The architectural study carried out, through the planimetric and topographic survey, in the Llaqtaqasa archaeological site, specifically in Sector B, yielded new data where the "Patio Groups" in addition to being the registered archaeological construction unit corresponds to a new type of organization space within a settlement of the Late Intermediate Period in the province of Vilcas Huamán (Ayacucho). This organization presents a closed spatial configuration where the enclosures and patios are the main components. This article will present the data obtained around this type of spatial organization where the different construction phases and internal circulation in the referred sector are also being considered.

The new global museological trends, such as ecomuseums, digital museums, community museums, among others, also have an impact on the design and execution of university museums and their management of collections, that is, a permanent institutional tension, be it economic, infrastructure, of management, of specialization, of its very conception and of its function as it corresponds to the role of the university in / with society.Thus, this text tries to be a genealogical site of the university museum in Peru, from a review of the tensions and foundational motivations of some cases of museums in relation to the ownership of their universities, and the transition to contemporary museum institutions. Therefore, in the institutional process within the foundation and development of the republic and with the idea of nation, institutional designs, behaviors and images are also imported or provided in the conception of a museum supervised by an institution of higher education, this it is, in other words, a university museum.

The plaza in the hispanic andean cities of Peru The process of Spanish implantation in Andean territory during the 16th century began in the nascent mestizo cities with their plazas, due to their symbolic character and because they facilitated the concentration of population, functionality and monuments. The study documents and compares typological characteristics of the urban morphology of six early Hispanic-Andean urban centers: Cajamarca, Jauja, Cuzco, Ayacucho, Huancavelica and Puno from a historiographic perspective. The information obtained allows understanding situational qualitative aspects still visible in singular spatialities that even when originated in past foundational acts of the viceroyalty, have had continuity in later scenarios of longed republican Independence that today sustain and manifest validity.

The Bolognesi house is the reflection not only of a typical republican house of the early twentieth century, it also brings to mind one of the most important national heroes, Colonel Francisco Bolognesi Cervantes, and with him the Peruvians who gave their lives in the battle of Arica (1880). For that reason, this research seeks to rescue the future of the house until the moment its use is changed, that is, from being a space that housed families (private use), for one that symbolizes and protects the memory of the Arica fighters (public use), the Morro de Arica Combatants Museum.Likewise, it will be analyzed how the urban development of Lima almost meant the collapse of this historical monument. The projection of Santa Rosa Avenue in the 40s of the last century, which was intended with the widening and prolongation of the passage that bears the same name, to regulate vehicular traffic, it needed to destroy a series of houses that were they stood in his way, among them the house of Bolognesi

The objective of this article seeks to understand the formal characteristics, use and symbolic value of the Susy theater cinema, in addition to its contextual relationship, its influence on the social and economic development of the district, also on the recognizable values ​​and the degrees of affinity of the same by the patrimonial subjects involved with the cinema, in order to conclude their inclusion within the sphere of Cultural Heritage.

In this article, the most outstanding aspects of Architectural Semiotics focused on the recognition of the elements within the typology of Shopping Centers in the city of Managua are addressed in a timely manner. Starting from different theorists and studies, the importance of semiotics is established as a method of architecture for its correct understanding and therefore also for the subsequent design process, taking up the elements and criteria that have a meaning to be highlighted and generate pleasure and identity. The identification of these components was obtained from the analysis of theories and concepts (texture, color, shapes, signs and sensations, emotions that are generated from the user experience) closely linked to the subject and whose synthesis allowed the creation of a methodology and , in turn, a specific tool that is synthesized in a table of values for the semiotic analysis in situ (Evaluation Sheet of Semiotic Analysis in Shopping Centers). It is important to recognize the general values of architectural works and the style they bring to the city, whether on a neighborhood scale or more macro. Although at the time these buildings stood out from the style of the areas where they are located, they quickly managed to become a development impetus for other works that followed, even generating an identity with the users.

The Real Felipe Fortress was one of the most important stronghold of the Spanish Monarchy and the scene of important historical events. It was a key stronghold that controlled the port of Callao, gateway to Lima. One of the greatest examples of Spanish military architecture of the 18th century. Over time it has undergone different interventions and changes of use, it was only in the twentieth century where it was aware of its heritage value and was restored at different times, with different approaches and results. It should be noted that no patrimonial investigations have been carried out. For this reason, this research aims to recognize the interventions and restorations it has undergone and to demonstrate the history of the practice of restoration in Peru. For this there is unpublished information provided by the architect Víctor Pimentel and the support of the military authorities that administer the fortress.

The Nolla Mosaic Factory was built by Miguel Nolla Bruget around 1860 on the outskirts of Meliana (Valencia, Spain). Its creation introduced important social, economic and industrial changes in the region. The company earned a place among the top European companies in its area and exported its product both nationally and internationally. It received numerous prizes and medals due to the quality of the ceramic tiles produced, the good working conditions of the operators and the technological innovations that were implemented in the production system. After closing in the 70s of the last century, its importance in the development of the region and the technical and artistic quality of its mosaic tiles were quickly forgotten. This caused the abandonment of the Nolla Palace, the destruction of part of the original facilities of the factory and the loss of a large number of original and unique tiles. Currently, work is underway to recover this heritage and give it the place it deserves. This project makes a small contribution to this goal through the study of the specific case of the Nolla mosaic tiles that are still preserved in Meliana and the creation of a worksheet or its cataloguing.

The objective of the present investigation was to understand the values of the ignored heritage Old Agricultural Bank in the city of Chiclayo, from the paradigm of the timeless synergy, understanding the limited communication, the altered bond and the corrupted architecture, generated by the contemporary society. The survival of the unknown proposes values clearly affected by the patrimonial subjects. This research is qualitative, critical and propositive, seeking the understanding of the causes - effects and deficiencies - consequences of the ignored behavior affecting the values of the patrimonial subjects. The final findings concluded that the most affected heritage values are educational, use and economic, proposing twelve intervention strategies regarding the components of the timeless synergy: cybernetics, quaternary and heritage holography, thus improving the values of the ignored heritage.

In the context of the almost obsolescence of film buildings, with multiple old cinemas demolished, abandoned or serving as a refuge for criminality, it seeks to unearth the affections and emotions that such buildings were and still are capable of producing. This study focuses on the possible heritage value of the Túpac Amaru Cinema, a cinema located in the Comas district, a district born by the informal occupation of the territory, far from the center of the city of Lima. The hypothesis is that the affections and emotions that he aroused in his moment of glory persist despite his decline. Hence the title: “El Cine Túpac Amaru. Emotions that survive architecture”. On these motivations, a mainly qualitative research structure is proposed around the categories of context, object and subjects linked to heritage, thus favoring a phenomenological analysis. Finally, it is concluded that the Túpac Amaru Cinema contributed to consolidate the dynamics of the "neighborhood" in relation to its district (Comas), and much of the northern area of ​​Lima. However, if its symbolic and utilitarian dimensions are not reactivated, an important record of the history of Lima's people and of one of the most endearing episodes in the history of neighborhood / premiere cinemas in Peru may be lost.
