Resumen
Humanity over time has faced multiple challenges of a social, economic, political and environmental nature. The most current challenge responds to a health emergency, which took the world by surprise, which in general was not prepared to understand and adapt to the new reality that forced confinement implied. Regarding education, it had to modify its curricula and teaching-learning processes where virtual classroom experiences became a daily life, which did not remain alien to higher education institutions, including the Autonomous University of Mexico state. The modification of the paradigm in environmental education is a clear example of this dynamic, for which it was necessary to implement changes in the feeling and thinking of the university community through actions and collaborative multi, inter and transdisciplinary work that result in actions focused on achieving sustainable development.

Resumen
The Covid-19 pandemic arrived in Mexico in 2020, negatively impacting the context of human socialization, such is the case of educational activity that had to move from an in-person modality to a virtual one, bringing new ways of teaching classes. In this article, a review of the digital pedagogy that the university professors of the UAEM Amecameca Center (Mexico) implemented in virtual education is carried out, the guiding question is: what were the most significant obstacles, challenges, and problems that the professors faced in the digital pedagogy? Since digital pedagogy is the point of interest, it is addressed under three aspects: planning, evaluation, as well as problems and challenges. A quantitative information collection technique is used to obtain findings and explain the results.

Resumen
This article addresses from the perspective of university students the difficulties represented by moving contingently towards a professional education in the distance modality, especially taking as a context the economic and socio-emotional complications that the confinement brought with it by the pandemic caused by COVID-19. Under these conditions it is important to analyze whether distance university education has been up to the objectives of social learning, where students are able to build knowledge and professional skills.

Resumen
Sanitary emergencies due to SARS-CoV2 virus motivated the educational community to face a series of challenges during the teaching-learning process. The use of emergency remote teaching technologies, passing through digital platforms implementing alternative educational models, developing resources, applications and, at the same time, tools that widen information access and reduce the geographical barrier with the objective that any person, no matter its location, is able to receive support: the theoretical-methodological notebooks, here presented are an example. The article aims to recover an experience that intends to contribute to education innovation and improvement, through a collective project modality with diverse academic participation from a certain entity, that would impact teaching and learning in a well defined knowledge area, Political Science, in this case.

Resumen
Objective: To determine the appropriate formulation to produce liquor from blueberries (Vaccinium corymbosum L.) taking into account the dilution, amount of sugar and fermentation time. Materials and methods: Several batches of fermentation were used, for dilution 20%, 30% and 40% of water were used based on the weight of the blueberry pulp. For the appropriate amount of sugar, it is recommended to work with 21ºBrix so that the viniferous yeasts act optimally. In the investigation, the initial ºBrix of the blueberry ranged between 10,08º and 10,12º; which we take up to 21º Brix to be able to obtain up to 12,5% alcohol; An Excel program was used, which when entering initial parameters such as blueberry pulp mass, initial ºBrix, density, pH and acidity; the amount of sugar to add was obtained or the ratio that 1g of sugar raises 0.1ºBrix in 1 liter of water, wine or must. For the fermentation time, it was decided to obtain a blueberry liqueur, with approximately 12% or 12º of alcohol. Results: for the dilution, it was found that the adequate relation between the weight of the blueberry and the water is 20%, better color and aroma of the liquor were obtained. The amount of sugar to add, with an initial 10,08 ºBrix, resulted in 478g. The time required to obtain 12ºBrix, at a fermentation temperature of 24,3ºC, was 7 days. Conclusion: It has been possible to find the appropriate formulation to produce cranberry liqueur. For the dilution it was 20% for better color and aroma. For sugar, it was possible to find the amount to add to the cranberry juice to reach an initial 21ºBrix of the must. Seven (7) days of fermentation were used to obtain a liquor with 12% alcohol, as a minimum alcoholic content.

Resumen
Objective: To establish the relationship between sleep quality and daytime sleepiness in students of the Faculty of Sciences, UNJFSC. Methods: The research had a quantitative approach, non-experimental cross- sectional design, applied type and correlational level. The population consisted of 380 students enrolled in the Faculty of Sciences in 2019 and a sample of 120 students was taken using simple random sampling. Sleep quality was measured by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and daytime sleepiness by the Epworth scale. Results: 50% were women and 50% men; their ages between 17 and 26 years. 84.2% have poor sleep quality and 15.8% good quality. 28.3% do not have drowsiness, 47.5% mild drowsiness, 23.3% moderate drowsiness and 0.8 severe drowsiness. 50.8% had good subjective sleep quality, 36.7% had very poor sleep latency, 48.3% had recommended sleep, 40.0% had very good sleep efficiency, 55% had moderate sleep disturbance, 56. 7% never in the last month have used medication to sleep and 43.3% moderate dysfunction during the day. Conclusions: There is a significant relationship between sleep quality, subjective quality, latency, sleep disturbances, medication use and dysfunction during the day and daytime sleepiness and there is no relationship between the duration and efficiency of sleep in students of the Faculty of Medicine.
