Resumen
The different forms of training of sports coaches are aimed at satisfying the needs of mobilizing knowledge, techniques and reflection aimed at solving problems in the preparation of athletes. Due to this, the research was set as an objective: to design the theoretical conception for the pedagogical training in a virtual environment of the Djiboutian coaches on the initiation of the child to soccer. From a materialist dialectical approach to the interpretation of phenomena, document analysis, observation, survey, modeling and comparison were used as the main research methods. Thus, it was found that the theoretical-methodological knowledge related to the initiation of children to soccer and the organizational and methodological limitations in the forms of training were insufficient. The epistemological elements modeled were compared with other proposals, which demonstrated the argumentative theoretical novelty of the proposal.

The assimilation of statistical techniques is of great importance during the training of Physical Culture and Sports professionals, given the need for their application in scientific research work from the four graduate profiles and across all disciplines of the career. The implementation of learning strategies as tools for their assimilation, represents numerous benefits by virtue of training competent professionals. The diagnosis made to 107 students of the dau course and seven professors of the Computer Science and Data Analysis subject at the Manuel Fajardo University of Physical Culture and Sports Sciences allowed to detect, in the students, insufficiencies in the assimilation of these techniques, which prevents their correct application. Teachers show lack of mastery over learning strategies as tools that enhance self-learning and self-regulation. The objective of the study is to: design a didactic strategy that contributes to the assimilation of statistical techniques in the training of Physical Culture and Sports professionals. Among the methods used are analytical-synthetic, modeling, functional structural systemic, surveys and empirical frequency distribution tables. The theoretical assessment of the proposal, declared by the specialists in the ATJ Matrices, allowed to predict, with satisfactory criteria, the validity of the didactic strategy presented for its subsequent implementation.

Resumen
The selection of talents is carried out on the basis of biological, psychological, sociological and technical indicators. The objective of the study was to establish the level of correlation between running speed and some jumps for the selection of children sprinters in athletics. It is a descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational study, in which 335 children of both sexes from 11 to 15 years old participated. They were evaluated through tests such as weight and height, Abalakov jumps, unilateral right, unilateral left, bilateral and the bilateral deficit was calculated for which the contact platform was used. As results, it is highlighted that the biomechanical indicators, both in jumping height and in calculated power, increase with chronological age, although some variables show a decrease at 15 years. In the bilateral deficit, the results were rated as lower fair for girls and fair for boys. The correlation analysis between jumps and running speed showed significant correlations in girls (p<0.01) in the right unilateral jump in height and power, left unilateral jump in height and bilateral jump in power. In boys, correlations were found at the level (p<0.01) in Abalakov jump power, right unilateral jump power, left unilateral jump power, and bilateral jump power. In conclusion, according to the results and the literature, it can be stated that the jumps can be used as indicators in the selection of talents.

Resumen
Introduction: Human beings have learned to live with the diversity that exists in the world, to understand it and even act in accordance with it. However, it still takes a bit of work to reason about those differences that have to do with people. Objective: The objective of this study was to develop educational actions aimed at improving the sports performance of the women's softball team of the " Orestes Acosta" Eide in Santiago de Cuba. Materials and methods: From the diagnosis applied to a sample of 27 team athletes and scientific observation, it was possible to discover difficulties with the acceptance of sexual diversity in training, competitions and other related sports activities. To carry out this study, methods, techniques and instruments were applied for the diagnosis of the approach to sexual diversity such as: survey, interview, group assessment test (desired interrelationships). Results: Some of the results obtained and the proposal for their solution are expressed in the teaching-educational actions developed for the preparation of coaches, teachers and athletes about sexual diversity in female softball athletes that fostered the sports and teaching performance of these athletes, while improving their interpersonal relationships. Conclusions: By covering the problem of sexuality in sport, it is tried to open a space for reflection on this subject, not only for those people interested in gender and sexual diversity issues, but also and, mainly, for people linked to sport and physical activity. This space has been created since it is considered fundamental to demystify some socially constructed notions and, at the same time, it seeks to open the game so that debates, exchanges and modifications in exclusion and discrimination behaviors in the sports field can take place.

Resumen
The present research was based on the theories that explore resilience in the field of Sport Psychology. The objective was to analyze the manifestation of psychological resilience in Cuban high-performance athletes, specifically in the former 800-meter runner Ana Fidelia Quiroz Moret and in athletes of the Cuban national Table Tennis team in the Juvenile and Senior categories. Research methods were used with a predominance of analytical qualitative methodology such as individual and group case studies, analysis-synthesis, interview, analysis of documents and videos, observation, the Stress Coping questionnaire of Sandin and Chorot and the Resilience scale of Wagnild and Young. The percentage was used as a mathematical method. The main results showed the presence of a high level of resilience in the ex-sportswoman studied and medium-high and high levels in the tennis players studied. The main conclusions highlighted the need to assess in the high performance athletes studied, the manifestations of psychological resilience in particular: the protective factors of the personality, the influence of social support networks as well as the strategies and styles of coping with stress that emerge in adverse situations that arise in sports life, difficulties of training and competition that they face regularly, which may constitute models to be taken into account for other athletes who are starting out.

Resumen
Lateralization, being the motor preference of one side of the body over the other, has practical applications in sports, since the control and empowerment of the right-handed and non-right-handed side require previous analysis and specific development strategies. In this sense, and as a first step of the research, it is proposed as an objective to validate theoretically through national and international specialists a proposal of laterality indicators to be taken into account in the training of dribbling in initiation basketball. The research is theoretical-descriptive, of correlational order and qualitative analysis, studying the theoretical criteria issued by 13 national basketball specialists (Group 1) and ten foreign specialists (Group 2). Of the nine indicators analyzed, in 6 there were significant differences in the criteria issued by each independent group (LV: p=0.000; LH: p=0.000; LC: p=0.002; Pdi: p=0.000; PE: p=0.000 and ME: p=0.001), with the exception of the Dynamic Hand (Mdi: p=0.648), director hand (MD: p=0.738) and the non-director hand indicator (MnD: p=0.605). All the average ranges issued by the international specialists were higher than in the national specialists, indicating that the former consider of greater importance the training of various indicators of laterality in the dribbling of initiation basketball. In this sense, it is recommended to carry out methodological work with national specialists in order to improve the understanding of the importance of laterality training in all its manifestations, specifying aspects related to technical and technical-tactical training, including dribbling as a fundamental technique.

Resumen
The origins of the dances for the people have a high value, both for the good that this physical activity produces and for the cultural significance it provides. La tejida de cintas can be considered as an ancestral dance or a dance product of miscegenation and equally considered as a legacy that animates both the Physical Culture and the cultural traditions of its practitioners. It is possibly originally from the Panzaleo people or from other towns in the Ecuadorian highlands. Based on an ethnographic study and the use of oral, photographic and video sources, its origin, symbolism, changes and persistence of this tradition were analyzed. In this sense, the objective of the research is: to promote the link between this manifestation and physical activity, its origin, symbolism and the validity of this tradition in the parish of Pastocalle. The study is ethnographic, using the technique of scientific observation with an anecdotal record and the interview with a guide of semistructured questions and the portfolio of photos and videos. The interviewees are not able to specify the exact time of validity of La tejida de cintas, nor if this dance is native to the parish, since it is also performed in other nearby towns. It is concluded that the original costume described is typical of the Pastocalle parish, that La tejida de cintas originated in the Kichua Panzaleo people and that it is currently in the process of consolidating itself as a symbolic parochial reference.

Resumen
Introduction: Fitness is aimed at improving physical condition and general health, where weight control and loss are basic guidelines to improve body balance, enhancing aerobic resistance. To be informed about the level of knowledge of the national specialists will delimit the scope and limitations to be developed in a future intervention program. Objective: To validate the level of knowledge of a group of national specialists on weight loss through the oxidation of adipose tissue (fat) in fitness. Materials and methods: The research is descriptive-explanatory with correlational reinforcement, selected under an intentional non-probabilistic sampling of 32 national fitness specialists through two inclusion criteria, for which they will qualify eight theoretical indicators that will serve as a methodological basis to design a future, a sustainable model of fitness training. Results: The individualization, the complementary alternatives and the anaerobic method obtained the lowest average scores (1.81 points, 2.31 points and 2.53 points respectively) in their level of importance, while affordability and sustainability a medium level (3.19 points; 3.34 points) and the indicators systematic control, level of importance and the aerobic method the ones with the best score respectively (4.13 points, 4.56 points and 4.75 points). The indicators analyzed show different levels of importance. Conclusions: It is recommended to train national fitness professionals on the real levels of importance of each indicator, emphasizing the integration of each training component, including the principles studied, anaerobic training as a complement to the aerobic intervention process and complementary alternatives.
