Resumen
This paper on audits of the Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHS-MS) aims to identify the degree of compliance in the implementation of the OHS-MS (Decree 1072/2015) in a sample of 32 companies from the city of Manizales (Colombia). The methodology used was analytical with a descriptive and cross-sectional scope. An instrument was designed based on Colombian national regulations (Resolution 0312/2019). The results indicate that the Plan and Do phases are at a moderately high level of compliance, while the Act phase reaches a moderately low level. For its part, the Chek phase is at a critical degree of compliance. It is concluded that the degree of compliance in the implementation of the OHS-MS in the sample companies reaches a moderately low level and that they must better articulate the phases of the PDCA cycle in order to successfully implement the OHS-MS.

Resumen
This article deals with the possibility of using power lines to provide internet access to rural communities, specifically in the community of Cochasquí, near Quito. Surveys and interviews were conducted with the residents to determine the use and degree of satisfaction with the internet service they currently have. Internet speed tests were carried out using PLC devices, varying the connection parameters, to determine the ideal configuration of the devices. In addition, a Wi-Fi access speed test was carried out to compare the performance of this type of link. It was found that PLC devices have better performance when there are no electrical bypasses or protection elements between them, that is, when the voltage with which the electrical energy arrives is low or medium. Likewise, it was found that the Internet access speed of the PLC devices, in the best performance configuration, is greater than that of the Wi Fi link, which suggests thinking of this technology as a viable alternative to provide access to Internet to communities far from urban centers, in this case study the community of Cochasqui.

Resumen
For years web applications have been violated, allowing unauthorized elements to gain access to confidential information, causing a series of problems within organizations and Cooperatives in our country. Security in web applications is currently of vital importance, a large number of resources are being invested in order to neutralize the attacks to which they are exposed. The problem of the San Fernando taxi cooperative in the city of Babahoyo, is that it does not have certain threats and vulnerabilities to which they are exposed daily on its website, an unauthorized user can access the site and modify the information, as well how to take sensitive and confidential information from the Cooperative and its Members. They are suspicious of the CID triad (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability) of the information that is used in the Web application. Currently, said software does not have a Software administrator, who performs its maintenance and improvements, causing a delay in the administrative processes of the cooperative. For this purpose, the case study was delimited, which allowed studying the availability of the Web system and assessing the cybersecurity mechanisms in it; for which, the research technique related to risk management analysis within computer systems was used, which is referred to as the MAGERIT methodology.

Introduction: The model of teleclinics, based on Project ECHO, is a virtual training system for health team professionals, especially from remote areas, through the advice of medical specialists, based on cooperative learning and knowledge exchange. Objective: To assess the impact of the application of Project ECHO, through virtual or teleclinic training, on the improvement of the quality of health care offered by the participants, from their own professional perception. Methodology: A quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional, field and non-experimental study was carried out. Through the ZOOM platform, medical cases of endocrinology, hypertension and gynecology were presented, aimed at health professionals, mainly from rural areas. Using free digital support, a survey questionnaire was applied to 28 participants, structured in nine dimensions. For the measurement of the answers, the relative frequencies or percentages and the statistical probability were obtained. Results: 90.48% of professionals found that their intervention in the virtual training experience was positive, in terms of its contribution to increasing the quality of care. The probability of obtaining positive responses, that reflect the applicability and usefulness of teleclinics, yields a value of ≥ 0.857. Conclusions: The teleclinics had a favorable impact on the perception of improvement in the quality of care provided by the participating health professionals, being less significant when there were external factors involved. The analysis of the data will contribute to the establishment of parameters of quality of health care.

Resumen
The Constitution of Ecuador establishes a personal constraint order for those responsible who do not pay food allowance, in a timely manner, being a great inconvenience for those who do not have a permanent job or a profession, to which is added the economic recession suffered by the country due to the COVID-19 pan-demic that increases the difficulties for this payment; This research seeks a strategy to prevent the violation of the rights of minors due to non-compliance in the payment of said alimony. The research is qualitative, with a theoretical approach that involves the analysis of norms, doctrine and jurisprudence pertaining to fami-ly law, the duties and obligations of fathers and mothers and the rights of minors. It was found that the Consti-tutional Court establishes the obligation to convene a hearing to resolve on the measures of personal con-straint according to the circumstances of the obligated party and its justification, so that the judge can dictate the partial or total personal constraint. In addition, it is determined that the conciliation or conciliation agree-ments in matters of maintenance is appropriate for cases when the obligor has some type of disability or cata-strophic illness that prevents him from carrying out any work activity; However, in general, conciliation agreements with unemployed or unemployed people, what they achieve is to delay even more the fulfillment of the payment of the pensions that goes to the detriment of the right of care and protection of the minor.

Resumen
Currently, the existing dangers in the Ecuadorian territory due to the growing wave of insecurity, force people to keep their homes monitored and controlled, but this is extremely complicated, since acquiring a System and its equipment to carry out this activity is extremely expensive and in some cases it requires other factors to be able to function correctly, which is a disadvantage for most of the citizenry and much more with the economic crisis that affects all the countries of the world, therefore, the objective of the present investigation, was to develop a system with modular hardware, which allows the monitoring and control of a home, through the use of low-cost sensors, allowing access to the system from anywhere in the world, making the information sent and received by the user is in real time. As a result, it was possible to build a responsive system with a friendly interface that shows real-time status of the sensors, as well as being expandable as needed.

Telework has been established as a mandatory modality in the face of the global effects of the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 for the economic revival and increase of private investment, however, a quantitative and qualitative synthesis of the findings has not been developed. Therefore, the present study aims to perform a bibliometric analysis of the scientific production around telework in Scopus in the last five years; the bibliometric method was used. A total of 264 articles were identified with the keyword "telework" delimited by inclusion and exclusion criteria. Among the most relevant results it was found that the United States is the country with the highest scientific production (n=102), 2021 was the most productive year (n=113), the journal Sustainability emerged as the journal that produced the most (n=17), and the most predominant themes are: Adaptation to telework, telework effectiveness, and determinants of health during telework. The findings have international implications since they make visible which geographical regions can be stimulated and enhanced to increase the field of cultural knowledge of telework.

Resumen
Digital transformation is a process of reconversion and adaptation of digital technologies, the same ones that are immersed in the daily routine of people, which motivates institutions or companies to incorporate innovative procedures to meet the demand of their customers with products or services. novelties that satisfy their needs and desires. The objective is to carry out a bibliographic review, in addition, to reflect on the theory found regarding digitalization and its importance in organizations. The methodology that was used is an exploratory study about digital transformation from a business perspective, for this, the research process was divided into four phases (Planning, Search, Capture, Analysis, and treatment of information) they were supported with technological tools to collect and organize information, in which the analytical-synthetic scientific method was used. Finally, as a result, it is inferred that the digital transition emphasizes the implementation of emerging technologies in the value chain of organizations, which has allowed companies such as Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple or Uber to make better use of their material resources, of time or money, likewise, it has also represented the acceptance of challenges in a digital, social and economic context.
