Resumen
This article analyzes some perceptions that the Nahua community of Santa Ana Tlacotenco, Mayor´s Offi ce Milpa Alta, in Mexico City has regarding the right to language. This right as a positive Mexican right is not only interpreted from its legal understanding, but requires, in addition to the signifi cance of the originarl peoples, for the latter, the importance of this study. Knowing the perceptions that the Nahuas of Santa Ana Tlacotenco have regarding this right, establishes as one of the results that the rigth to language is understood by the actors of this research as a constitutional right that entails an asymmetric power relationship between the Satate Mexican and indigenous people; a right tha juridically appears to be neutral, but with which the power of the Satate continues to be strengthened over cultural assets such as the languages of minority groups; therefore, at the social level this right is perceived as a right with political content.Theoretically, this research is based on Legal Realism and Critical Theory of Law; and is characterized by being a qualitative study carried out during 2019 and 2020, whose database was built from semi-structured interviews and fi eld observations, which were analyzed through the Grounded Theory Method of Strauss and Corbin (2002).

Resumen
This essay aims to show in a general way: what is the perception that anthropology students of the Universidad del Magdalena, Santa Marta Colombia, have about the function of reading classical texts. For this purpose, this text starts from the question: What is the function in the implementation of the reading of classical writings, which under analysis and guidelines marked by the Eurocentric academy, inquire about the socio-cultural dynamics? Analyzing different postulates and the changes in the anthropological work, this paper develops different arguments that conclude in the proposition of the implementation of parallelism in the reading of classical texts with the current ones, since this allows a better intellectual appropriation and with it the conformation of a critical thinking outside the hegemonic classical schemes.

Resumen
The article contributes to the reflection on the Las Bambas conflict in Peru, the objective was to analyze the logic that makes the media prioritize certain issues in the construction and dissemination of their discourses regarding the Las Bambas conflict and in this process to question the invisibility of the underlying problems linked to the conflict. Thus, on the one hand, based on framing analysis to identify what the most-watched television media in Peru prioritize, and on the other hand, ethnocentrism as a theoretical approach to reflection the logic behind such prioritization of contents, the essay analyzes the framing of the Las Bambas conflict from the media. This shows that behind the hierarchization of the actors in the conflict and their roles; the invisibilization of others and their demands and what the media do not say about the conflict, issues related to environmental protection, exist an ethnocentric logic based on hegemonic categories expressed in simplifi cations and generalizations that are legitimized because they represent the beliefs of Peruvian society about the rural communities. Finally, these findings demonstrate that media discourses can validate and reproduce power structures that place the population affected by mining activities at a disadvantage.

Resumen
Through two brief autoethnographies that use writing as a central method, we present what has been the guiding thread of our lives for the last two years: our bodies in a walking situation. These walks took place in different and distant geographical settings, over two years -2020-2022- in two profoundly different moments, such as the pandemic and the containment measures adopted to face it, and the Post-Pandemic with its restrictions to the free circulation. Experiencing an embodied connection with our bodies gave us a sense of continuity and belonging in times that felt dark and uncertain. The way we think, live and deal with these daily obstacles has profoundly altered our embodied sense and the way we experience of the world. Likewise, we would say that the pandemic gave us the opportunity to verify that the body can also become a focus from which to think about these changes. In this scenario, autoethnography was our tool par excellence to think with the body about the new local and world panorama.

Resumen
The community of Jesús Tepactepec proposes a resignifi cation of its form of rural life, where work activities are mixed (agricultural and not peasant women) turning them into a multi-active population, which opens up doors to globalization, therefore to rural diversity from the process of historical pluriactivity within the community and the approach to the new rurality. Also, influence develops of income complementarity (variables/refuge) with (fi xed) wages in the reproduction of their rural culture. Of this how we advance with the analytical ethnography of everyday life pluriactive of rural households, transformed culture, rural subject (SR) today and its non-peasant forms. Of this The reader is invited to inquire into this research at Jesus Tepactepec.

Resumen
In this scientific article offer an introduction to the theory and methodology of social representations from an anthropological perspective, articulating a symbolic concept of culture. Having found little attention in the thesis -in Lima, Peru- motivated me to invite Anthropology students to review and criticize this heuristic proposal with the intention of studying the social thought of social collectivities. It is originally from French Social Psychology, but a central antecedent is the collective representations of Durkheim. SRs contain a symbolic dimension that invites anthropologists to attend to.

Resumen
In the literary work The children of the novelist Alfonso Cuesta y Cuesta, the customs and traditions of the Austro-Ecuadorian people during the 20th century are represented. In this sense, the content analysis method was applied, which served to expose the gastronomic elements present in the work, which have been contextualized and supported by documentary sources, and through a photographic record that refl ects the social reality of the rural sector. contemporary. From this perspective, the result will be that the culinary traditions in Azuay have undergone considerable changes due to the accelerated life of the modern system, choosing to prepare fast foods, losing certain traditional gastronomic practices. However, this knowledge and practices have been revalued by independent and political groups, through registration through the publication of books, articles, photographs, events, etc. carrying out programs that provide certifi cations for those who carry out these so-called ancestral practices. through ethnographic work and the same illustrations are highlighted.

Resumen
Anthropology is a science that has much to contribute to the study of criminal behavior, and in an effort to make visible the necessary relationship between the two, the development of a discipline within the field of Sociocultural Anthropology is proposed. Taking as an example the model of some countries such as Argentina, the involvement of Anthropology in the study of the criminal phenomenon is claimed, something that so far does not happen in Spain. There are many fields of study in which Anthropology could contribute enriching knowledge, in particular the study in the field of penitentiary centers and the resocializing purpose of custodial sentences. The objective is to carry out a bibliographic review of the research carried out in Spain on recidivism and its causes and to explore the relationship between the participation of prisoners in Restorative Justice and family mediation meetings and the impact it may have on the recidivism rate. The main contribution points out that the strengthening of social and family ties has a beneficial impact on criminal desistance and the reduction of recidivism. The Anthropology of crime provides a theoretical and methodological basis from which to make valuable contributions to the phenomenon of criminal recidivism and to propose new strategies aimed at improving the process of reentry into society of released prisoners.
