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The study population was determined by network marketing companies in the district of Miraflores, the sample was obtained by applying the sample to the finite population, resulting in the techniques for obtaining results were the survey and direct observation. Results: After Applying the INDEPENDENT SAMPLES T TEST was obtained as an alpha value less than 0.05 in all the results of the specific hypotheses, so we can affirm that the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. Conclusions: It was determined that an Organizational Coaching program significantly influences the Development of a Transformational Leadership in managers and heads of network marketing companies in the district of Miraflores, according to the results obtained in the hypothesis test through the T test of independent samples.

In Europe, the use of colored stained glass in theconstruction of church windows was common,reaching their peak during the Gothic period. On theother hand, the tendency to use colored glass, calledOrosi (Sash), in Iranian architecture began in theSafavid era and, under the influence of Iranian culture and art, became a genuine art called Girih tiles; this art flourished unprecedentedly during the Qajar era. The present study aimed to identify intercultural links in Qajar era art with elements borrowed from Western culture and by comparing structural techniques, color, patterns, gender, and the impact of conceptual factors such as light tries to identify the possible similarities between the two methods based on matching the study samples of their two outstanding structures (Charter Church and Salaar Saeid Mansion). Since Iran, as a territory that is always at the center of cultural exchanges, asking about the relationship between this trend in Iranian architecture and its roots can be helpful in a better understanding of Iranian art. The present study is a practical-case study and methodologically is a descriptive-analytical study. The data were collectedusing a documentary study (library). Findings haveshown that the tradition of colored stained glass hasexisted more in European lands, and its formation in Iran is more influenced by imported cultural components. This paper reflects on features, interactions and conflicts between multiple practices of spatial production in the foothills of the Ecuadorian Amazon, making some operational concepts elaborated within the Decolonial Thought’, especially the concept of a ‘colonial difference’. This work analyzeds the Tena Canton in Ecuador, a territory marked by socio-economic inequalities, ecological and even broader political divergences. This research shows the forms and logics of the relationship between the different social groups that are established from the bodies-knowledge -that can be understood as lines of life, Life Lines. The paper aims to show that it is possible to imagine territorial planning strategies in search of new spaces, economies and settlement styles.

La Revista Internacional de Estudios sobre Sistemas Educativos (RIESED) como journal electrónico “peer-reviewed” en este número 13, publicado en agosto del año 2022, centra su atención para dar cuenta de las experiencias de innovación en la gestión y práctica de la tarea educativa en las instituciones de educación superior durante la pandemia ocasionada por el SARS-CoV2. La emergencia sanitaria por este virus movió a las instituciones de educación superior en su capacidad reactiva, activa y proactiva para no suspender el servicio educativo a pesar del confinamiento, adaptar estrategias que permitieran no perder los cursos escolares. La huella manifiesta que la acción no tenía precedentes, de igual envergadura fue la innovación y creatividad de todos los actores de la docencia, del proceso enseñanza aprendizaje, para atender las funciones sustantivas de la universidad. Las lecciones impuestas por la pandemia han sido amplias, la respuesta y capacidad de las instituciones educativas es ejemplar y trascendental porque incluso ha abierto nuevos caminos y estrategias que incorporan en el sendero de una nueva normalidad post pandemia.

During the COVID-19 crisis, the Mexican government decided to suspend face-to-face classes at universities, as a preventive measure to reduce the probability of contagion. The confinement has had important psychosocial effects on the lives of teachers, who have also had challenges during remote work, since they are the commissioners of the teaching and learning process of the students. In addition, the gradual return to face-to-face classes meant one more challenge for teachers for their work dynamics, which was a trigger in the emotional field, causing feelings such as anxiety, stress and uncertainty, which in some cases affected their work performance. Under this scenario, the objective of this study was to analyze factors present in the school dynamics of the professors of the UAEM Amecameca University Center because of the health emergency caused by COVID-19.
