Com a resultat del procés de convergència en relació amb l'educació superior iniciat a Bolonya el 1999, el paper de la Universitat en la societat està experimentant una profunda transformació. El paradigma tradicional, segons el qual la Universitat és el punt de partida per construir coneixements al més alt nivell, s'està estudiant ara per donar cabuda a més estudis de formació professional, que inclouen l'adquisició de competències com a pilar central. No obstant això, dos dels principals actors que juguen un paper en el procés, acadèmics i emprenedors, tenen punts de vista diferents respecte a les competències que ha de tenir un graduat que entra en el mercat laboral. A partir dels resultats d'una enquesta realitzada a la Universitat de Barcelona, mostrarem com les empreses es giren a favor de competències relacionades amb la productivitat a mitjà-curt termini, mentre que la universitat aposta per deixar de banda el coneixement amb més caràcter científic. Aquest escenari reforça la necessitat d'un diàleg més profund entre la Universitat i les empreses, assenyalant els beneficis que alguns ajustos en la formació universitària poden acabar aportant a la societat.

En aquest article es presenta una experiència d’ús de la ludificació com a estratègia d’aprenentatge actiu a l’aula incorporada a Economia d’Amèrica Llatina, assignatura avançada de la carrera de Llicenciat en Economia de la Universitat de la República, Uruguai. Es tracta d’una innovació basada en experiències anteriors que va ser aplicada durant el curs 2021 en forma coordinada   en els diferents grups de seminari. L’aplicació simultània va ser de vital importància ja que va permetre l’ajustament previ de l’activitat i l’avaluació conjunta amb l’equip docent i els estudiants. L’opinió dels estudiants va ser molt favorable a la instrumentació d’aquest tipus d’estratègies, aportant  inputs per a la millora.

The objective of this research was to know the perception of the students of the Bachelor of Business Administration and Management in the Universidad Politécnica del Estado de Morelos regarding the hybrid model that was implemented as of September 2021 for the teaching-learning process. In this way, it was intended to determine the elements that favored learning in the hybrid modality of the previously mentioned students. This document details in the Introduction, the research problem, as well as the impact of the study carried out. Subsequently, in the Theoretical Framework, a conceptual basis is offered based on current bibliographic references related to the topics discussed (COVID-19, teaching-learning strategies during the pandemic, hybrid model). Before developing the Methodology section, the research problem is shown to later describe the procedures, approach and research method. Likewise, the instrument used for data collection and the variables that comprise it are described. Finally, the results, conclusions and proposals made by the authors were shown. The research problem arises since it was unknown what the learning experience would be in the students, who would be the object of study, with this modification. It can be thought that there are elements that favored the learning experience; however, there was no evidence, because this hybrid model had not been implemented previously. This is how an instrument made up of 23 reagents was developed whose purpose was to evaluate the following variables: personal and family situation, use of technology, learning experience and socialization and coexistence. This instrument was applied at the university, to the students of the Bachelor of Business Administration and Management (LAE) of the active semesters of the period May-August 2022. As a result of the study, it was found that the hybrid model implemented in the quarterly periods of September-December 2021 and January-April 2022, contributed to improving the learning experience and the skills acquired during the online model of the students of the Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from university.

The work includes part of the results of a research carried out at the Technological University of Tula-Tepeji (UTTT). The problem it addresses refers to the fact that public policy on educational equity in Mexico has only been evaluated based on general indicators that only measure the performance and results in access to higher education, mainly of groups belonging to the most vulnerable sectors. of society, but leaves aside the analysis of particular circumstances and differences that young students have and that can cause inequalities throughout their educational trajectory. Due to the above, the study intends to examine other particularities in the dimensions of equity applied to higher education, in order to present results that contribute to assessing the scope and challenges of the educational policy that gave rise to and development of the SUT. This is an explanatory and descriptive research that used a mixed approach through a cross-sectional case study on the follow-up of the school trajectory of a generation of students who entered in September 2012 and graduated in January 2016. The development of the work includes a section of theoretical foundations, the description of the problem, methodological aspects that guided the research process and the results derived from the monitoring of the school trajectories (entry, permanence and graduation) of the generation that was taken as a sample. and a discussion section and final conclusions.

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the work stress of Mypes employees, in the state of Querétaro, based on the effects of administration, professional performance and work environment. 523 employees were surveyed through the Occupational Stress Inventory (OSI - Occupational Stress Inventory) (Osipow & Spokane, 1987), the method used is deductive with a quantitative approach of descriptive scope, The results show that more than 20% of the Respondents consider that, derived from these elements, they generate moderate to weak stress, so the assumption that employees show high levels of stress in their work space, generated by these elements, was not fulfilled.

This work diagnoses the training needs of MSEs enterprises in order to design informative radio capsules, as a strategy to train and promote the economic development of the Sierra Juárez region of Oaxaca through the radio station "La voz de la Sierra Juárez" (The voice of the Sierra Juárez). The study is developed under a qualitative approach and a cross-sectional design and the scope is descriptive-interpretative-explanatory. As main results of this research, it was found that the micro and small entrepreneurs of the Sierra Juárez de Oaxaca are unaware of basic business aspects that lead to the development, growth and consolidation of businesses, expressing the urgent need for training and education that promote, motivate and detonate the economic development of the Oaxacan region, for which capsules are developed in the radio station in the area according to the issues previously identified in the MSEs.

The objective of this research was to identify the technological tools that served as support to the tutor teachers to carry out thetutorial work in the Covid - 19 pandemic. The study was quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive-exploratory, transactional,25 tutor teachers from the University participated. Technological of Nayarit, Mexico; data collection was through a survey appliedonline. The results indicated that teachers gave individual and group tutorials using technological tools as a means of contactwith their students, such as WhatsApp and Google Meet. The conclusion of the study indicates that the use of technologicalmeans favors modern and flexible educational environments in tutoring, where the use of technology allowed guaranteeing theaccompaniment of students in their training, overcoming the communication challenges presented by the Covid pandemic - 19.

The objective of this research is to undertand the social representations about ethics wich were made by finantial engineeringstudents of Universidad Politécnica del Estado de Morelos. This is a qualitative research through an exploratory study,it wasmade to students, men and women of sixth quarter through a semi structured interview in order to get information of the threedimentions of social representations: informqtion, attitude and representation.}The results shows in terms of information that the students don't have accurate data to define the concept and the purpose ofethics, in terms of attitude data shows a positive attitude related with ethics, and about representation results, data shows a clear identification of ethics with moral values.

The article is derived from a research conducted in the year 2021 in the municipality of Villa de Zaachila Oaxaca. The research isquantitative with a descriptive correlational and transversal scope of a non-experimental design. The objective is to identify therelationship between the demographic profile of entrepreneurs with the financial culture. The results show that there is a greaterrelationship between financial literacy, educational level and become parents.
