Resumen
In this work a sufficient condition is shown to obtain transitivity in families of piecewise increassing maps with an inevitable discontinuity in x=0. Specifically, it is shown that the characteristics of a large class of transformations of the real line with a discontinuity in x=0 to be transitive (exhibits a dense orbit), they are the following: f has no fixed points, f has a vertical asymptote at x=0 and the preimage of zero is different from empty. In particular, the famous Boole transformation together with some of its parameterizations they exhibit these characteristics. As a particular case, for the family to a parameter of hyperbolas its dynamic behavior is explicitly determined according to the values of the parameter p > 0.

Resumen
Research of Economic Theory, Macroeconomics and Political Economy focused on the Austrian macroeconomic approach whose main objective is to serve as a guide for future research that intends to use Garrison's diagrammatic framework in their studies. Attention is focused on the problem that the simplicity of Garrison's original model collected in his Time and Money: The Macroeconomics of Capital Structure (2001) poses when carrying out academic research on its basis. In this sense, the present paper focuses on collecting, explaining and expanding the different extensions and developments that various authors have been making to the model in the last two decades with the aim of presenting a more complete and better prepared model to deal with academic research in macroeconomics.

Resumen
In this research the objective was to promote better competitiveness in the textile sector inside the Northeast Mexico State to impulse and to strength the regional economy. To identify the textile producers sector problematic in the Northeast region associated to the fulfillment of the quality, productivity and the innovation in a global market context to get better competiveness. Under the hypothesis that the internal factors that more influenced the competitiveness in the Northeast Zone (Jaltenco, Acolman y Nextlalpan) from Mexico State were: quality, productivity and innovation. It was used a documental, descriptive and in field methodology to make the sector analyses. The gotten results shown that the productivity in the region was limited by the low educative level, the micro-enterprise dominant, the national buying of supplies and the selling inside the country of the elaborated products. The quality is low also the innovation level. Concluding that is necessary the textile reactivation sector in the zone. And it is recommended to link the producers with the private enterprises to have a better innovation and productive knowledge and to raise a better products competitiveness.

Resumen
This research analyzed the factors that determine the probability of being adequately employed graduates of economics at the National University of Altiplano in 2014. For that proposed we performed descriptive and analytical analysis estimating a probabilistic model such as logit, which concluded that the relevant variables in the model were area where the graduate works (esector), complementary activities (otroempl), income (ingreso) and type of contract (contrato). Also, (the characteristics of graduates from economy on your employment situation) 70% of graduates is adequately employed, and the remaining 30% are unemployed and underemployed; and the length of employment of 1-3 years of the employees properly is 76% and 52% of unemployed graduates underemployed-employment remains in a period of 1 year. Finally, the probability of being employed properly has a direct relationship with esector variables, income and type of contract of 43.8%, 13.06% and 42,255 respectively; and it has a ratio of probability with indirect variable otroempl 23.21%.

Resumen
By the method of agricultural production function, is economically estimates the effects of climate change in the production and performance of quinoa, it is concluded that climatic variables if they affect the production and performance of quinoa, these account for more than 60% and 35% respectively . The climate factor influencing the production and performance is the maximum temperature at a significance level of 10%. The optimum temperatures are 15.2 ° C maximum temperature, minimum temperature -5 ° C and rainfall of 765.5 mm. The behavior of climatic factors shows an increasing trend, and the effect toward production and performance are negative, because as the temperature rises exceeding the optimal threshold required for the cultivation, production and performance of quinoa is reduced. According to the forecast of quinoa production for the next 16 years, the effects will be detrimental not only for quinoa, but for the entire agricultural sector, with risks from declining production and food quality, lower incomes and rising prices. It is important, the implementation of adaptation and mitigation measures for the agricultural sector

Resumen
The present study, discuss methodologies about how to prioritize the sectors and activities for the development of the economy of the Puno region. Given examples. The methodology of the Domestic Resource Cost is presented to determine and prioritize the activities with which more foreign currency is earned or more foreign currency is saved; the importance of quinoa and products derived from South American camelids has been forecasted. Another methodology is the use of the table of input - product for the region of Puno, to see which sectors of the economy contribute most, the results indicate that in terms of employment and production the most important sectors are agriculture (which creates employment) and industry (which gives added value), however, these two sectors need to be articulated. The third methodology discusses the model of growth, competitiveness and clusters proposed by Michael Porter. Macroeconomic indicators are used and, based on these indicators, their growth rates and the contribution of each sector of the regional economy are measured. In general, it is necessary to leave the model of primary production of raw materials, giving added value to products, work competitiveness and innovation.

Resumen
In this article we analyze the evolution of monetary poverty in small-farm agriculture in Puno for 2007 to 2015 period using ENAHO data. The outstanding reduction in poverty rates in the region between 2007 and 2012 has come to a stop in 2013, and between 2014 and 2015 it has increased for the first time in the period, both for all and for agricultural households. Given the shape this poverty evolution has taken, it is proposed that its main origin is a negative income shock in urban areas affected by an economy-wide lower growth, which has negatively impacted agricultural incomes, especially those more linked to markets. In addition, we estimate a Probit model for assessing the poverty profile of agricultural households based on characteristics like age, farm size, maternal tongue, genre and education of farmers. The analysis suggests a more effective and sustainable ways to reduce poverty in agricultural areas of Puno in the years to come.

Resumen
The objective of this study is to estimate the impact of the Juntos program on the levels of domestic violence against women. Certainly, violence is a complex phenomenon and is determined by multiple causes; although it is true, within the objectives of the Juntos program, the reduction of domestic violence is not directly envisaged. However, a group of studies warn that one of the causes of violence against women is for economic reasons and there are three types of domestic violence: physical, psychological and sexual. Specifically, the Juntos program is a social program aimed at the most vulnerable population, in situations of extreme poverty, risk and exclusion; the subsidy consists of the monthly delivery of 100 soles. The study follows a quantitative methodology because of the need to empirically demonstrate the impact of the program, specifically the technique of Propensity Score Matching: Nearest Neighbor Matching and the data source used for the analysis is the National Survey of Demography and Family Health - ENDES of the years 2014 and 2015. The results indicate that the Juntos program has not managed to reduce the levels of domestic violence to a level of significance of 5%, it does not report a favorable impact of the program in the reduction of physical, psychological and sexual violence either in severe form or sometimes; however, the number of beneficiary households has increased exponentially during the 10 years of operation. The results suggest incorporating into the health component of the Juntos program the mental health of the beneficiary households, for this the participation of the woman and her partner is important, the condition or commitment is to modify the behavior of the couple in acts or attitudes of violence.

Can the dynamic provisions improve the solvency of the banks? a study of the peruvian Banking System
Condori Apaza, José Edgar
Universidad Nacional del Altiplano
Resumen
The present study analyzed the effects that the implementation of the procyclical rule has had on the solvency of Peruvian banks. In a context where the crisis of 2008 reaffirmed the role of the financial system, mainly the banking system, whose problems had a negative impact on economic activity. In the Peruvian case, the pro-cyclical rule was implemented, which obliges banks to accumulate provisions in expansive stages of the economic cycle, so that they can then be used in stages of tension or reversal of the cycle. These additional provisions reduce the funds that could be destined in loans to the economy; however, it increases the funds available to deal with losses. Applying the voltage test methodology specified in Čihák (2007), for the Peruvian banking system before a first shock of adequacy of the stock level of provisions, it was found that the largest banks have maintained an adequate level of provisions. While in the case of a second shock, the increase in loans in the doubtful category, as a result of 23% of normal loans and potential problems downgrade, in this scenario the capital ratio is reduced to levels below 10%, the additional provisions only helped to reduce this impact on average to 0.05%.
