Resumen
The contemporary stage of sport development has certain characteristics that exert a great influence on the organization of the preparation and training of athletes, determining for the coach new tasks and more complex demands. The present work had as objective to design a methodological alternative for the improvement of tactical thinking to Tashi Waza in judo athletes, category 15-16 years old, of the Initial Sport School (Eide in Spanish) of Pinar del Rio. To get into the subject, the most important characteristics of judo strategy and tactics were outlined, as well as the essential principles that support them. In addition, the convenience of using auxiliary forms in the technical-tactical preparation and training of the judo athletes was pointed out. The study continued with a light analysis applied to judo as a relevant variable in the development of tactical thinking. Emphasis was placed on the different types of tactics in judo combat, as well as on the psychomotor processes in each of the phases of combat, all this taking into account the particularities of athletes at these ages. The empirical scientific methods used were observation and interview, and the theoretical ones were historical-logical and synthesis analysis, which offered greater rigor to the research. The idea of investigating the tactical thinking in judo arose a few years ago, in response to the question of teaching athletes to solve by themselves the innumerable problems that arise in combat.

Resumen
Raising the excellence and quality of educational systems, particularly universities, has been a source of concern worldwide. It is carried out through psycho pedagogical consultancy which should be focused on the professional service for advising professors and students on socio-educational aspects to solve professional problems concerning their educationaldevelopment. The article reflects on psychopedagogical consultancy in the university context concerning the use of ICT, as well as the need to consider certain premises that allow supporting the use of digital educational materials for specific purposes. Different methods at the theoretical level were used that allowed the interpretation of facts and data, the systematization of the information and the precision of different points of view that minimize the limited use of digital educational materials as a substantial aspect of psychopedagogical consultancy to raise the excellence and quality of educational guidanceof ICT mediated teaching in educational systems.

Contribuir en el plano educativo con la elección de una carrera, es una necesidad social. El artículo describe una experiencia que nace del proceso docente de la Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas. En rol de investigadores, estudiantes de 4º y 5º años de la carrera de Ingeniería en Ciencias Informáticas, cursantes de las asignaturas Problemas Sociales de la Ciencia y Formación Pedagógica, abordaron un problema social relacionado con la Orientación Profesional como parte de su trabajo de curso y se convirtieron en tutores de sus semejantes, apoyados en un diagnóstico en centros preuniversitarios de la comunidad, realizado por ellos mismos. Junto a profesores del departamento de Ciencias Sociales y Especialistas de la Producción que fungieron como sus guías, se crea el proyecto extensionista Acciones de Motivación y Orientación Profesional, para que orientaran a sus homólogos del preuniversitario sobre los problemas de adaptación a la vida universitaria, brindarles nociones acerca del contenido esencial de su carrera asociándolo a sus aspiraciones personales y profesionales y realizar otras acciones orientadoras que tuvieron la aceptación de sus semejantes. Como resultado, se desarrolló el Taller Universidad-Escuela con la participación inclusiva de directivos y estudiantes de los centros externos con favorables resultados, los estudiantes tutores participaron además en eventos científicos, se presentó un Portal Web como tesis de grado y se desarrolla una tesis doctoral sobre La Función Social de la Extensión Universitaria mediada por las Tutorías entre Semejantes lo que reafirma el carácter transversal e integrador de este proceso en la universidad.

At present, the Electrical Engineering career at the José Antonio Echeverría Technological University of Havana, CUJAE, carries out a process of curricular improvement with the implementation of the E study plan, in which the essentiality of the contents is one of the fundamental premises for reduce training time and achieve higher levels of independence and protagonism of the student. In this new scenario, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) play an important role by enabling personalized, collaborative and self-regulated learning in students. The objective of the article is to propose simulation as a method to improve the teaching-learning process of electrical circuits through the use of a graphical interface application derived from Scilab as a Learning and Knowledge Technologies (LKT) and for Empowerment and Participation (TEP). The study was based on a descriptive methodology in which the analy tical-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods were used and the survey was used as empirical methods. For the processing and analysis of the collected information, the calculation of absolute and relative frequencies was used as a statistical method. The research was developed in the Electrical Engineering careerwith a sample of 50 2nd year students. The results obtained corroborate the importance of using the proposed method through the use of a graphical interface application derived from Scilab for the improvement of the teaching-learning process.

The objective of this article is to provide an experience in carrying out the curricular design of the mechanical engineering career, which was supported in the theoretical analysis modality of professional activity, as of the definition of the professional and operationalization model In terms of knowledge, skills, values and attitudes of the main competences that the future graduated from this specialty must have, expressed according to a system of general objectives of the profession. The fundamental result was a mixed curriculum, characterized by the inclusion of the project approach in the preparation of the study plans and programs and the corresponding curricular mesh, which constituted a novel aspect, since, from the first cycles or semesters of training and in those matters that allow it, aspects linked to the project are introduced as a fundamental form of learning assessment, which corresponds to the main competence identified for the mechanical engineer: design, which materializes precisely through technological projects.

Resumen
In this article, the authors evaluate the assimilation process of civil engineering students concerning the topic Integral Calculus, which is taught in the subject Mathematics, part I, at the Technological University of Havana José Antonio Echeverría, CUJAE. The evaluation is based on Galperin theory in order to successfully develop this topic and guide the students’ transition to higher levels of assimilation. Several scientific research methods were employed such as observation; data collection and processing as well as information search engines. Concluding, difficulties in the orientation and assimilation stages concerning this topic were identified and subsequently analyzed taking into account that they are not rigid because they develop considering the students’ progress in their learning process.

Distance education emerges as a feasible alternative for training students that cannot attend the classroom. Many actions have been developed during the last decade for contributing to distance education in Cuba. One of the actions is related to the design of a Distance Education Model in Cuban Higher Education which is intended for undergraduate and postgraduate studients. The contextualization of the model depends on the requirements of each curricular design, therefore different implementations are probable. They can be more or less successful in correspondence with the fulfillment or not of the aspects that the model exposes and its adaptation to the requisites of the program in which it is applied. Although, several institutions of the country are implementing the model, a methodology to assess this implementation is not available. This paper is aimed at proposing a methodology to evaluate the implementation of the Distance Education Model in Cuban Higher Education. It consists of three stages. Each stage includes actions that allow the achievement of the set goals.

The skills of music students are gradually developed in correspondence with their educational level and according to their degree of complexity until reaching professionalization at the university level. One of the main profiles is the instrumentalist performer that, at this level, integrates experiences as well as the theoretical and practical knowledge which supports the improvement of general and specific skills. The tuning skill in music is basic and general, but when the student reaches the university level, it acquires another connotation due to the many nuances that must be considered. This paper is aimed at analyzing the peculiarities of the development of tuning skill in bowed string instruments and its relationship with other skills necessary to achieve the interpretive development of university students. The analysis of documents and the systematization of theoretical references were carried out, mainly primary sources, which, together with the practice as instrumentalists as well as the teaching and research practices, made posible the justification and characterization of the tuning skill of university bowed string instrument players

The situation caused by the Covid 19 pandemics brought about abrupt transformations in the educational processes. In Higher Education, the transition from face to face lessons to hybrid ones and to distance learning was a great challenge for directors and professors who had to modify their working style without a previous preparation but trying to continue the educational process with the required quality. The concepts quality, professionalization and impact in the university context were explored. This article is aimed at analyzing the relation among these concepts during the university professionals´ training for accreditation purposes. As a result, the systemic relation among these categories is presented in which the presence of action modes is significant.

Competency-Based Education is a trend that has extended to higher educational institutions as a product of the globalization phenomenon; however, there are gaps that hinder the appropriate development of training based on this educational approach. This article of theoretical reflection addresses a series of general clarifications about competences particularly, the investigative skills. Different documents, research, articles, and reports were consulted, which allowed a logical and historical analysis of the problem. Among the main results, the prevailing need for the formation of investigative skills at higher education institutions and the positive impact of their development on undergraduate studies as an initial training stage for researching are identified. It is concluded that changes in the pedagogical practice of teachers are the key elements for the promotion and development of these skills, which must actively involve students and teachers.
