Partiendo de la preocupación por proteger los intereses de consumidores, Organizaciones No Gubernamentales que coordinan el CJ y países miembros de la Unión Europea están inclinados a construir los cuadros jurídicos internacionales basados en la armonización de las normas para su regulación con el fin de reforzar su credibilidad y aumentar volúmenes de ventas. Se analizan las gestiones del gobierno de Bélgica para promover una ley supranacional en la Unión Europea que reconozca al CJ; experiencia que muestra las vicisitudes planteadas.

Este trabajo se centra en el análisis del contexto histórico en el cual se inserta el Proyecto Mesoamérica, poniendo en duda la versión oficial de que es una propuesta que pretende abatir los índices de rezago económico y social del sur-sureste de México y  Centroamérica, cuando todo parece indicar que es uno más de  los intentos por aprovechar la ubicación estratégica de la región y  sus valiosos recursos naturales forestales, minerales e hídricos, en beneficio de las grandes potencias mundiales, sobre todo de Estados Unidos.

En el artículo se trata la relación entre la construcción de la identidad y las estructuras narrativas. Se expone la crítica a esta estructura que han elaborado dos directores de cine  contemporáneos, Lynch y Cronenberg, ambos con propuestas visuales que pretenden desestructurar la identidad a través de desestructurar la narración. Resultado de esto son Lost Highway, Mulholland Drive y Spider, tres películas contadas desde sujetos desestructurados y que presentan las alteraciones en la identidad por la pérdida de la narración.

Este trabajo repasa la justificación y objetivos planteados en la fundación de los centros de investigación de ciencias sociales asentados en Chiapas, los contrasta con el énfasis disciplinario, temático, ubicación y escala de 956 artículos publicados en 68 volúmenes de los anuarios y revistas editadas por dichas entidades entre 1985 y 2010, como primer paso para una caracterización de la comunidad académica local.

Th is article establishes a didactic conception of the ideol ogical and political task, based on a didactic as an indispensable theoretical and practical tool to guide the teachers, and the staff as doers of the ideological and political task. This article is aimed at supporting the social health worker 's job to motivate teenagers and young people to learn easily about differe nt topics concerning sexuality by increasing the information they already have, and by stating how dangerous an irresponsible sexual behaviour can be, thus reinforcing the value of responsibility. The software “Sexualidad Responsable” provides informatio n on sexual education taking into account the following subject matters: Couple Relationship, Adolescent Pregnancy, Methods of Contraception, Sexually Transmitted Infections (HIV/AIDS), Moral Value Acquisition, Family Role, Violence and its expressions, D eviation and Sexual Preferences, among others. It also has didactic games, a gallery with pictures, videos and curiosities.There is a glossary of scientific terms included and the software’s tutorial section that orients us how to use them. In the software the health workers will find a very useful and supporting tool to work out the theme Sexuality with teenagers and young people, this software will foster the creation of scientific societies and supporting groups. The social health workers can also sear ch information on the topics, learn and then debate them among the members of different dysfunctional families or even in their own families if necessary.

Professional orientation towards pedagogical studies is a top priority to the Cuban educational system, which has a particular form in Vocational Senior High Schools of Pedagogical Sciences . It depends to a great ex tent on the professors’ qualifications in those institutions, to manage the process of professional orientation. These are reasons that make it necessary to make precisions to the contents to be considered to structure a training process that would assure the transformation of the professors’ performance, so as to fulfil that task efficiently.

This article focuses on the study of major trends in the formation and development of computer skills, a determining factor so that the students of computer engineering career can express greater potential in solving computational problems, conceiving the process of skill formation managing components of an object on the basis of a theoretical model, that conceives a typology of exercises, taking into account the programming paradigm object-oriented from an approach of database problems, with an interdisciplinary char acter, where there are articulated the described structure of actions and operations defined by the stages of formation and mode of professional activity, in coordination with the methodological work of the specialty , discipline and academic year.
