In this article, from the relativization of the functor Tor some properties of Hochschild homologies of crossed  products of Hopf are determined. The Hochschild homology functor of a product crossed satisfies the properties of a left satellite relative to an associated projective class of epimorphisms of an additive functor.

In this paper we prove a result on 0-cycles on surfaces as an application of the theorem on the kernel of the Gysin homomorphism of Chow groups of 0-cycles of degree zero induced by the embedding of a curve into a surface, and we study the connection of this result with Bloch’s conjecture and constant cycles curves.

This work has three important purposes: first it is the study of Markov Chains, the second is to show that Markov chains have different applications and finally it is to model a process of this behaves. Throughout this work we will describe what a Markov chain is, what these processes are for and how these chains are classified. We will describe a Markov Chain, that is, analyze what are the primary elements that make up a Markov chain, among others.

The interactions between predators and their prey in the real world are usually affected by diverse ecological phenomena acting on both the prey and the predators. Collaboration or cooperation between predators is one of those behaviors, which has received less attention from researchers than competition among consumers. These contacts are important aspects of the dynamics of food chains and trophic webs. In this work, we will study the influence of collaboration or cooperation (hunting cooperation) between predators to consume (or capture) their favorite prey, which are affected by an effect Allee weak. We extend the results obtained in a previously published model, considering only collaboration between predators and in which the Allee effect is absent.

Transfer of energy from large to small scales in turbulent flows is described as a flux of energy from small wave numbers to large wave numbers in the spectral representation of the Navier-Stokes equation. The problem of resolving the relevant scales in the flow corresponds in the spectral representation to determining the spectral truncation at large wave numbers. The effective number of degrees of freedom in the flow depends on the Reynolds number and a numerical simulation of the Navier Stokes equation for high Reynolds numbers is impractical without some sort of reduction of the number of degrees of freedom. The shell models are constructed to obey the same conservation laws and symmetries as the Navier Stokes equation as an alternative. In this work we present the Sabra shell model for the study of the energy cascade of turbulence and we will show numerically that the energy dissipation is approximately -1/3 which is in agreement with the theory K41.

In this paper, a modified Leslie-Gower type predator-prey model introducing in prey population growth a delayed strong Allee effect is studied. Estabilidad de un modelo depredador-presa tipo Leslie Gower con un efecto Allee fuerte con retardo The Leslie-Gower model with Allee effect has none, one or two positive equilibrium points but the incorporation of a time delay in the growth rate destabilizes the system, breaking the stability when the delay cross a critical point. The existence of a Hopf bifurcation is studied in detail and the numerical simulations confirm the theoretical results showing the different scenarios. We present biological interpretations for species prey-predator type.

In this paper, we show a way to characterize the R-automorphisms of formal power series on several indeterminates and with coefficients over a commutative ring with identity, R. We show this characterization, as an extension of existing result for the R-automorphisms of the formal power series in an indeterminate, given by O’Malley, M. and Wood, C. in [12].

This article presents an overview of the problem of identifying linear and nonlinear systems (Wiener type) operating in open loop. There are several algorithms that solve this problem, among them are the subspace methods (MOESP and N4SID). In order to evaluate the performance of the MOESP and N4SID methods, a simulated example is presented to compare the performance of these algorithms.

In this work we give an analytical-historical view of the classical theory of singular integrals introduced by   A.P. Calderón-A. Zygmund. Emphasis is given to their applications to PDEs and to some projections of the  theory.

In this paper we consider M a fixed hypersurface in Euclidean space and we introduce two types of spaces relative to M, of type I and type II. We observe that when M is a hyperplane, the two geometries coincides with the isotropic geometry. By applying the theory to a Dupin hypersurface M, we define a relative Dupin hypersurface M of type I and type II , we provide necessary and sufficient conditions for a relative hypersurface M to be relative Dupin parameterized by relative lines of curvature, in both spaces. Moreover, we provides a relationship between the Dupin hypersurfaces locally associated to M by a Ribaucour transformation and the type II Dupin hypersurfaces relative M. We provide explicit examples of the Dupin hypersurface relative to a hyperplane, torus, S1  x  Rn-1 and  S2 x  Rn-2, in both spaces.
