The present article presents the process of integration of digital technologies into the Mathematics III subject for the vocational training of computer engineers not onlyfrom its instrumental dimension with the classical question "with what?", but also based on a pedagogical conception that considers Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), as a means and as a learning content with a professional and interdisciplinary approach to the curriculum. This experience was developed throughface to face meetings at the Technological University of Havana, and the use of theMoodle educational platform as asupport for its task system, complemented with the use of social networks and other computer applications. This article is aimed at reflecting on the integration of ICTs in the Teaching-Learning Process (TLP). Methods of the theoretical and empirical level are used, from a dialectical-materialist approach which allows the integral study of its object. The theoretical methods used are theanalytic-synthetic, the inductive-deductive, the historical-logical, thesystemic- structural-functional methods andthe modeling. The results of the qualitative research show that there is a tendency to improving the quality of the teaching-learningprocess. This is a concrete response to the demand of the contemporary society to transform universities through scientific and technological innovation, but also fromthe methodological and humanistic points of view to train socially active and responsible professionals, with reflective, humanistic, flexible, multilateral, dialecticaland cooperative thinking, ready for lifelong learning.

Mechanical engineering is based on the principles of applied Physics whose cognitive and procedural foundations constitute the essence of the functioning of any mechanism. The current improvement of Higher Education (Study Plan E) requiresthat this basic science responds to the professional ways of acting including the study of simple machines. As a necessity of the subjects taught by the teachers of the Department of Mechanics, the students should be able to recognize and describe fromtheir first year of study, the basic composition of the mechanisms, useful content to receive the Applied Mechanics Discipline. Therefore, it was decided to teach the content related to simple machines using the same problematic situations that aretraditionally provided by textbooks, with contextual modifications and of reasoning. The descriptive qualitative research allowed to identify that Physics teachers do not approach this topic frequently and a methodology was proposed for highlighting the role of simple machines: pulleys, levers, inclined plane, wedges, the screw and the wheel, to facilitate their experimental assembly, with solutions that make thinking more complex and increase creativity and innovation which are engineers’ inherent qualities. As a result, a compendium of problem situations that will allow Physics teachers to didactically orientate themselves on how to conduct the learning of Physics by teaching simple machines is being created.

The University of Sciences of Physical Culture and Sport “Manuel Fajardo” (USPCS) is focused on improving its undergraduate and postgraduate training processes, where computer tools and applications play a predominant role by combining them withflipped learning based on research. Therefore, the following scientific problem is stated: how to contribute with flipped and research-based learning to improve the students learning process in the Research Methodology subject? and as generalobjective: to introduce flipped and research-based learning, complemented and supported by computer tools and applications at the UCCFD, supported by the research line linked to the professional training of human resources through the teachinglearning process. The results were compared to traditional methodologies and evidenced that the acceptance among students was good, with better development of collaborative and cooperative work in the learning process, by relying on the didactic methodologies of Flipped Learning and Research-Based Learning, both complemented and supported by Google Scholar, Gmail and Google Drive, based on what was stated in the Horizon Report regarding bringing your own device to class.

Vocational training in architecture represents a whole paradigm for pedagogy. This process relies on its creative conditioning and academic freedom derived from professional expertise, academic practice and contextual limits. Such delimitation significantly influences the composition of cognitive structures according to the specific needs of each student. This analysis conducts to a comparative description between a design vision and the technological perspective. This article analyzes the structure of the training process at the Faculty of Architecture of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa in a context modified by COVID-19 pandemic. Concluding, the adaptation to new learning environments, involving every actor of the process, favors the creation and development of professional competences.

Resumen
This paper is aimed at presenting the object of study of Electronic Linguodidactics and the theory related to this field as well as its main contributions to the foreign languages teaching (FLT) in the context of virtual learning environments. In this article, it is also shown the need to reconsider the format of the contents, methods and uses of technological tools in virtual teaching and learning environments (VTLE), including its own design to improve their working capacity and achieve its purpose with the greatest economy of resources and effectiveness. This practical and theoretical discipline arises in the teaching and academic fields as an emergency of this time to make the university teachers aware of the need to learn its main theoretical assumptions for using and designing technological tools with a transdisciplinary approach much more committed to the efficiency of the results.

The main characteristic that education for sustainable development points out is to consider the incorporation of environmental education in programs dedicated to all students, regardless of level, through the application of new concepts, new methods, and new techniques, within the framework of a global effort that promotes sustainable environmental education at all educational levels [1]. Based on the above, a didactic proposal is made through the development of strategies applied byteachers, to facilitate the insertion of sustainable development in thermodynamics learning units, to reorient higher education towards environmental education. The application of these strategies seeks to promote collaborative work among students,and based on constructivism, they can acquire knowledge about problems, concepts, and environmental aspects, to form their criteria around sustainable environmental education, and that in the exercise of their profession facilitates interdisciplinary andtransdisciplinary work in their professional training. The foregoing is based on the pedagogical objectives of education for sustainable development that must be incorporated into all subjects, and not be taught as an independent subject.

The Study Center for the Improvement of Higher Education at the Havana University has researched about the University Social Responsibility (USR) to identify potentialities for its development and limitations that could hinder this extraordinarily complex process which involves all the actors engaged in the university professionals’ training. In this article, different aspects related to USR context at the Havana Technological University “José Antonio Echeveria”, CUJAE, which is the main technological learning center in Cuba, are analyzed. This institution is responsible of educating engineers and architects, as revolutionary professionals with high technical and scientific level, committed to the Cuban economy and society. Therefore, the main objective of this article is to identify the characteristics and performance associated to USR at Cujae based on current theoretical conceptions about this topic and researches carried out by this center at the Havana University. As a result, a set ofactions focused on aligning the university with the principles of university social responsibility is proposed for contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, the institution's own effectiveness and its social mission.

The training of the engineers has among its professional aims the preparation for the resolution of problems related to their profession. Basic sciences play an important role in this preparation, especially, Physics and Mathematics. The former makesimportant contributions precisely to the design and development of new technologies that have an impact on today's society. In the case of the latter, it provides tools and a way of thinking necessary to face problems in a world in which science andtechnology are developing at an accelerated pace. This article is aimed at presenting the features of mathematical thinking, especially for the resolution of physical problems, a basic skill in the training of engineers which shows deficiencies in theteaching-learning process. As a result, the mathematical thinking in the solution of physical problems although corresponds to mathematics is more applied to Physics.
