Resumen
Populist leadership has been a phenomenon of recurring mention in Latin America. At different times, his allusion to the vocabulary of the social sciences appears as a warning that, even when there is not total clarity regarding its characteristics, it constitutes a "threat" to the constitution of stable democratic societies in the region.
And, however, which to ghost, the populism constantly reemerges. What are the causes of such recurrence? In this text we intend to offer a summary approach to the relationship between the phenomenon of populist leadership and the dynamics of collective action, stating that probably -and contrary to the usual conceptions on this topic- the populist recurrence can well be explained, by a partly, due to its high capacity for articulation with the elements that make up collective action and, on the other, due to the increasingly visible demand to broaden the possibilities of politics and democracy.

Resumen
This article analyzes the thought of the intellectuals linked to the Independent Academic Centers (C.A.I.) of the democratic opposition between 1983-1990. At this level we will ask ourselves if there is an ideological matrix that can be designated "concertacionista" for constituting a coherent story, capable of influencing the programmatic proposals, but above all, capable of determining the strategies of the actors of the conglomerate that will come to power. in Chile in 1990. Examining this problem will allow us to identify the degree of originality or continuity of this coalition and define basic elements of its grammar of domination

Resumen
The evolution of the Spanish community of Valparaíso during the 1930s, when Spain was affected by the establishment of the Republic and later by the Civil War, is analyzed. The rupture that affected the Spanish community, as an effect of the events in Spain, was deeper than in other cities in the country and marked its institutional and community development for many years. Only the passing of the years and the generational changes made it possible to overcome the wounds of the past.

Resumen
The US intervention in the Mexican Revolution could not be viewed well from Spain, which, in addition to maintaining close relations with Mexico during the Porfiriato, still felt "hurt" by US interference in Cuba. Starting from this premise, this work aims to show the vision that the Spanish population -and more specifically the Sevillian population- had of the role played by the United States in the first phases of the revolutionary process, through the press and the writings of some Spanish intellectuals and Latin Americans.

Rather, we will limit ourselves to presenting a certain number of studies that are among the most representative of the different methodological, theoretical and ideological currents that have marked the sector, by the way, very dynamic of Indian history since 1950, a sector frequently called New Indian History
