Resumen
In the digital age, academic plagiarism has reached new characteristics and a worrying dimension, with cyber-plagiarism being its most aggravated manifestation. This dishonest practice has taken root among university students when carrying out their academic work. It is a complex phenomenon, with multiple associated and interrelated elements, hence the research techniques have been varied, emphasizing the use of self-descriptive instruments (scales and questionnaires). Although most have been validated, evaluating the quality of their psychometric properties in correspondence with the new study population is essential to avoid improvisation. This article describes the process of adaptation, validation and reliability of a questionnaire to analyze cyberplagiarism in university academic papers. For its development, the methodological sequence of Lacave et al. (2015). Psychometric validation tests were applied to analyze their reliability and validity, obtaining adequate results. In addition, the Exploratory Factor Analysis made it possible to specify a questionnaire made up of 5 factors and 29 items. Its application will allow analyzing the situation of cyber plagiarism in university academic works, allowing not only to describe the phenomenon, but also to establish a causal relationship between the factors. It will be an important contribution to achieve an approach to the state of the question in the Cuban context, where the problem has been little explored.

Resumen
Vocational Training for Employment (VTE) is defined as that which give responds to the needs of the labor market and is oriented to the acquisition, improvement and continuous updating of professional competences and qualifications, promoting lifelong learning. Its purpose is to promote the personal and professional development of working people (employed and unemployed) while promoting their employability. Considering this, the objective is to determine the knowledge that companies possess in relation to the offer of professional training and the mechanisms that allow its transfer to the labor market. The methodology used is quantitative, using the questionnaire as an instrument for collecting information (n = 331 companies). The results confirm, on the one hand, the lack of knowledge of companies about the operation, benefits and opportunities offered by training for employment. On the other hand, it is confirmed the high value of soft skills in the training of workers, highlighting its importance for the design of current training plans. It concludes by pointing out the need for a greater dissemination of active employment policies focused on the training offer, as well as the relevance of introducing transversal competences in its planning.

Resumen
The teaching vocation is considered an essential factor in the performance of teachers, being considered as a relevant factor in the academic achievement of students and, at the same time, an indicator of the educational quality of a country. However, there are no valid and reliable instruments that address the new challenges of the vocation. That is why we proceeded to design and validate an instrument to evaluate the teaching vocation in accordance with the new educational challenges in Mexico. By virtue of the foregoing, a Likert-type scale was designed with 23 questions and it was applied to 346 (plus 50 teachers as a pilot group) teachers of different educational levels. From the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, three factors were found: a) satisfaction with teaching; b) vocation awareness and c) educational commitment; the content and construct validity processes were carried out. The global reliability of the test was 0.96 in 21 final items; another important finding is that there are significant differences in the level of satisfaction with the teaching task according to gender. Was concluded that the instrument has sufficient validity and reliability to carry out the analysis of the vocation in teachers.

Resumen
Service-learning (SL) forms, together with action-research, a tandem that is being strengthened in universities to promote the quality of teaching through participation and social reflection. This article narrates the process followed in the Faculty of Teacher Training of the University of Santiago de Compostela to turn a classroom experience into a consolidated SL project, in collaboration with the National Organization for the Blind of Spain (ONCE). From this, an investigation has been proposed, which is framed within a project of R&D&I, and whose objective is to evaluate the satisfaction of the students who participate in the service-learning project, and in turn to know the skills acquired in this process. A mixed ex-post-factual methodology (quantitative-qualitative) has been followed. For this, two validated instruments have been used: a semantic differential (oswood scale) and semi-structured group interviews with the students involved. The results indicate a high degree of satisfaction with the project, by enhancing learning and future professional practice, as well as with the service provided to the community. As an aspect that could be improved, the students highlight the little time spent planning, organizing and executing the service, given the four-month nature of the subject.

Resumen
Introduction. The health crisis situation due to COVID-19 has led to adaptations in educational institutions and changes in their organizational structures. Modifications have been made in all stages of education. However one of the most vulnerable groups during the pandemic was doctoral students. For this reason, with the aim of assessing the impact on their welfare and research work, an ad hoc instrument has been developed. The participants were doctoral students in education of the Complutense University of Madrid. The objective of this research is to analyze the reliability of the instrument called Impact of COVID-19 in Doctoral Students (ICED-19) and its validity through the Exploratory Factor Analysis. Methodology. This study was carried out through a quantitative and descriptive methodology. Statistical techniques were used for data analysis. Results. The results show a reliable instrument, with 7 factors that explain the dimensionality of the construct: Resilient Attitudes for the Development of the Doctoral Dissertation, Possibilities for Professional Development, Socialization in the Academic Environment, Training received by the Home Institution, Training received by External Institutions, Socio-affective Welfare and Family Support. Conclusions. This validated and reliable questionnaire can be used to assess how COVID-19 has impacted on doctoral students in Education.
