Throughout history it has been proven that one of the ways to improve the quality of education in countries is through the improvement of teaching career systems, especially in the component where the performance evaluation process is applied, which in turn contributes to the professional development of teachers. The objective of this article is to make a theoretical-conceptual reflection on the performance evaluation applied to teachers and the influence it has on their professional growth, with the intention of making a partial or definitive synopsis of the discourse from the author's point of view, obviously starting from the point of view of the postulates of several authors and the review of the existing literature on the variables performance evaluation, teacher performance, pedagogical guidelines and professional development. The information was collected through a documentary search in publications of scientific journals and digital repositories; search criteria were established for tracking the information such as locating the publications on the variables, and delimiting them according to the topic of each one. This article arises from the academic meeting of the doctoral seminar Development of Competences Through Didactic Planning of the Doctorate in Education Sciences of the Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology (UMECIT) is a reflective analysis on the challenge that intercultural education represents in the real and current contexts imposed by cultural mobility and its articulation with competencies in curriculum development; The purpose is to visualize the interrelationships of the migratory phenomenon in educational systems, from the necessary contextualization of the curriculum to cultural diversity. As a methodological support, critical reflection about the subject is carried out, from a qualitative analysis based on bibliographic or documentary sources, among its findings, it stands out that teachers need to appropriate a variety of pedagogical strategies that guide the teaching-learning processes, as a way of guarantee opportunities and achieve an approach to equity in the face of a globalized society. Likewise, that educational programs must reflect curricular proposals that guarantee the integral formation of the student, from an education focused on cultural valuation, in correspondence with the development of competencies focused on the effective attention of cultural diversity, beyond the simple admission of students of foreign origin to the educational system.

The customer experience has become the core of the marketing strategies of companies and brands in the current context. Today we live in a liquid society where everything changes rapidly. Competitive advantages have been displaced towards totally intangible aspects, and if the experience is considered as a totally personal phenomenon anchored in people's memory, it becomes essential to reflect on how to design and manage these experiences. A key piece in this process is endomarketing; a phenomenon relatively little studied and affected by the polysemy that marketing suffers as a discipline. With antecedents focused on the importance of internal customer service, the systemic conception of marketing from internal, external and interactive perspectives, the need to incorporate new paradigms into business practice, such as Laloux's Teal Model and the "Funky" perspective. of economies of the soul, this article attempts to provide a vision of endomarketing that serves as a reference for brands and organizations to understand that without a memorable experience inside, it is impossible to generate memorable experiences outside. The topic can be controversial and have different interpretations, however we are convinced that an effective marketing strategy cannot be developed if we do not start from here, especially in times where the human must be at the center of any proposal.

The recognition of the bilingual approach as a condition for the inclusive education of deaf people, due to the value of linguistic and interlingua contacts in intercultural education, it´s a topic of great social relevance, where sign language is the first language and linguistic basis for learning Spanish. Hence the importance of the intercultural perspective in the training and sociocultural processes that take place in contemporary society, in which communication is essential for the psycholinguistic, sociolinguistic and sociocultural development of deaf people as citizens of law. The application of the Cuban bilingual project demonstrated the potential of deaf people to grow and develop as bilingual-bicultural beings, from the creation of conditions in the educational community in favor of inclusion, which implies the participation of deaf instructors as linguistic models. , sign language interpreters, bilingual teachers, that the family accept the project and participate, the deaf association, the media; expression of a culture of diversity, of the change of mentality to view sign language as a resource and a right of the international deaf community.

Social representations allow people to perceive the world around them, relate to others and communicate with each other This article is based on qualitative research on the social representations of parents of a Kindergarten, where a series of prejudices faced by male teachers when performing their duties at this school level. Among the findings of this investigation are that: parents are not trusting the work of the male teacher, because they fear that he may harm their children or that he may not be able to perform his function effectively, as he would a female teacher. On the other hand, educational authorities are doing very little about it. These social representations could be given as a result of the experiences, customs and traditions that have been transmitted from generation to generation, which require special attention so as not to affect the work of male teachers at the Preschool level.

I propose a close reading on two critical interventions about crime fiction in Argentina: “Estado policial y novela negra argentina” (1991) by José Pablo Feinmann and “Para una reformulación del género policial argentino” (2006) by Carlos Gamerro. Beyond the time difference between the two, I observe aspects in common. Both texts elaborate a corpus of writers and fictions; propose an interpretative guide between the literary and the political-social series; maintain a specific interest in the relationship between crime fiction and police; and elaborate figures of enunciators who serve both as theorists of the genre and as writers of fiction. Among these four dimensions, the one that particularly interests me here is the third, since it allows me to investigate the link that is assumed between “detective fiction” and “police institution”. My conclusion is twofold: on the one hand, in both essays predominates a reductionist vision of the genre, since a kind of necessity is emphasized in the representation of the social order; on the other, its main objective seems to lie in intervening directly on the definitions of the detective fiction in Argentina (and, on this point, both texts acquire an undoubtedly prescriptive nuance).
