Resumen
: In this article we defend the existence of a poet’s philosophy, that is, of a properly poetic thought. Scientist positivism denies that the poetry is a status of true knowledge. The Enlightenment and Romantic perspectives save it, but the former understands philosophy and poetry as opposed and complementary, while the latter puts an end to the confrontation between the two and considers poetry as a true declaration of truth. The properly poetic rationality that we develop in this article has eight basic features organized around two main ones. The first, which is the fundamental attribute of poetic thinking, understands poetry as a sword of lightning, impossible to grasp by the philosophical concept. The second affirms that the poet’s philosophy consists in attending to the things of the vital world in order to think them in their heterogeneity.

Resumen
This article exposes some problems addressed by Hans-Georg Gadamer on the universality of his philosophical hermeneutics as an introduction to it. In the first part, the historical background of the so-called "linguistic turn of the 20th century" is reviewed; then, in the second part, his culminating work Truth and Method (1960) is analyzed. The help of some secondary authors such as Jean Grondin is very useful as a prologue to the hermeneutical thought of the German philosopher, and highlights his disagreements with the analytical/Anglo-Saxon side, which allows us to understand the particularities of the Gadamerian proposal.

Resumen
Beginning with the review of certain philosophical prolegomena, it is possible to establish a well-grounded frame of reference in order that the university philosophy professor who upholds a Christian cosmovision may be enabled to elevate the level of dialogue with their students, whether believers or unbelievers. The present work seeks to make a preliminary proposal of the way in which these prolegomena could provide starting points to teach philosophy in the light of a Christian worldview.

The article addresses the origin of the concepts: morality, justice and democracy, which arise due to human learning, as a result of sociability and, this, due to the need for both individual and species survival. Thus, the value of community life consists in the aspiration to maintain a coexistence that allows human unity, which is an aspiration in the present. For this, moral practices should be encouraged.

Resumen
In this work we will review the semiotic conditions of a scientific model, to consider the operations that allow constituting the theoretical entities as an observable phenomenon. At this point we will defend a nominalist condition of science in the semiotic construction of scientific experience. Subsequently, the function of the index as a fundamental semiotic operator in the construction of science will be discussed. Faced with a nominalist position of scientific models, we will complement the review by contrasting a realist position that from Ch. S. Peirce defends the icon and the index as categories that allow modeling the existence of scientific objects and entities.

The theme of the body in relation to their potential has been a taboo and a way of exercising the language practically since he positioned the subject with a different look at the world of nature; in all these cultural manifestations a masterful and sublime body to issue looms approach, however, after the development of cultures and societies such treatment was placed in the shade of repressions. It is important to highlight new ways of appropriation of the body in the current era, the so-called postmodernism represents a true paradigm for different sciences related directly or indirectly to the body; it is no longer the body in relation to a use or social criticism, now presented as the same axis of a look that determines which positions, with the bonus, which Freud places in sexuality, an ontology from the body I am.

Resumen
The energy management of the propulsion and storage sources of a hybrid electric vehicle allows for reducing fuel use while increasing operating efficiency and components' lifetime. This article studies several control techniques for a hybrid vehicle with a hydrogen engine as the primary generation source and batteries and supercapacitors as combined storage sources. A comparison of the predictive methods with the base technique, dynamic programming, is presented. Different types of speed profiles are also studied to generalize the results. Finally, it is concluded that the predictive economic controller and the robust economic predictive controller allow efficiently manage of the storage elements through regenerative braking. As a result, driving profiles with reduced fuel consumption are achieved, thus operating the fuel cell at its highest efficiency points.

Resumen
Propagation loss models play an essential role in the planning and designing a cellular network to determine critical aspects of the system, such as optimization, power level adjustments, and placement of wireless network antennas. In addition, these models are used to predict path loss in a given environment. This paper analyzes and compares different propagation models: Log-Normal Model, Okumura-Hata Model, Standford University Interim (SUI) Model, COST-231 Model, and Walfisch-Bertoni Model based on measured data. The power measurement data is taken in 5 urban sectors of the city of Riobamba at an operating frequency of the Claro telephone network of 1900 MHz with the help of the Network Cell Info Lite application. The analysis and comparison results conclude that the Log-Normal and SUI models perform best in the five environments.
