This essay shows how the right to public information has been violated in Mexico during the COVID-19 pandemic. It argues that the Mexican government has incurred in acts contrary to the constitutional and conventional framework of protection of the right to public information as a human right included in the right to freedom of expression. It concludes by reflecting on the need to reconfigure the right to public information in the Mexican constitutional framework.

The research proposes to show how the authors visualize the management process of the Research Labor Training or Research Labor Practice at the Manuel Fajardo University of Physical Culture and Sport Sciences. Starting from the approval of the Study Plan E, it is considered the integrating discipline of the career, it constitutes the transversal axis that favors the scientific direction of the teaching-educational process and integrates par excellence the contents of different subjects and the organizational components of the formative process through an interdisciplinary approach in the solution of professional problems that allows students to identify themselves, develop with what to do and their way of professional performance. For this purpose, it is proposed as an objective to elaborate methodological actions aimed at the management of the Research Labor Training process. In the research, historical background, theoretical and methodological references of the sample under study were systematized, as well as scientific methods of the theoretical, empirical and mathematical level, including document analysis, observation and interview. The results obtained in the diagnosis revealed the need to elaborate the proposal of methodological actions that will contribute to the management of the process and in turn will favor the development and praxis execution of the acquired knowledge and professional skills.

The members of the naval force must have various characteristics that define their professional skills, including physical preparation, an essential requirement to remain fit. However, there are naval personnel who, due to their health condition, require adaptations in the physical performance assessment tests, for which proposals that need validation are issued. The objective of this research was to analyze through consultation by specialists some alternative physical tests that can be adapted to Naval Force personnel with chronic non-communicable diseases. This Research is of descriptive-explanatory type, of correlational order. In it, the criteria of a sample made up of 13 specialists in sports medicine and officers of the Naval Force of the Republic of Ecuador are studied. During the study, three inclusion criteria are met, eight physical performance tests are validated and the recommendation of other tests is allowed. Two tests are presented as results, which were not relevant (TLA (2.23 points: not very relevant and ÍB 1.69 points: not relevant), while the rest obtained the following average scores, IA : 4.92 points (relevant-very relevant), DS : 4.85 points (relevant-very relevant), TR : 4.38 points (relevant), TM : 4.23 points (relevant), TIV : 3.23 points (moderately relevant) and TFMPE : 3.23 points (moderately relevant). Agreement between specialists is evident. (0.837). Six alternative physical tests for naval personnel with chronic noncommunicable diseases are validated as relevant, discarding the Barthel Index and the Stand Up and Go Test for not adjusting to the requirements of the naval force. It is recommended to consider the proposals issued by the specialists, carrying out empirical studies with the validated proposals; they adjust and create the necessary scales to prospectively evaluate the military personnel of interest.

Restoration of motor faculties is one of the goals of rehabilitation. Through this, it is intended to determine the effectiveness of a physical exercise program in the balance-gait physical capacities of people with Parkinson’s, from the specialized area Cienfuegos municipality. In the study, the male sex predominated, the sample n=29, the average age =71.7, with standard deviation S=6.9. The study was carried out using a prospective, experimental, pre-experiment with pre-test and post-test design; the distributions of frequencies and percentages of the indicators balance, gait and level of knowledge, evaluated in two moments, were compared. The independence between the variables age, sex and balance-gait and level of knowledge was correlated and evaluated based on looking for relationships in categorical variables of different subtypes. In the same subtypes, Pearson's Chi-square, Gamma and Kendall's Tau b statistics were applied; a normality in the distribution of the data and a p=0.05 is assumed, by means of the statistical program IBM SPSS for Windows version 21.0. Predominance of the male sex prevails, 55% and the ages of 65-74 years, and in the female sex, 75-84 years. The program reflected changes in the dimensions of the different indicators of the variables under study . In conclusion, the program showed significant changes in the physical capacities, balance and gait of elderly with Parkinson and in the level of knowledge of relatives, but there were no dependency relationships between sociodemographic variables and balance-gait.

Hablar de la historia de vida de una de las personalidades del deporte en Consolación del Sur y que es un fruto genuino de la revolución, deportista que constituye un orgullo para el país y que fue fruto de los Juegos escolares, participando en varias series selectivas y en eventos internacionales con una trayectoria destacada. Hoy es una figura destacada para el pueblo de Consolación y la provincia de Pinar del Río. A ello nos referiremos en el presente trabajo.

This study aims to identify the perception of Psychology professors in relation to online data collection, and whether this research model generates time savings. This is an exploratory study of quali-quantitative approach with data from the web survey applied to psychology professors using LimeSurvey 2.0 tool. Descriptive statistical analysis and thematic content analysis was performed. They were mostly women with high levels of education. The following topics emerged: easier access to the subjects, flexibility and agility; data collection instrument characteristics; lack of interaction between subject and researchers, and weaknesses of on-line data collection. The results confirmed the positiveness results of the on-line survey, but alerts for their suitability to the goals, objects, subjects and research methods. The exploration of different investigations carried out at a national and international level in the provision of medical services in the health area, both in the public and private sectors, aims to relate the characteristics of the Quality Management System in day hospitals-Babahoyo, which helps to determine the procedures, characteristics, and strategies of these organizations that provide medical care, being very complex to precisely establish uniformity or similarity, since they work from technically trained personnel to a person who provides cleaning services. This work describes the realization of a previous study on the conditions and characteristics with which medical services are provided in private establishments in the city of Babahoyo, which allows establishing and relating parameters on minimum conditions to optimization of services, which help compliance. of requirements and requirements for medical provision, and that entails implementing a Quality Management System through ISO Standards in the Babahoyo day hospitals, which provide efficiency and effectiveness in the operational, administrative areas and quality service, in search of user satisfaction and institutional excellence. The methodology applied in this study was under the review modality of different investigations in health centers, day hospitals that offer medical services. It is important to point out that there are organizations in the health area that rely on European Business Excellence processes aimed at the management of their administrators to be implemented in hospital processes

The association of small agricultural producers "Buscando Futuro de la Esmeralda", Montalvo canton, is located in the Caluma road, Los Ríos province; it was created on August 24, 2007, it groups 141 producers, directed by Eng. Luis Alfredo Cerón Aguirre, it arises with the purpose of establishing a non-profit society, whose purpose is to improve the economic conditions of the population. Currently the organization is controlled by the Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria, through Resolution No. SEPS-ROEPS-2013-003076; governmental institution where its legal representation is recorded. It initially markets its product with the Unión de Organizaciones Campesinas Cacaoteras del Ecuador (Union of Peasant Cocoa Organizations of Ecuador). Based on principles of solidarity and good agricultural practices, they represent alternatives and in a prosperous future they will be able to trade internationally with better comparative advantages. At present, the regulations are globally unfair for small producers and in particular for rural producers.
