Resumen
The national rhythms are formed by urbanized versions of each nation, which create a set of musical genres that serve as the basis for the practice of specialized physical activity, while enriching the cultural heritage. The rescue of cultural traditions goes through specific actions that include Physical Education teachers. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to theoretically validate, through consultation with specialists, a methodological proposal for teaching folk dance with the Pasacalle rhythm. The research is of a descriptive-explanatory type with a prospective orientation. A methodological proposal was designed and validated through a survey by 15 national specialists. The proposal of a methodology for the teaching of the folkloric dance of the Pasacalle rhythm is acceptable according to the specialists consulted (w=0.513), presenting an average score in the indicators "relevance" (4.20: very adequate), "originality" (3 : adequate), “affordable” (4.27: very adequate) and “objective” (3.93: between adequate and very adequate). The proposal includes characteristics of a methodological strategy that contains a theoretical and methodological foundation, with a diagnostic phase and a planning phase, plus three stages that include the determination of the methodological steps, the design of an optional subject and the evaluation. methodology, as well as a group of contents and objectives to be implemented in the physical education class, plus teaching resources and skills with performance criteria.

Resumen
For researchers and teachers, this new context of development of physical activity and sports training requires special attention in order to improve the teaching-learning process of Veracruz schoolchildren. In Mexico, and in particular, in Xalapa, Veracruz, the growing and excessive sedentary lifestyle of the school population is a serious concern for public health and sports institutions that leads to low cognitive development and poor development of motor skills, which affects the quality of life of schoolchildren, sports practice with a very focused reference to the practice of baseball, in the Enrique Conrado Rébsamen Morning Sports School are considered two of the fundamental and most preferred pillars in schoolchildren. Batting is considered one of the most complex and important basic fundamentals during the teaching-learning process. Hence, the objective is to propose exercises aimed at improving the batting action to the fifth grade students of the Xalapa Veracruz Sports School. From the theoretical level analytical-synthetic and historical-logical methods were used; and from the empirical level there were used the document review, interview, survey and scientific observation. The study becomes a tool for sports practice and improvement of the teaching-learning process, and the improvement of coaches.

Resumen
Educational practice requires teachers to incorporate Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the classroom. Faced with this challenge, it is important to know what it means for them to use these tools as a means to develop and implement some of their activities. This research presents a quantitative study in which 231 teachers from two Mexican public universities participated. The goal was to analyze the representations of teachers regarding the use of ICT in the classroom and identify how they influence the development of their educational practices. The results show that they perceive themselves as having sufficient digital skills to use various technological tools in their classes, but without being clear about their pedagogical advantages. Reluctance to use the technologies was also observed, which, it is concluded, emerge due to the lack of understanding to design teaching strategies mediated with digital tools, as well as disagreements regarding the perception that some decisions related to the educational practice mediated by ICT have been imposed by administrative recommendations rather than academical.

Resumen
The educational field is one of the most affected by COVID-19. Teachers have had to adapt to develop their classes in completely different environments from the usual ones. Despite the abundant investigation of the new educational conditions, a little explored aspect has been the offer of training received by teachers in this context. The goal of this article is to analyze the perception and opinion of Mexican primary school administrators regarding the offer of continuous training to teachers during the months of health contingency, and the way in which they have attended to said offer or promoted other actions. The research is exploratory and has a qualitative approach. Semi-structured interviews were applied to seven directors of elementary education from different regions of the country, and their content was analyzed qualitatively. The main finding is the multiplication of the self-administered training offer and the parallel impulse given by teaching groups to self-training and peer training initiatives. It concludes on the necessity to combine two components for teacher training: 1) the self-administered training offer, and 2) the accompaniment of teachers in their training processes, with special attention to their professional practice.

Resumen
The progress of genetics has been the subject of debates, termed bioethics. Considering school also as a reflection space, this study investigated the official documents PCN and BNCC based on the bioethical theme of genetics teaching to analyze concepts defended in the High School curriculum. The results reveal that the PCN indicates that knowledge on genetics should support the debate in genetics teaching in relation to bioethics. It is inferred that the BNCC, although it advocates the knowledge of genetics with bioethical reflections, does not reveal the possible paths or means of understanding, identifying a methodological gap. Such considerations can encourage future discussions on the subject of bioethics and genetics teaching, as the BNCC intends to guide the Brazilian Basic Education curriculum, as well as its teaching materials and teaching practices.

Resumen
This study aims to show the impacts, experienced by scientists, caused by the mandatory submission of research from the Human and Social Sciences to Plataforma Brazil. To start the study, we asked for a statement about this experience to the participants of GT Psychology & Phenomenology. We continue to investigate the difficulties encountered in articles and texts of researchers in Human and Socialareas. With these statements and texts about the subject, we conclude that the complaints refer to issues such as: the submission process bureaucracy, methodological requirement incompatible with qualitative research; evaluators from other areas who do not understand the procedures of qualitative research; rigidity of the system. We continued the study showing the need for research control so that the atrocities committed against human beings, in the name of science, during World War II do not repeat and, at the same time, we show how Viktor Frankl's research could be performed in this same war, without causing any harm to research subjects. The different established codes and regulatory norms of researchesare presented: Nuremberg Code, 2012 Resolution and the CEP/CONEP system, besides the dialogue of Human and Social Sciences with these codes. Finally, we problematize the ethics, morals, hybris and metron concepts, in order to conclude that the modern man needs norms since he has forgotten the proper measure to relationships. And to remember this measure it is necessary that we can be able to see the Plataforma Brasil in its textures.
