Resumen
Earthquakes are geological and natural phenomena produced by the release of energy accumulated in the Earth. Ecuador is exposed to earthquakes related to volcanic activity, earthquakes that occur near the coastal surface and surface earthquakes in the inter-Andean region identified as the most destructive and that have generally affected the city of Quito. One of the most emblematic sites of the city is the historic center of Quito, which has great cultural and historical relevance recognized by UNESCO (1978), however, it is one of the sites with the highest risk of damage in case of earthquakes. , since it houses an architectural complex from different periods that have been intervened through history due to structural damage. The collection of data and accurate information on the damage caused by this type of event is essential, because a rapid response by relief agencies can help reduce the number of victims and mitigate the social and economic impact. However, data collection in the country has been difficult, due to the lack of coordinated actions, mobilization through difficult terrain, and extreme weather conditions, which make it impossible to collect information. That is why the objective of this document was to make sectorization models based on photogrammetry with drones; and assign USAR groups according to the response level (heavy, medium and light) in order to provide a rapid response to earthquakes that could affect this area.

In the qualitative study of literature review, the analytical-synthetic method was applied; Empirically, observation, documentary analysis and interviews were used with a random sample of 20 teachers between directors and coordinators of the careers, in order to deepen the behavior of the phenomenon studied. Its main findings and results reveal fragile university management processes related to the participation of teachers and students in the interactions of academic and scientific mobility and community work that promote sustainable scenarios for internationalization; situation that was evidenced more frequently from the disruption of educational processes in recent times. It consists of removing a good part of the moisture from the food, so that it does not spoil.
To determine the nutritional content of banana flour by applying the dehydration process, the banana was first dehydrated in a traditional stove oven. The grinding of the dehydrated product was carried out, and its nutritional value was determined in a 200-gram sample.
Dehydrated foods maintain a large proportion of their original nutritional value if the process is carried out properly.

Resumen
As a result of the COVID-19 confinement, countries closed their borders with the rest of the world to curb the spread of this epidemic. At the national level, several places and workplaces whose activity was not essential for the economy were ordered to close. In response to this, the Mexican Government initiated a vaccination plan for its citizens, with vaccines approved by the Ministry of Health at the federal level. Vaccination allows the relaxation of confinement measures and favors the recovery of the economy; however, there is still no accessible tool available, which provides the population with their digital vaccination certificate and important information such as: user data, pharmacy of origin of the vaccine and current status of the vaccination schedule. COV-ID App is a development that seeks to help people to check their current vaccination status, obtaining this information from their mobile devices; and thus, allowing various establishments such as: restaurants, workplaces, border crossings, or any other that so requests, to verify truthfully that the person complies with the partial or total vaccination schedule, as well as the relevant details of each of the doses applied to the person.
