Resumen
With the new coronavirus, changes in the way of living among individuals of the same family became evident with the worsening of the pandemic, especially in Brazil. This study aims to analyze the perception of individuals about personal family relationships during the experience of social isolation due to COVID-19. This is an exploratory and descriptive research, with a quali-quantitative approach carried out with individuals who have experienced social isolation. Twenty-five subjects between the ages of 18 and 25 participated in the research. As a data construction technique, we chose the online questionnaire produced in the Survio® platform. The results of the research indicated that the participants showed a worsening of relationships between individuals from the same family, due to the prolonged period of coexistence because of social isolation and with restrictions on leaving their homes.

Resumen
The aim of this study is to investigate the students' perceptions regarding access to Emergency Remote Education (ERE) during the Covid-19 pandemic. Students were from two integrated courses from a campus of IFSP. During the offer of the ERE, teachers proposed non-obligatory complementary activities (NOCAs) to the students. In addition, they sent digital questionnaires referring to NOCAs. Students’ responses were qualitatively explored with the Content Analysis technique, using NVivo® software. We identified three categories through the questionnaire exploration: (anti)conditions of studies in pandemic reality, (contra)conditions of teacher pedagogical support, and (re)production of school holes and school knowledge. We consider that in a moment of suspension of face-to-face activities, the NOCAs allowed the maintenance of school bonds with the students. However, this interaction requires evaluation to avoid a banking model of education.

Resumen
Objective: To explore a patient's vision in relation to the management strategies used by nutrition professionals. Methods: A literature review and metasynthesis was performed. Articles with qualitative approach were selected and Standards for Reporting Qualitative Research (SRQR) tool was used to assess quality of these studies. Results: 4 articles were considered for metasynthesis. Of the studies observed, they were defined as common on the performance of the nutritionist. It is known that professional practice is based on professional guidelines, but they also reflect judgments and moral issues, which can affect treatment results. Technical support must be allied to an integral vision of the individual, considering biological and nutritional issues, as well as social, demographic, psychological, cultural, and environmental issues. Conclusions: The patient's view regarding the strategies used is that the nutritionist needs to develop and maintain a welcoming and humanized look, acting with ethics, empathy, respect and care.

Resumen
In this text, we expose a study guided by the question: what is this, educating in the pandemic in social isolation? We focus on the account of the experience of a teacher from the Municipal Education Network, working in the early years of elementary school, amid the determinants arising from the pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2. Supported by a reading-of-practice analysis, in a phenomenological qualitative approach, we explain understandings about the respondent, showing that the phenomenon of educating-in-a-pandemic-in-social-isolation was shown by distant remote teaching, possible to be modified by decisions teachers to be together with their peers, in which the technological possibilities can reestablish and strengthen human bonds capable of sustaining the continuity of teaching. We conclude by highlighting the urgency of presence and the technological approach for the return to human proximity as a way in which each one takes responsibility, acts and launches himself to seek understandings addressed to the future.

Resumen
This study aims to analyze how research using the ethnographic method in the administration area is characterized, using the Spell platform as a basis for data collection. The study has a descriptive and exploratory character, with a qualitative approach. The first selection criterion was only articles in Brazilian language, collected all on the same day (September 4, 2019) but with a longitudinal perspective. The study was developed through documentary research and analyzed from content analysis. The corpus of analysis was composed of a total of 47 articles. In the analysis of the data, it was identified that according to the analysis of anthropological schools, most studies meet the English School; the French school appeared in 17 articles and the American School appeared in 11 articles, demonstrating trends of studies with a look at economics and social sciences.

Resumen
With the approval of the Common National Curriculum Base (BNCC, in Portuguese), the formative itineraries are foreseen, which implies that the insertion and the format of the teaching Physics will be according to the decisions of each school. Given this scenario, using content analysis, it is proposed to analyze the text of the BNCC to verify the determinations related to the teaching of Physics described in the Natural Sciences and its Technologies area. The analysis pointed out that, depending on the chosen formative itinerary, the student may be deprived of a more general formation. Related to the competencies and skills, areas of Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Optics, Electromagnetism, and Modern and Contemporary Physics, are explicit. Another fragility to be pointed out is in the issues related to diversity and inclusion, related to the indigenous people, the remaining quilombo and Afro-descendant communities, and people with disabilities, and restricted aspects to the document introduction and the area of Applied Human and Social Sciences.

Resumen
Introduction: the use of NMDA antagonist receptors has improved the postoperative analgesia, decreasing the requirements of other analgesics. Objective: to evaluate the utility of the NMDA antagonist receptors for the postoperative analgesia in the proctologic surgery. Methods: a quasi-experimental study was performed on 100 patients undergoing proctologic surgery, who were divided into two groups. The K group received postoperative analgesia with bolus and infusion ketamine and the KS group received bolus and infusion ketamine and magnesium sulfate in the first 12 hours after surgery. The behavior of mean arterial blood pressure, heart rate, pulsatile oxygen saturation, level of sedation, visual analog scale score for pain, supplemental boluses of rescue analgesia, and adverse effects were evaluated postoperatively. Results: the behavior of the middle blood tension was better in the KS group. The behavior of the heart rate, oxygen saturation, sedation level, evaluation of the pain throughout the analogical visual scale, rescue analgesia and adverse effects were statistical similar in both groups although with better results in the KS group. Conclusions: ketamine and magnesium sulfate were useful in the postoperative analgesia in the proctologic surgery and the association ketamine-magnesium sulfate gave better results.

Resumen
Introduction: surgical intervention is the only effective treatment for cataract and phacoemulsification is the most widespread technique for its performance, but even with the development of surgical techniques it may induce astigmatism. Objective: to compare astigmatism values in cataract operated eyes, as well as to evaluate the results of surgical treatment at three months of follow-up in both groups. Methods: a cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out in 40 eyes operated on for cataracts by phacoemulsification attended in an Ophthalmology Consultation of the "Arnaldo Milián Castro" Hospital of Villa Clara Province during 2018.Results: female sex (70.0%), mean age of 73.3 years and white skin color (92.5%) predominated. In all, visual acuity three months after surgery showed favorable changes and refractive astigmatism improved in both in 60.6% with -1.28 diopters and for keratometric astigmatism in the group improved 57.9% (-0.99). Induced astigmatism was found in 58.8%. Very satisfactory results were obtained in 47.4% of the operated eyes. Conclusions: The surgical treatment at three months was evaluated as very satisfactory or mostly satisfactory, even with induced astigmatism of 0.69 diopters in more than half of the operated eyes.
