Resumen
The objective of the research was to validate the psychometric properties of the abbreviated version of the perceived organizational support questionnaire, in its translation and adaptation to Spanish in a higher level educational context, through a confirmatory factor analysis. The study had a quantitative approach with a non-experimental correlational design, it was carried out in four Higher Education Institutions in Southeast Mexico, 349 research professors were selected. The exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was performed to determine the psychometric properties of the instrument. The empirical strength of the proposed model is confirmed from the results.

Resumen
The training in the field of international trade must be embedded in a dynamic process of constant review and updating of its curricula and study programs. The purpose of this work is to present the perspective of experts on the skills and knowledge required by the labor market in the field of international trade. To achieve this methodological objective, the Delphi method is used to identify and define the most in-demand generic expertises and specific knowledge sought by the labor market in this area.

Resumen
This article critically analyzes higher education in Colombia between 2016 and 2024, focusing on access, permanence, and financing. Using a mixed and correlational approach, it was evidenced that a greater availability of financing mechanisms is associated with more educational coverage and lower dropout. The study indicates that structural challenges persist in public policies that limit the democratization of the system. It concludes that it is urgent to rethink these policies, leaving aside the mercantilist logic and recognizing education as a fundamental right, key to social equity, human dignity, and an active and inclusive citizenship.

Resumen
We present results of research on racism at the university level. Racism is an ideology that mutates and transforms historically and presents itself in multiple forms to exert the domination of some sectors over others. The methodological approach was narrative, with the participation as authors of indigenous and non-indigenous university students from Bolivia, Mexico and Venezuela. It was found that for students there is racism in daily interactions at the university, among peers, with teachers and other actors in the institution, as well as the presence of anti-racist practices that we call reactive and/or spontaneous to confront it.

Resumen
Trends in temporary mobility of university students is examined for the 2010-2019 period, based on a systematic review of international student mobility data in Mexico. The analysis builds on data provided by the main sources of information on the subject, the Patlani Survey and the Base 911 reports. Results include ITESM as the university with the highest participation in international student mobility. Despite the trend of private universities leading international student mobility, the participation of public universities began standing out considerably. However, less than 1% of the enrollment in Mexican universities participated in temporary international student mobility during the period analyzed.

Resumen
This paper is a systematic review using PRISMA of the current state of teaching models used by university teachers. The articles were obtained from the WOS, SCOPUS, ERIC and Dialnet databases, identifying 36 articles. The results show that teachers do not use a single model, but employ variations between traditional and constructivist models. Furthermore, the need to address the teaching of soft skills and the limitations of the classroom are highlighted. The conclusions and discussion reflect that both models are valid as long as the teacher's technique is good.

Resumen
This research analyzes the presence and approach of human rights education (HRE) in the curricula of Journalism programs at two prestigious Chilean universities affiliated with the G9 Network. Using a qualitative approach based on a multiple case study limited to documentary sources, the study examined graduate profiles, curricular structures, and course syllabi. The findings reveal a weak integration of HRE into the curricula of the selected programs. Although some incorporation of HRE-related content can be identified, it does not permeate the entire academic training cycle of students.

Resumen
Este estudio analiza el caso de John Smith, un británico condenado a muerte en China el 2 de mayo de 2023 por tráfico de drogas. Smith fue arrestado en agosto de 2021 en un aeropuerto con cuatro kilos de heroína procedente de Uzbekistán. Su familia sostiene que fue engañado por una banda criminal, que le prometió ayudarlo en su carrera musical, para que transportara la droga sin saberlo. Además, afirman que Smith padece trastorno bipolar y estaba en un episodio delirante cuando creyó que iba a China a grabar un disco. Durante su juicio, su testimonio fue considerado errático e incoherente, lo que generó incredulidad en los testigos. La Corte Suprema de China consideró insuficientes las pruebas sobre su enfermedad y aseguró que sus derechos fueron respetados durante todo el proceso.

Resumen
El presente estudio pretende demostrar que es jurídicame.nte posible aplicar los principios de irretroactividad y ultraactividad del Derecho a las normas constitucionales. De un análisis superfluo de la cuestión se podría concluir que es imposible su aplicación dado que los principios de jerarquía normativa y supremacía constitucional se erigen como obstáculos insuperables, pues, al encontrarse dichas normas en la cúspide del sistema jurídico mexicano su observancia sería incuestionable. No obstante, si se analiza de manera armónica la estructura funcional del principio de irretroactividad del derecho, las normas constitucionales con base en la teoría general de la norma y el mecanismo vigente de solución de conflictos de aplicación de normas en el tiempo; puede perfectamente concluirse que las normas constitucionales previas a su reforma o derogación pueden seguir teniendo vigencia especial con base en el principio de ultraactividad del Derecho sin que ello implique un conflicto con los principios previamente citados.

Resumen
Este trabajo examina el mobbing en el contexto del empleo público, un ámbito donde el acoso laboral tiende a presentarse con particular frecuencia y gravedad. Se argumenta que este tipo de hostigamiento vulnera los derechos humanos fundamentales de los funcionarios públicos afectados. Primero, se define el mobbing y se identifican las partes involucradas, para luego estudiar las características específicas del acoso en el sector público, que lo distinguen del ámbito privado y aumentan el impacto sobre la víctima. Finalmente, se subraya la urgencia de un cambio cultural que priorice la protección de los empleados públicos, destacando la necesidad de implementar medidas preventivas, de erradicación y sanción efectivas.
