Resumen
This scientific criticism was based on what was proposed in the article “Unlawful prosecution regarding forest ecosystem destruction,” aiming to expand its discussion, especially from a comparison between the Polish and the Brazilian reality. For this purpose, exploratory, documentary, and bibliographic research was carried out, allowing the recognition that the similarities in the prosecution of environmental crimes bring both countries closer together than they are further apart despite clear distinctions of environmental reality and criminal procedural diversity, especially concerning evidence.

Resumen
This paper considers making use of fuzzy logic in order to apply the standard of proof "beyond any reasonable doubt". This standard is used in many criminal justice systems on civil and common law. I will suggest the construction of an heuristic rule from the evaluation of epistemic’s generalizations and the relationship between them, related to the essential facts of the case. It will employ the union and conjunction propriety of fuzzy logic.

Resumen
This article derives from a master’s thesis carried out within the framework of the XIX cohort of the master’ degree in Education of the Faculty of Education of the University of Antioquia, in which the subject positions of Social Sciences teachers in the teaching of the Recent History of Colombia in two educational institutions in the city of Medellín were investigated. Among other aspects, they were asked about the contents of recent history teaching and their selection criteria, and it was found that the Colombian armed conflict since the 1950s has been a central element in the teaching process and that its arrival in the classroom is due more to personal initiatives of teachers or demands of students than to normative guidelines.

From the recognition of some historical experiences from feminist activists and experiences of personal political activism, notes, reflections, and proposals are proposed —as clues— about a feminist education, from educational spaces and formal classrooms and non-school training spaces, maybe not academic, but activist politics. What are the implications of a feminist education? In what way can we think and propose a history about women in the classroom? What civilizing project do we need to know and involve, from the everyday, the intimate, the private and the public? These are some questions, by way of invitation, that guide this article.

Resumen
The purpose of this paper is to present a theoretical and methodological proposal to foster the debate and to support reflection for the teaching of history in the national curriculum of El Salvador. To accomplish this, it is first identified how the teaching of history is incorporated into the curriculum of Social Studies from the first cycle of basic education up to high school. Secondly, the importance of working on historical awareness is developed through a theoretical proposal that includes the interrelation of a historical narrative, the dimensions of historical thought and critical thinking, as well as a potential methodological link with the approach of competency-based education.

Resumen
Didactic research has been renewing its answers to a long-standing question: what is the purpose of teaching history? When transcending the nationalist purposes that were attributed to it in previous centuries, additional questions arise: what are the new meanings to be constructed? additional questions arise: what are the new meanings to be constructed? how can their presence in the curriculum be justified?

Resumen
This article makes a proposal of job segments and profiles for the Maule region, Chile. It is a historically significant territory for the country, however, it maintains a backward labor structure in different aspects linked to the characteristics of its employer profiles, its fractions of self-employment and dependent activities. A characterization of the region’s labor market is then proposed, accounting not only for its territorial particularities, but also for the internal variability of the distribution of labor aggregates throughout the territory. To develop our typology of job segments and profiles, a methodology is applied that combines the techniques of correspondence analysis and the k-means cluster, resulting in a total of eight job groups that are representative of the labor reality in the region.
